Hands down the best massage school in Indy. I chose ITMS because the focus isn’t on just one modality but a multi-faceted approach of learning many modalities where one can customize and integrate them into a unique and customized massage for every client and session. The instructors and stuff treat you as though you are a member of their family and community instead of just a number. You know they care about you as an individual and not just as a business investment. I am truly grateful for my experience and education with Indiana Therapeutic Massage School.

ITMS is truly an amazing place. The education I received as a student there has been invaluable to me as a massage therapist. The instructors are all passionate therapists, leaders within the massage community, and also just really high quality human beings. As an avid receiver of bodywork, I love booking with the ITMS student clinic for a low cost, quality massage.

I was very impressed by the quality of the massage. The young woman who helped me was very kind and gave an excellent massage. She listened to my concerns and adjusted her techniques to help target some problem areas. The school was very clean, and I found the room that I was in to be very relaxing. At the end, they ask you to evaluate your therapist. Though tips are not expected, I was happy to be able to thank the woman who worked with me for such a positive experience.

The massage school is great for what it is. You can get an hour long massage for a fraction of the price of anywhere else. Of course thats because you are helping a student get experience. Ive been many times over the years. Ive had amazing massages and ok massages. You fill out an evaluation at the end and I think that definitely helps with the service you get. The massages are best for general relaxation. Despite the name, and the website says so, this is not a place to get an intense massage to relieve specific issues. Also note that the type of massage you get varies since students often have different styles of massage that they focus on/want to pursue. The hours are very limited. You can also book a spa appointment, which is with an instructor. Those are the full price you would pay at a regular spa or massage practice. Ive done that a couple of times and gotten incredible massages. The instructors obviously know what they are doing.

This is a great place if you want a discounted massage. As the other reviewer noted, its a school, so these are students and youll be asked to fill out an anonymous evaluation afterwards.Ive been here maybe four times, and its always relaxing. You get a full hour and the students communicate with you beforehand about what you want. Its no spa setting, but the rooms are quiet and calming, with salt lamps and gentle music playing. One time I went and the room was cold, but I mentioned it to them and it hasnt happened since. The massages have always been great. I think two of them were just perfect on their own, and two others changed their pressure when I asked, and it was great after that.If you get on their email list, youll hear about last-minute openings at even cheaper rates. I think I paid $20 once. I always tip the students too.

Amazing school training the most qualified healers in Indy! If you dont mind getting a massage by a student I strongly suggest paying them a visit. Privacy is guaranteed, it is a true spa experience from start to finish.

I would NOT be running and feeling pretty good on a regular basis if it wasnt for this place and their good work. Dont think of massage as a luxury but a necessity if you want to do your best in working out hard to meeting your potential/goals in your chosen sport area.

ITMS is a great school and a great place to get a massage. The instructors know their stuff, which comes through in the quality of massage you receive in the student clinics. I am a recent graduate, and attending ITMS was the best decision Ive ever made.

As a client, I appreciate the discounted spa massage sessions. Seems like they are training good practitioners!
