My mom and I call and schedule appointments then when we show up we wait for hours almost every single time.

Terrible wait times. Got told by girl up front I would be lucky to leave before 4:30 for my appointment at 2pm. Before this had an appointment booked a full month in advance and day before appointment at 2pm was called to be told appointment was rescheduled. After being scheduled a month in advance with almost no notice. Finding a new doctor and would recommend more female doctors for this area. AVOID.
