My little girl is really thriving at this play based school where parents are not only involved but shape the way the school operates. I love being apart of the WPNS community and cant wait to send my son there when hes old enough!

This place is exactly what my daughter needed! As a professional who specializes in the behaviors of young children, the search for preschool for my own daughter was quite the adventure. However, when I stumbled upon WPNS, it was everything I was looking for...Teachers: Where do I start! The teachers are warm, kind, gentle humans who deeply care about the individual children. They allow for age-appropriate conflict and big feelings. They embrace and encourage quirks and uniqueness, while gently guiding each and every child to blossom in his/her own way.Community: Yes! That’s right, this place is a COMMUNITY. You get so much more than just a preschool. You have the opportunity to become a part of the school culture and watch first hand how your child learns and grows. This is a group of like-minded parents who lean on and learn from one another. Truly a gift!Environment: This school embodies MESSY learning! Children are encouraged to explore until their little hearts are content in whatever manner that may be. Most days this includes some form of paint, glitter or mud.

My son loves his teachers and everyone at WPNS. He has truly blossomed there. He’s learning about compassion, teamwork and building lasting friendships while having the freedom to explore his creativity. I love the community and supportive spirit of the school. Thank you!

WPNS is one of the most amazing preschools there is. We became part of this amazing family in 2013 when I was looking for a school for my son who had just turned 3. We went on a tour and I instantly knew this is where we wanted to be. My son played hard and came home messy, he made friends that he still has today. He played in the mud, ran around in his undies when it was hot, and even threw paint on his teachers some days....this was HOME.I cant express how engaged every single one of the teachers are with all the children. The teachers really get down on their level and take the time to really get to know each child and their needs. Each teacher has their specialty and they all work together so well as a team. I felt so confident leaving both my kids here knowing they were in great hands.My daughter attended WPNS and just started TK a couple of weeks ago. Im so happy to say she loves school and she was so prepared for this transition thanks to WPNS, all the teachers, all of her friends, and all of the families. WPNS teaches so much more than ABCs and 123s, they teach love, life, and prepare your child for the next step in their lives. I am truly thankful for our experience here and will forever call WPNS home.

Amazing school! Spectacular staff, spectacular community, play based learning, an amazing cooperative pre-school which empowers and inspires kids and their parents. We’ve built lifelong friendships and skills here as a family and we couldn’t think of another “home” for our littles.
