Not as helpful as expected. I was having trouble with the new coupon system changes. Being that I had downgraded and now upgraded. And the manager instead of helping me and giving me the discounts on the 4 items I had she ignored the issues and proceeded with the check out. Not impressed at all.

I really love the products and the store itself. But the attitude of the cashiers and store assistant manager estella needs to stop. Very rude and obnoxious customer service from her and her employees. The side comments, the faces, and her rudeness is so uncalled for.

I’ve been to this store several times every time I stop by the workers are using vulgar language and on the phone with other workers and all the customers could hear the conversations I believe there’s an office for the manager to do that in. The workers don’t greet you when you walk in or while they ring you up! Nothing like the Family dollars in coachella.

Me and my boyfriend had just got off of work we walked into the store to get what we wanted to purchase we were going to purchase a few things so my bf went to go look for a cart, saw a worker on the other side went to ask her where the carts were at she ignored him both times i was looking at the decorations on the other side this lady (who claimed to be the manager) walked up to me and told me to leave i repeatedly asked her why at that time my bf walked up and she then changed her words to you guys need to leave this store. He was caught off guard as well also asked her why she still gave no explanation just threaten to call security on us we asked to talk to the manger to find out why were where getting kicked out she then told us she was the manager. We walked out of the store still asking her what we did and she still did not give us any explanation. Weve never been kicked out of a store before especially for no reason!! I would never shop or request this store to anyone! Rude and disrespectful manager! Very unprofessional!

First time to this location and my impression was bad. The two younger worker kept talking about a coworker and you could hear it through out the whole store. Not even caring we all listened. One was saying he was gonna confront his coworker talking about him. I felt like saying freaking do it cuz he said it alot to his coworker.

Big selection and affordable prices. And staff is super nice.

I have shopped here before many great products at low prices and especially the costumer service the employess provide excellent work keep it up and its close to where i live
