Love my lashes! They came out amazing Ive been getting so many compliments. I have sensitive eyes so they were irritated the first day (normal for me) now they just feel like my natural lashes. Two weeks later and they still look great.

The young lady who I normally get my lashes done with was booked this week and I really needed them done for a wedding I was going to on a Sunday afternoon. I didn’t think I could find anyone open on Sundays but I did find this eye lash suite open on a Sunday. I called Kia and made my appt for 11:30. I told her when I got there that I like them note natural, not a lot volume, she said okay. Well first of all when she started applying the lashes, my eye lid started hurting, I should have stopped her because I have never been in pain while getting my lashes applied. I didn’t stop her and when she was done as I sat up, my eyes immediately started burning and tearing. I have never had so much pain on my eyes and eye lids I did not know what to do. Instead of trying to find out if I was okay, Kia started taking pics of her work so she could post them on her business page and when I asked her why was it burning, she said it will stop after a while. I was so disappointed but because I had to get to a wedding 2 hours away I left her shop. When I got home to get dressed my left eye would not stop hurting and tearing, it was red as well. My husband told me to go back over to see if Kia could do something about the irritation, however she was not there. So we got on the road to go to the wedding, I was so miserable that I could not drive. I suffered through it at the wedding and on the way back home. So my husband told me to see if I could find someone to remove the lashes because I couldn’t take the pain. I did not think anyone would be open on Memorial Day but there was a place who I was able to call and walk in to get these lashes removed. The manager of this lash salon had to remove the lashes and she informed me that Kia placed the lashes too close to my eye lid where the glue caused the irritation as well as she either used too much glue or she used the wrong type of glue for eye lash application. There was so much glue on my eye lash lid that it took her over an hour to get 90% of the lashes off. I still have to use coconut oil or almond oil to remove the remaining lashes. When I first texted Kia to ask her once again what do I do about the irritation of my eye and that the glue was poking me in my eye, she told me just to use olive oil to smooth out the glue and it would get better. That did not work, so after I left the salon who removed 90% of the lashes I texted Kia to let her know the pain I have been going through since I left her table and she did not receive my constructive criticism well at all, she said that I left her a rude and disrespectful message. I told her that no one should be in pain while getting their lashes applied. If her clients are happy with that kind of service then shame on her and shame on them. WOW what customer service, I would never go back to her ever again.
