I had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received tonight. I will start by sharing Im a teacher who is trying my best to get a lot done with little time. I got to the print center with 20 min to spare and I thought that was plenty of time since their was no line. I needed 20 sheets printed and I had already come in prior so I knew exactly how to do it. The printing associate was extremely helpful and kind. I could tell she was overwhelmed because 3-4 lined up behind me to check out because I assumed she was the only employee working. I told her to let them go in front of me because I didn’t want to hold up the line. By now I’ve noticed another employee who I now believe was a manager leisurely talking to a customer. The printing associate informed me she was reminded they were closing and needed to finish but she would try her best to get it done. I then noticed she was being told repeatedly through her ear piece to hurry up and check me out even though it was clear she wasn’t finished. The manager never came over to speak to me until it was now 8:00 and told her to finish up. I’m only sharing I lost it and then began to beg him to let her finish because most would expect compassion. I wasn’t being hateful just very upset because I was trying my best but failing. The managers response was to let me know I should have came in earlier. The location of your store is very convenient but I will drive out of my way so I never have to experience that again.

Bought printer online and has been a nightmare. Arrived damaged replacement has not arrived on promised timeNext time will go with Amazon

As a Fellow Business Owner, make this corporate store their own making it feel like a hometown store environment, all very helpful, all greet Every Customer, Very Knowledgeable - We at Atlantic Pack & Parcel are very comfortable sending our Post Office customers there for postal needs.

I wrote a scathing review of this place about a year ago after experiencing terrible customer service from the elderly lady who used to run the print center. I would just like to say my experience today with Antonio was outstanding. He was fast, friendly, and able to keep the line moving while handling several customers at once. It was the fastest and best service Ive ever received at the print center. Thank you!

Worst customer service and its not the first time at this location! Waiting to pay for my stuff but no one at the front (stand and wait for 10min at least), I look behind at the printing station one of the worker (girl) just looked at me not saying or doing anything the other worker just walking around. I spend over $1,000 a year at Office Depot for my business, will never buy anything from Office Depot again!

I love this location. Great store. Always stocked and clean. Very nice customer service. We do a lot of printing with them and they are always super accommodating.

Helpful employees, a bit overpriced but you can still get a good deal on black and white printing.

I just would like to say thru all these trying times right now, I am very disappointed. I have been over charged on a purchase online on last Saturday for two gaming /homework chairs for my two college boys home from school. I am a healthcare worked at hospital and have had my hours cut do to lack of surgerys I purchased two chairs for my boys for a Easter surprise and was double charged. I have called the online service for ordering and they can not refund it and now my Cash app visa card is taking for ever to look into it. I wont do this ever again. I am in need of the money. I am now out $292.09 !

This would be a 1 Star review if it wasn’t for Lori. To put it nicely everyone else is not very good at their job but Lori saves the day every single time. Went to hace invitations printed and the guy I was working with was very knowledgeable and kind and when Lori walked in he goes you know she’s really the best at this and Lori took over, I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. A few days later I went back and Lori wasn’t there, didn’t think it was that big of a deal however the two women there could not print nor cut the invitations correctly, kept having to through them out and start over, when I got the final product from them I ended up going and recurring the edges so they were straight and I immediately question the card stock they were printed on, they reassured me it was correct, I knew better but didn’t want to be that customer so I went home to find the invitations were so bad not even worth sending out, I will only being doing business with a Lori. You guys have a gem!

We had a very good experience at this office depot. I had gone to another office depot on Merritt island and was told they would not and could not do what I was needed done. The Indian Harbor Beach Store was able to do it while we waited. Christa has a can do attitude and accomplished what I needed done perfectly. From now on I will only use this store when i need something for the office.

I bought a large format all in one printer. The man who helped me explained that I could watch the sale papers for home depot and if it was offered for a lesser price I could bring in my receipt and get the difference back. He also did price matching research to ensure that the printer wasnt offered cheaper any place else. I was impressed with his knowledge of the printers and his recommendation based on my needs.

OK I guess, I have found that online printing orders are pretty slow to process

I’m not one to complain about customer service because I know some people can have bad days, but the service in the copy and print department is horrendous. The bad attitude of a certain employee (won’t say their name, but you’ll know who I am talking about as soon as you have an encounter with them) is consistent and uncalled for. I feel like I’m a nuisance as soon as I walk up to the counter. I always give the benefit of the doubt and assume that they are just having a bad day, but it’s going on at least 15 times of being greeted with a horrible attitude, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Besides the copy and print department, the rest of the store is great.

After purchasing a HP officejetpro 6830 for our business office, it stopped working properly and I returned it to the store. Adam and Charles were fantastic in helping me.....They spent at least 20 minutes with me ...they hooked up my printer to see the problem, and knew it was done....then, traded it out for the same model printer...I immediately hooked up my new one and it is working perfectly. I received excellent service and our business will continue to buy our supplies at Office Depot.

The best. The best. Knowledgeable and very helpful. Bought two computers there and their staff knows what is going on in tech. I like all Office Depot, but this is the best in Brevard.

Absolutely incompetent! All self serve machines down. Something as simple as making copies, I do on a regular basis in the merritt island store apparently is too difficult for the workers here. I requested switching machines, but she said it would be the same result wow.. really?

Naomi in the Print Department is the worst person to deal with - unprofessional and extremely rude.We sent our documents online properly as directed! The prints were still not done - We ended up doing them in store and was charged an additional $5. They couldnt credit us the money or refund the difference!! We were told it was just $5!!DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE DEPOT. After this review, I will be contacting the corporate office and sharing the same info!!

I love this place for making copies. Just email them a file and theyll print it out. Why worry about running out of ink.

My store of choice is Staples but thats because I live mainland but since the businesses I am affiliated are located on Beachside I am forced to use Office Depot. But I DREAD using their printing services!! Absolutely terrible!! The worst customer service I have EVER experienced but as of August 28, 2014 I am willing to take the hike to drive 20 minutes out of my way and go to Staples JUST to avoid Office Depot.DO NOT USE OFFICE DEPOT FOR PRINTING SERVICES! You have been warned...

The staff at the Copy Center wasnt very helpful. She seemed to just want to get her job done. Being helpful doesnt seem to be part of her job.

I was treated so rudely for needing to sit on an office chair while shopping for a laptop. My back was hurting and I needed to sit after a long day of being on my feet for work. I was told to put it back because it couldnt be on the hard floor for safety reasons. I feel like I was being discriminated against for how I looked in my work wear. I will never patronize such a careless, rude place. You just lost a customer Indian Harbour Beach Office Depot.

Terrible customer service. 6-7 sales people and not one of them greeted us or asked if we needed help as we stood looking totally bewildered in the front of the store. Guess they really dont like Shaq People! So sad. We wont be back.

The girl behind the copy and print counter was awful! She gave me iphone directions on how to print when i clearly had a android. Then the app didnt work. She had an attitude like i was annoying her. So i kindly asked how if staples can print documents too and she said just so you know...they do the same thing. Extreamly rude. You never tell a cuatomer just so you know. Obviously they need to hire people with more care towards thier company. Ive ised them many times to print and ill never go back!
