I recently called for my son to attend a drop in class at McDuffys Kajukenbo. When I arrived, there were no classes being held at the location on Google. I then called and the woman told me that they were giving classes outdoors near Inglewood cemetery (there are 4 sides to the cemetery). I let the woman know that I was driving and where should I go. She said she would call me back. Well maam Im driving can you just tell me where to go. Sorry I have parents in front of me buying uniforms. She didnt call back for 20 minutes, my 5 year old son missed the class. This was the worst display of customer service that Ive seen in a long time. I was so upset, my son has been looking forward to trying a karate class and I was hoping to commit to McDuffys. However I could NEVER work with someone so unprofessional.

Great place. Very family oriented. My son loves the skills they are teaching him too.

Excellent programs and instructors. Great for all ages kids, teens and adults.

My little girl is learning martial arts and life lessons in a supportive environment.

Very in professional.. Cant keep appointment cancel on initial meeting twice. Gave out different prices to each parent...Clearly have a power trip by the conversation with wife and husband laughs during conversation... Very In Professional. Will recycle black dollars else where

McDuffy is a true master of martial arts, both the fighting and the morality that goes along with it.
