This was my first purchase of a Harley ever. from the start of finding my Fat Boy on line to the meeting with my salesman Mike to the financing and getting my Harley home my experience in the whole process was very pleasant and fun. My wife and I were greeted immediately when we arrived and we were treated like royalty. We will be proud to be a part of the Southside Harley Davidson family.

I took my new rider course and bought both my motorcycles from Southside Harley Davidson. I use them for all maintenance on my motorcycle. Every encounter has been exceptional. The staff is kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I have a Harley dealer closer to my home but I still travel 30 minutes to Southside Harley Davidson because I trust their work and trust that my experience will be great as usual. Keep doing what you’re doing at Southside Harley Davidson!

Harley Southside is not like any other dealership I have ever experienced. The atmosphere is family! You feel it with every employee you come across at Southside! They answer any questions you had in regards to riding gear, motorcycles, parts without hesitation. Not because they have to but because they want to! They don’t push you to purchase anything! They truly want you happy with whatever you choose to purchase! I recommend anyone to come to south side if your considering riding. Their classes are first class! The instructors do not disappoint. They want you to succeed and get your endorsement!

I called Southside Harley-Davidson looking for a part that was not in stock in my area. They did have it in stock but were not able to ship out of state. However, Cory in the parts department really went above and beyond to make sure that I could get the part that I needed for my bike as well as going over what would be needed for installation, the time it should take, and the approximate cost, which helped me make a more informed decision as to installation and cost. This is the kind of customer service that wins new customers and keeps existing ones.I hope that management of this location sees this review and reward Cory for such an amazing job!I will definitely stop into this location when I travel through Indianapolis.

As usual my experience with Southside Harley was top notch. I decided before my two year warranty ran out to move forward with the extended warranty. Doug did an outstanding job walking me through what the coverage would be.They always treat you as part of the family. I am happy I purchased my bike from Southside Harley.

What a great dealership! It was my first time there and happened to be a Saturday they had a big party going on. The store was packed but everyone working was mingling with customers and helping with anything you needed. It was a great experience!

The employees are nice here and helpful, but they also know when to leave you alone when you know what you are looking for. They have a very wide selection of Harley apparel for not just men and women but for the little ones too. Great store!

The people that make the dealership superior to others are all professional and dedicated to making the entire process of the motorcycle purchase totally enjoyable. The sales team headed up by George Lee and Eric Anderson are unparalleled in their desire to make sure every customer is 100 percent satisfied from start to finish. In the service department they have a tech named Jason S. (Wingnut) who is simply the best in his field. He has always gone up and over the call of duty to painstakingly take care of my bike as if it’s his own machine. He is for sure a stand out and valued asset at the dealership.So yes, SS Harley is the place to do business!

I have used Southside Harley for a few years as my primary service center for my FLSTC. The staff in parts is awesome and very helpful. The technicians in the service department have always taken care of any issues Ive had with my bike, and are very good at communicating problems. The staff in motor clothes is top notch. They are always friendly and willing to help me find what Im looking for. And if there is something I want that isnt in stock, they place an order as quickly as possible.

Best experience I have ever had. All the staff was amazing and they are always willing to help you out. The person that helped me find my perfect motorcycle was Mike. If I could give more that 5 starts I would definitely choose this Harley store over any store.

330 miles from home unplugable tire damage. Closest dealer dialed and ringing ... Hold for 15 minutes and I dont have anyoneCalled Indianapolis Southside HARLEY-DAVIDSON. Fro puts me at ease and pulls up in a nice enclosed trailer within an hour! Drops me off at the hotel and was ready by the time I called at 11 , wow thanks guys!! and Indy you guys have a gem there with great people.

Great service!! Tommy in the service department is awesome and they did a great job!! Literally got 3 bikes fixed (clutch plates,primary leak ,heat sensor and a couple other things)for me in less than a month!! During Sturgis week at that!! Very much appreciated!!

Went in to buy Amsoil and a filter for my bike. They didn’t carry Amsoil so I just bought a filter. On the engine drain plug there is an o-ring. It’s standard practice to replace it with each oil change. Since the o-ring is 20 cents at cost, most places will simply tape one to the lid of the box at no charge. Maybe they add it in to the cost of the filter but it seems like it’s free and it’s a nice touch. When I finished the purchase of the filter, I looked in the box and didn’t find an o-ring. I asked the guy behind the counter that I had just purchased the filter from about the o-ring. He said hang on. He went in the back and grabbed an o-ring out of the huge box of o-rings and he rang up the 97 cent transaction. Maybe I’m petty but just handing a customer who just overpaid for the chrome filter a free 20 cent goes a long way in customer service.

The parts department was knowledgeable and kind enough to talk me through some best practices for a simple repair.

I stopped at Southside Harley with a nail in my tire while traveling home from Sturgis. They understood that I was on the road with a group of 8 others and hooked me up! It was around 3 pm when i pulled in and they had a tire and got it on. They had me on the road in a few hours. Can’t say enough great things about their service department.

The parts department is always very helpful. Most times they have the parts I need in stock which is rare for most dealers. If they dont have it they will order and get it as quick as possible.

I was sized for a modular helmet and was shown the different styles of helmets and tried on a couple. But the modular worked the best for me I wear glasses and I dont have any trouble getting them on and the helmet fits comfortably. Next I purchased a brightly colored rain suit and they took time to make sure it fit perfectly as well as my riding gloves. Best shopping experience I have had in a long time Great personnel who take pride in their job and truly care about the customer.

Got my long sleeve pocket t-shirt for my husbands birthday there along with two regular t-shirts with the pockets excellent service

Awesome dealer. Nice selection of everything you need for the bike, home, and clothing selection was amazing!! Got the riding boots I wanted for a great price. Bout gave em all a stroke crossing the road to get over there but worth it. Definitely will see these two truckers again soon.

I’ve bought three bikes from Ryan and just put the deposit down for #4 yesterday. These guys are absolutely amazing!! Every time I need anything they are on it for me right away and any questions I have get answered promptly. Super friendly and everyone at the store goes out of their way to take their service the extra mile. All the other dealerships are awesome, but Southside is the best and only one I will buy my bikes from!

Great people in the clothing/novelty department.They are always friendly and helpful.I have been to numerous dealerships in the Midwest, east coast, and numerous dealerships between Indiana and Florida but South Side H/D is my personal favorite.

I live in an area where we have many really good Harley Davidson dealerships. This is the best Harley Davidson dealership in my area. The other dealers are great, the Greenwood Indiana location carries more parts and swag in stock, the staff is very professional.

The staff was very helpful right when I walked through the door. I was in a hurry so it was nice to get in, get what I needed, and get out in a matter of minutes.

They are always very helpful and try to make it an awesome buying experience for everyone.

I’ve been to Southside Harley Davidson one time my son and I were coming through Indianapolis from from Ohio and we were going to Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri my son had a front wheel bearing go out at 5:30 in the afternoon they closed at 6 o’clock they had us they had the wheelbearings in stock and on Fourth of July weekend they stayed and fixed our bike which was just unbelievable are they there I don’t know how to explain how how much I appreciate that what they did for us but they got us back on the road stayed over a little bit and it was a great experience I would rate them at an A+ 10 out of 10 I have a 2019 road glide a 2008 street glide and I would love to buy my next motorcycle from them just to show my appreciation thank you

We love this place. Everyone from parts to service to clothing are very helpful and will go out of their way to get you what you need. In our case, my wife wanted pair of boots, they just didnt have the color she wanted in the store. They looked through their catalog and ordered the exact pair she wanted. Oh and ensure she tried on pair first to make sure she got the rise size. The even came in a week earlier than anticipated. Try out Southside!!

I had a great experience with buying my 2021 Road Glide Special. Aaron was the salesman that helped me out from the beginning. His manager Eric was also very helpful. My bike died while riding on I-65 north and I was stuck on the side of the road. I could not get a tow truck to come and there were thunder storms moving in. Southside Harley-Davidson got a truck and trailer out to pick up my bike. Fortunately, It was only a dead battery. Southside got me back on the road within an hour of opening the next day. Everyone there was great and their service was top notch! Special thanks to Fro for getting the trailer out on a Friday night! It was vey much appreciated.

I love Southside Harley. I bought my bike there last spring and just had them do a stage 3 upgrade. They have great customer service and do great work. They are farther away for me than other dealerships but it’s worth the trip for the good service.

First harley Ive owned, and the parts department was able to not only explain the parts I needed but also how to best replace them. Quality advice, parts and service everytime Ive visited.

The sales staff is top notch! They offer a rewards program too, points on every dollar spent. Well worth it!

Customer service is always exceptional at Southside Harley, the stock level right now was a shock to me. I don’t use their service department because of cost. But I have friends who do that say they are very satisfied with that as well!! We have 3 dealerships within 20 miles of me and I always choose Southside..

I have been going to Southside Harley Davidson for 40 years now.Nobody else has dealt with me in a better fashion,and the current staff is the greatest.I have bought new and used motorcycles,parts,clothing and accessories there and every department is staffed with knowledgeable and capable employees.I have no reason to go to any other dealership.

I paid $380.00 for full service got an oil change out of that, I asked for my tentioners to be checked told me they needed replaced, paid $970.00 for that. Got my bike back it had oils all over everywhere. They didnt hook my fuel gage back up, didnt tell me that my front brakes were going out and dragging. I feel like I got ripped off out of the full service 40 point inspection. They didnt even ride it around the lot to finish the inspection. Thumbs down, Southside. Im very disappointed in yall up there. Thought you were better than this. DO BETTER!!!

OVERPRICED dealer. But they do have almost everything

Just got a used 2009 Dyna Low Rider as an upgrade from my Sportster. All the staff at Southside were extremely helpful in most every area. What a gigantic difference to go in and test drive, negotiate the final sales amount, and go through financing within just a couple of hours. My only regret is not predicting nor understanding all the modifications I would have to make to get the bike to fit my small 5-6 body. If the sales person would have gone through even the most basic and common changes that people make (like seat changes, handlebars, grips, forward controls), I would have most definitely thrown those fees into my loan.

Great service. Had a problem with my motorcycle and they picked it up and let me know the problem. Ordered the parts I needed, had all the help I needed so I could make the right choice. Would recommend to everyone I know.

Overall a good experience although I was misinformed about proper oil amount for my Service on my 2008 Dyna wide glide Specifically motor oil they had my bike doing a dyno tune up,they knew what year that it was a 96 cu.in V-twin motor yet I was told 4qts. For motor oil fill up, 1qt. For Trans. 1qt. For primary!! When in fact a wet 96 cu.in. holds2.5 qts. With oil filter primed! Was sold 6 qts. Of Sync 3 20-50 and a filter!
