Wow, you guys are only 1 hour late to pick up my kid every day so far. At this rate shes going to miss 15% of the school year. Your level of incompetence cannot be put into words!

Bus Driver just looked at my daughter and drove on, did not stop. We tried to wave the bus down, but it just kept on going, did not come back. Tried to call Bus Transportation to get the situation resolved, no one ever answers the phone. Tried calling several times. I would give zero stars if it were possible.

Buses do not stop and look to see if all students get off bus they switch buses all the time and never have the same driver for one bus they are always late and attempt to blame us as parents for the excessive late arrivals. My child had been left on the bus on several occasions, even when we are standing out side waiting for her, the bus driver does not make sure all children are off like a responsible bus driver should considering you chose this job and in doing so you chose to be responsible for that child until they reach there home SAFE. Bus transportation does not care when parent calls with the concern of there child being left on bus several different occasion, they want to argue and again throw blame for the chachildis not there fault get it together and BE RESPONSIBLE ADULTS.

My student has door service, but the driver passes them up in the morning to swing back around after he gathers up the rest of the students. I have spoken to several people at transport and the school. Without resolve. I dont feel safe and Im sick of the ignorance. Office never answers until after 8:30Complaints arent taken seriously😠

They need better drivers that are more accountable for the safety of the children.Once again here I am 2 years later still rating at a 1! If I could rate a 0 I would. This time it’s a warning to pay attention to yours child’s bus stop because they apparently will change it without notice even when you’ve advised them the correct stop. The school office is unable to get cooperation with transportation and when I call the phone just rings. This is ridiculous and ghetto!

This is one of those “it’s good until it ain’t good” issues. This is a service we rely on daily. Most of the time, they are good. Get the kids to and from school. What I don’t understand is how your services start early in the morning, but you can never get anyone on the phone until after 8am, maybe!!! How does that work? It’s the third day of school and my children’s bus has been stuck at the transport center until well after school started for two of those days. We’ve had small issues with them over the year, they’ve addressed them. Can you please address the fact that you can’t ever get anyone on the phone or leave a message in the morning, as the issues are actually happening?!?!

Drivers stink. Many a time, as Im driving in a school zone with 25mph blinking signs, Im following a bus which is exactly at 40mph. Why should the public follow rules when Pikes own drivers appear to be ABOVE following ANY rules?!!

So my bus was a no show... tried to call transportation but the office was closed... yea probably because normal people arent up at 6:34. So my question is why do you have kids scheduled to get on the bus that early if you dont have anyone at transportation office to answer the phone, you have no times listed on your website, and have no where to leave a voicemail? This place is a joke

Bus 1214 comes through my neighborhood Falcon Lakes every morning going verry fast. This morning there was cars on her side of the street so she had to come on my side street and I had to slam on brakes in for to avoid hitting the bus. I tried to call Pike transportation phone but the number is disconnected and no other number is available. This is ridiculous! That driver needs to be fired. She is putting people and children in danger everytime she is behind the wheel.

Called in to speak with transportation coordinator... Had to leave a message with the rudest staff member... I had to repeat myself 4 xs and respell information... The lady became frustrated and claimed she heard everything correctly! Poor choice of words and you need an attitude adjustment Maam. I am disappointed in the fact that the lines are not monitored! This place is an un organized mess!!!! My step daughter has had problems finding her bus for the past 2 days. Nobody at the freshman center would help her and transportation kept giving us the same info over and over. Turned out that the bus they had her assigned too was a special needs bus that leaves the school VERY early. My step daughter is not special needs and it took them 2 days to catch this mistake mean while she is lost and confused at a giant new school. We just moved in and she just started Monday. I am very disappointed.

We have a daughter with special needs who needs a bus aid and a special seat belt. Not only was the driver 15 minutes early, he had no bus aid nor a seat belt harness on the bus. I had to get on the bus to strap in my own child because I did not trust her driver to do it. He was very pushy, rushing me as I strapped her in. Our daughter has epilepsy also so with no bus aid how will the driver tend to her if she has a seizure? Weve addressed this several times to transportation but to no avail. So, I drove her to school for three months until today hoping things would be different. Nope. Same pushy driver from the beginning of the school year. Her pick up time is 8am yet he came at 7:45 and had I not been looking out the window when he pulled up he was gonna keep going. He never actually stopped. He turned the bus around and was about to pass our house when I waved him down. I said were you even gonna stop?? He didnt apologize but simply asked is she ready? I said yup but you gonna have to wait a sec sir, youre 15 minutes early. School starts at 8:50 which means our child with special needs will be on that bus for an hour.So Im ready Pike transportation, here we go again but know this, if anything happens to my child while on that mans bus itsa wrap. #itsgongetugly

4/02/18 Bus #1014This place sucks. Would give no stars but thats not an option. The kids watch this new bus driver who trained with the old driver the week before spring break turn down the wrong street and never turned back around to puck them up. They were suppose to be picked up at 640am they stayed out there till 710am. So i called Mrs. Green at pike to be transferred to. A number that went to voicemail. Called her back and was told to leave them a message. Asked her will they give me a call back to let me know what time the bus will be back. She had no answer for that. I guess i was suppose to assume they received my message and have the kids atand outside till the bus showed back up (snowing outside).then i continued to call the transportation building from 710am till 800am to bever get an answer nor was there a voicemail to leave a message. So in the end since Im at work i to call pike attendance line and the reason for the absence I let them no the bus never showed up.Ridiculous that you cannot get in contact with the person in charge of transportation at pike high school or the transportation building during the hours the busses are transporting the kids.And to the mother with the special needs daughter its sad you had to transport your child yourself. And you should take this situation higher. To not be able to trust your child is in good hands while riding to school is unacceptable and that bus driver should be fired with the attitude and disposition he had towards your special angel. *but we know gods watching over her.

Every year they are late. Sometimes never showing up. Today one of my kids friends told the driver she passed up my stop and the driver said he will be ok. He will get to school. No he wont so yall will be sending another bus out
