Didnt realize teasing and making fun of kids and their appearances was part of the package. As if our children dont have enough going on trying to find their individuality. Typically poor picture quality and now bullying for a ridiculous price, no thank you. I would rather pay someone who builds them up with confidence.

Honestly I quit hoping to get good pictures from school and just started doing my own. I am not willing to spend money on something I dont get to see until after its over. Ive yet to have seen more than 1 good picture of my son in the 5 years hes attended school.

Pictures are more clear this school year, but the greyish/brownish background is hideous. You should have stuck with the blue

If it was possible to put negative stars it would be a -5 stars. Over priced for what you get. We are taking our kids elsewhere to get quality pictures for less. Waste of time and money dealing with Bell photographers, inc.

Bell photography did a fantastic job on my sons senior pictures and a quick return! Kudos to Stephanie she is excellent!

I have consistently been disappointed with Bell over the years. The photographers set all of the equipment up just perfectly to take mediocre shots. I had my photo taken for business and they didnt stage me at all- and she didnt want to move the camera for how tall I am so I had to slump over a bit and my photo cane out slouched and dumpy. I recently just got my childs school photo back and they didnt bother to move her bow where it would look best or catch a smile, and I have a ridiculously happy kid. Now I have another bad photo to add to the pile.Thanks for making mediocre memories.

We purchased a package of pictures for my 3rd grade son. Instead of giving us the packet of pictures we purchased, they sent a sample picture with a message printed on it saying Did you forget to order? So, my husband called them a few weeks ago and they stated they would mail us the packet directly to our house. We still havent seen that packet, so my husband called them again and was told they would see what happened and call him back. They still havent called him back. So, I paid for a packet of pictures and received nothing. At this point, I just want a refund so I can go elsewhere to get his pictures done by a company that will actually give me the prints I paid for.

I am very disappointed in Bell Photography. My kids brought their school pictures home and they have a blurry look/ out of focus, and not sharp look to them. I paid alot of money for them to get low quality pictures.

In the fall they dont allow you to see the images before you order them if you dont like them then you can have them retaken on re-take day for free but spring pics they send home and package and then you just pay for what you want.....makes no sense...They would have less re-takes if they allowed parents to see images before printing them

I have had to call Bell for all of my daughters school photos and sports pictures for this year! Either the order was screwed up or I did not receive them. Customer service is very helpful when I call, and they said that the studio I was calling about was always messing up orders. I will be taking my daughters pictures from now on or taking them to a different studio. SO frustrating!

Bell Photography treats our school like family. They are professional and patient with our students. They also go above and beyond to donate to our school auction and help with other fundraisers throughout the year.

Second year in a row I have paid for crappy pictures! They dont even take the time to make sure your child is positioned right or that everything is in place. Very unprofessional.

Bad bad bad just bad! They gave me the school code and everything to look at my senior pictures so I can order them. The 1st time I called the lady gave me the right code (supposedly) and I typed everything in and the website said Invalid school code, so I called again and they gave me the same codes all over again! I tried it one more time and nothing, just nothing!
