They answered my emails within minutes, I sent them the scanned documents also via email, and I had my translated documents within 48 hours. I highly recommend Midwest Language Services, LLC. When I requested a quote to have a document translated, they responded via email soon after I contacted them, while another big name Indy area service provider never responded. After agreeing to their quote, just a couple hours later they provided the English translation ! This rapid turnaround was unexpected and greatly appreciated as I did not think it would be possible to have a same day turnaround. While I have used other translation services in the Indy area, MLS has proven to provide superior customer service. I will certainly use them for future translation needs.
