Kind of a crummy district

NO STAR is the rating here.This school district is operating under a recovery plan from state of CA due to chronic under performance. I work there and I can report a dysfunctional district that operates on petty personal power trips, lack of due process, retaliation, etc. There are employees in classrooms who are illiterate, tutors who cant spell, and I regret to say an atmosphere of angry racism. The district employs an outside agency that places untrained aides in the classrooms who have no supervision. The district management is incompetent and it results in students with ieps not receiving their special ed services, poorly trained teachers in classrooms,and abusive practices in classrooms. Thinking of speaking w LA Times to help the neglected students in Inglewood Unified School District.
