This school has one of the worst principles in this county! He doesn’t do his job this young girl has been bullied multiple times and it has been brought to his attention! He still hasn’t done anything about it I’ve gone multiple times to the school to speak to him to speak to consulars and he has done nothing about it! I’ve called the district AND I FEEL LIKE I HAVE NO HELP! SHES BEEN TOLD TO KILL HERSELF AND SHE SHOULD GO TO HELL AND SHES ONLY 9 YEARS OLD!! and these kids speak like this in front of teachers and the teachers haven’t noticed “ that’s what they say” but I know they don’t care becareful if you bring your child to this school she/he will be in danger...

I agree with the last review of Ms. Gould.This is such a lousy school especially the teachers pay no mind to the kids and the school is supposedly all about “Anti-bully”as all schools claim. A lady who’s child goes here also was getting picked on, kids could have popsicle sticks on their hands and try to poke each other on throats means while the teachers are just catching up on the cup of coffee from Starbucks they had that morning.*PS teachers if you don’t like kids and just don’t want to open your eyes when it comes to the kids just leave, leave the job opening for passionate teachers who believe in safety **The Hispanic lady who’s at the front desk to “help” doesn’t do a great job when being asked information about stuff she would just look confused along with you and say “ummm let me check I don’t know”She never knows.Shame Ms. Heggans(misspelled) is no longer there, she was very helpful with a lovely attitude.Now the principal as spoken on the other review, yes he is “creepy” and compared to the other principal who use to be there Mr. Reap oh he was the best very helpful with the parents everything was in order, along with Ms. Carmen she was there before at the beginning but both her and the other principal left (sadly)Me. Carmen was well aware of the information at school to tell parents not like the Hispanic lady who’s there now.Pgcps do better.

I love Edward M Felegy Elementary School. Dedicated staff and the principal is patient with disgruntled parents lol
