I would highly recommend Tucker School of Real Estate to anyone that is interested. My instructor was awesome!! The class material was easy to navigate through along with the online study guide assistance as well.

I will always recommend the Tucker School of Real Estate to anyone interested in getting their license. I took the in person class in February and passed the test three days after graduating. Alyce is an excellent instructor and genuinely cares about her students. Doug Dickman is also a fantastic resource. The material can be daunting and the state test has a very high fail rate, so it’s not for everyone. But the folks at the Tucker School give their students more than enough information and resources to be successful!

This course is comprehensive and it will give you the skills you need to pass the state exam. I almost went a different route due to the lower rating but it was the closest one to me. I am glad however I didnt let the rating discourage me, or weight to heavily into the final decision. Dickmann is an exceptional instructor. I do suggest taking the course in person rather than online.

I joined the face to face class in May and by the end of June, I have passed the state exam. This accomplishment ranks very high on my list and I owe a great deal of gratitude to Doug and The Tucker School of Real Estate!

Finished the 90 hour course in one week. It was very streamlined. Took two weeks to study, learn the vocabulary, and then passed both exams my first try!!

I passed the Indiana state exams but the course curriculum is very fractured. If it were organized better it would be more effective. Also the practice exams do not randomize the questions enough and need to include more questions on a more diverse range of topics. Also the tests need to be split up. In the state of Indiana the exam is split into two tests: basic real estate and Indiana law. The practice exams should also reflect this.Finally, in the online course specifically there are multiple spelling and grammatical errors that give if a very unprofessional feel.Finally, aside from email good luck getting anyone to actually pick up the phone if you have to call. It seems like all calls go to a non-monitored voicemail box. Not as professional as one would expect given the cost.

Took class with Doug, which I recommend because of his knowledge and experience in the industry. His real life examples he experienced in the field helped me pass the state exam on the first exam.

Update: After my review Stephanie and Doug reached out to me and apologized for my experience and tried to rectify the situation. I was given different options reguarding my concerns. It was very thoughtful and I really appreciate their kindness and thoughtfulness. My advice would be if you have any questions or concerns reach out to them. They want everyone to succeed but if they don’t know they can’t help you so reach out to them.My daughter took this course and she passed the class but did not pass the state exam. Doug Dickman said if you read the whole book that he gave you when you passed the class he guaranteed you would pass the state exam and she read the whole book but did not pass. We paid $1200 for this class. I am very disappointed with FC Tucker and Doug Dickman. He kept saying we are not here to take your money through out the course but I feel they did just that. They didn’t follow up and check in on the students to see how they did after the course and offer any suggestions.

Online course was easy to follow and navigate. It prepared me well for the real estate exam.

Classes are amazing. I took the classes a few years ago and let my license expire. Im going to retake this class again and keep my license this time.

Try to take the online course if you dont do all 90 hours in one sitting it will kick you back to the 1st unit . spend your money somewhere else
