Kid goes to school there doing better then he did at other schools

Info and processes for change at the welcome center leaves alot to be desired. Brand new students can enroll online, but students with existing relationship have to go in person to change info? Not to mention them insisting that a state drivers license is not good enough proof of address???? Never heard such ridiculous bureaucracy in my life! Time to embrace the 21st century....
