Beautiful black owned facility that promotes community artist 🎨

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have been to two events that were wonderful. I am a firm believer in not only continuing to put my money into businesses that I would love to see prosper, but also inviting others to do so as well. Which is why my last experience was so upsetting. I was involved in a car accident a few days before a yoga class I had paid for and would not be able to attend. I emailed the owner (not asking for a refund, but hoping to attend another class that was actually cheaper than the yoga class) , and not expecting the difference to be paid to me. I know the website says no refunds, I am aware of that. I was not asking for one. It has been about 3 weeks now, and I have not even received a response saying, Sorry about the accident, well try and accommodate you in another class, or simply, sorry no refunds or transference of classes. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! NO RESPONSE! But they didnt have a problem taking my payment though. Its sad because I didnt expect to be ignored altogether. Whats even more sad, is a friend of mine just retired and we were planning a party to celebrate and that was our venue we were planning to use, and we live over an hour away, and there are other painting venues in Orange County that are a lot closer to me! But like I said, I wanted to support this business.... not anymore. Very disappointing.
