My almost-3-year-old child has been at this center since he was 6 weeks old. I have never had a doubt that he is loved and taken care of. The TEACHERS at this center have always been wonderful!

My kids have been going here since June of last year. I had never thought to put my kids in daycare. Walking up to the center in the morning my daughter and son get so excited. The staff is amazing and my kids have made so much growth hear its amazing. I love the fact that they are family friendly and they want the best for my kids! Thank you to all the staff who make this possible in my kids life, ALL OF YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!

With 3 daycare aged children it is incredibly important to have confidence and trust in our childcare provider. My children are safe and cared for by all of the KinderCare staff. Their love of learning, development of social skills and overall demeanor is positively influenced by the care that they receive from KinderCare.

My daughter is now 10 months old and has been attending since she was 3-4 months. Everyone that works here is very compassionate and understanding. The facility is very clean and organized. I feel safe taking my child here.

My husband and I have two sons who attend the center, one in the Preschool class and one in the Toddler 2s class - both since they were infants, so even before KinderCare took over from Rainbow. Weve been through several rounds of turnover for the Center Director in that time, so I wanted to reach out and share feedback on the current team.Since Stephanie Fischer has been Center Director, we have seen an incredibly positive improvement in communication with our family from not only Stephanie herself but also the boys teachers. Previously we were lucky to get sporadic updates from teachers via the app; on occasion wed have weeks go by with no updates. Since Stephanie became director, the communication has been phenomenal via the app with updates on activities/photos/videos in addition to basic meal/toilet check-ins.Separately but in todays world even more importantly, weve been really pleased with how Stephanie and her Assistant Director Amanda Brown have led the center in cleanliness and health-first initiative related to COVID protocols. We know Stephanie and Amanda are doing their best to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible, and communicating with us continuously along the way to keep us apprised of updates.We are greatly appreciative of the KinderCare Castleton team and everything they do for our family.

My two kids absolutely love this daycare and the staff. The director and assistant director make sure to above and beyond. We have been attending for two years and I make no plans to move my littles from here. Thank you to the teachers for all that you do for my kids.

I have two kids at this place and both of them love it. My oldest son is 6 y/o and he is going since he was 11 months and even now he goes after school. Ms. Jackie was great and helped us a lot to ease the transition of our son to the school system. He likes going there and learn and play. Every caregiver has been exceptional and the only time we had a problem the director took care of everything the first time we notified. My youngest is 2 y/old and he is attending since he was 6 months old, he wakes up every day asking if its time to go to the house of Ms. Martha. We feel very well treated and our kids feel loved at this place. We have only good things to say about this place.

My sons teacher was amazing. The rest of the staff I can not say so they have been disrespectful since beginning. Today drew the line when I brought my son which he was upset I had to go to work made a fuss. As I walked by I received nasty faces from the employees, heard a comment or two from another and Cynthia the assistant director I believe who said its nap time .? As in why am I bringing him in at this time, when I avised them Tuesdays fluctuate depending on my work schedule. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!

My two children returned to rainbow about six weeks ago, I have a 14 month old son and a 7 told daughter who both attended rainbow previously. I brought both kids back to rainbow and I was happy maybe the first two, until one day I came at a different time to pick up my kids when I witnessed my sons teacher Kayla in the Toddler 2 slam him down into his chair and yell STOP IT at him at the top of her lungs. I reported it to the center director Teea and she made the teacher apologize after things calmed down and I spoke with Kayla I felt comfortable moving past this incident. Well only a few weeks later on Monday April 2nd my 14month old son came home with a busted lip, I wasnt aware that he had a busted lip until I saw him at pick up, Tuesday April 3rd at pickup my 14 month old son had a big red bite mark on his cheek that once again nobody from rainbow attempted to contact me and explain to me how my toddler once again was injured, Friday April 5th was my deal breaker I did a pop up at rainbow and decided to watch the monitors in the front lobby and observe my sons classroom to see how he was getting along in his room when I saw on camera the Assistant Director Amanda snatch him down from the sink by his arm and sling him across the floor INFRONT of two other teachers that were in the room with her, after my son fell and was lying on his back crying Amanda stood over him yelling. I packed up both my childrens belongings and that was their last day at Rainbow... This is Abusive child care at its finest and Im happy I got my son out of Toddler 2...My daughter teacher Ms.Jameela in varsity club is a wonderful young lady and she will be missed by my daughter but that Toddler room is not safe........

They have been amazing to my girls. I love this daycare.

Today they just put a note on their door... too many of our staff called in, no more kids. They seem to be the ghetto of daycare. We are moving our son.
