In store staff was helpful, creatlvely solved an issue the website couldnt... people are better than computers.

Used to buy most my ebay shipping boxes, tape etc and labels here .... till I realized that a shipping label on a plane piece of paper was over 2 bucks 😳 ..... Crazy Ive switched to different company for .35 cents a copy and buy all my shipping supply there .....

When I go there, I always find what I need.

The customer service at this location is terrible. Though associates greet you at the door, there is no proactive effort to help customers throughout their visit. I had some very simple needs with cutting some paper and had to wander the store for nearly 20 minutes in search of an associate. When I finally found someone to help me, they made derogatory comments about the service I was requesting. I was sent to a different associate who had no idea how to accomplish the simple task of cutting paper to a specific size; and he also made derogatory comments, ending with a suggestion of “you should probably just buy that online”. Indeed I did; and from a different vendor because I don’t desire to give Office Max even my online business at this point.I ended up paying only a little more and didn’t have to hassle with people who aren’t helpful. I rarely leave reviews or comments, but my experience today is precisely the same as it has been each of the half-dozen times I’ve been to this location of Office Max during the past year, so I decided to share this information with others.

Web site said open until 9 I drove 20 miles to the store and it was closed at 6 if I cant count on your info how can I purchase from your store. (Customer services)I ordered it from AMAZON.

Had exactly what I was looking for, and the employees were friendly and helpful. I was here months ago looking for a good label maker and when I walked in to find it myself, Jodean asked if she could help and showed me where they were. She was personable and knowledgeable without being overbearing. And the cashier was sweet too (I didnt get her name!). This was a while ago now so they made enough of a lasting positive impression on me that I remembered to leave this review.

The staff here isnt really into asking if they can help find anything, which could be good or bad. Their copies are ridiculously expensive. But the store is well organized and clean.

Every time Ive visited this location Ive had a great experience. The staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are hard to beat, and they have a great selection.

Not only did an employee lie to me about how much memory space was on the laptop I purchased (it is basically a microsoft version of a chromebook and has only a fraction of the memory space he told me it did), he also adamantly insisted that I purchase two sets of software that already came with the laptop. I tried to return the software later but was told this was not possible.

Incredible young women helped me print pics of my dad for my mom , my mother is dying in the hospital and I needed them asap. She went above and beyond with their service and her compassion was touching. Its wonderful to know there are people in this world still care for others. Thank you my dear.

We love going to this place when they send us coupons in the mail. And over the years the customer service has improved immensely. Every time we go in there someone asks us if they can help us or assist us in finding a product excellent job management, excellent job!

This place is a joke! It doesnt matter how many copies you print 1or 2 the minimum youll pay is 2.50$

I had a return as the items purchased didnt fit the need for the person intended. There was no issue or conflict. The transaction went quickly and without hassle. Will definitely be back again in the future.

I am extremely impressed with their printing services and will go there whenever possible from now on!I needed three different sets of business cards printed for an event and ordered online 24 hours beforehand. They kept in contact with me, letting me know when they had issues with the design, and then they came out looking AMAZING! They really did a great job fast and I am very grateful!

If you cant wait for an office related product from online, this is a great standby. Prepare to be asked about 10 times if you need help. There never seem to be any customers in the store. Not sure how many of these places are staying in business. Its well stocked and prices are expected.

Their staff is incompetent. Over the phone a woman informed that it would be possible to drop off a letter to be mailed out by FedEx. Upon arrival, staff informed that it would not be possible to mail out letter and that the person answering the phone must have not understood my clearly stated question, which was asked twice to make sure she understood.

Big box office stores are almost all the same, but here are a few nuggets about this location that have kept me coming back as a small business owner for 14 years. 1. Their printing services are sooooooo much cheaper than Staples, and the staff here is always chipper and willing to turn out a project in a hurry. 2. It is seldom busy. I have had a few times that they have been understaffed, but the staff has always been polite and has some hustle. 3. They always have a case of paper on sale. We go through a lot of paper and we can always find a 10 ream case for around $30. 4. You dont have to go out by the mall and all of the traffic on the Southeast side of town!

Its an Office Max. They sell office supplies, computers and office furniture. The differentiator is the cleanliness of the store and the helpfulness of the staff. This store did fine in these categories.

A good office store, and sometimes they have slamming deals. Back to school is a fantastic section, with just about everything you would need in one place. Highly recommended.

This store was sorely under staffed. The guy was trying to help me, but he was also trying to help two other people and run the cash register. I was somewhat relieved that the printer I wanted was not in stock; it felt like too much work to purchase something in this store.

I had a horrible experience today when buying an office chair. I had to go back a second time to get the problem fixed and the manager was so rude about it! We will NOT be shopping here again.

Ive been relying on this OfficeMax pretty heavy lately. I just stopped by to give KUDOS to Torq for not only being helpful and friendly, but also a creative problem-solver! Its not often that you find someone employed by a chain-store whos willing to go ABOVE AND BEYOND the extra mile to solve some serious (Think tamper evident tape) needs without recommending cookie-cutter, costly solutions. He was able to help me on more than one occasion and for THAT reason, I decided to take the time to go the extra mile and leave him a review. Thanks, Torq! Youve earned my business.

DONT GO HERE! Just walked into this location to get one thing (Large post it pad) instead they had a promo sticker to buy 2 get 1 free. So I decided to do that. Only having one on the shelf I asked for help to find me two more to take part of the promo. Associate who came over didnt know how to use her machine and then manager came over to explain that they cant honor the deal with the SAME product in a different color. My company spends thousands at the company and we WILL be switching NOW. Rude and unhelpful again, DONT go to this location. Staples across town is worth the drive. I would post 0 stars if that was an option.

There computers suck. Just barely got mine. You cannot unplug it even if its at 100 without it shutting off. Also it just went to startup meni and will not let me do anything. Never recommending this store or its merchandise to anyone. Paid 500 dollars for the computer and anti viruses and it still doesnt do anything.

The customer service was disappointing

The cashier misquoted the price multiple times and when the manager (Torx Miskin, I believe) came up to resolve the issue, he also had no clue what the prices actually were! When I mentioned that I would not purchase at the price listed because I expected the price I was quoted, he stated I could give you a couple dollars off. Oh really? A couple dollars off of my FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAR PURCHASE?? You idiot, I was offered, by the cashier, 40% off of the chair I was looking at, no way would I accept a couple dollars off. I will not be returning to Office Depot. Im convinced they are a bunch of idiots who dont even know about their own sales and dont have the backbone to back up what they tell a customer.
