Jordan was an excellent instructor and definitely put me at ease since I have never taken a course before and wasnt sure what to expect! He takes the time to answer questions and explain things so that everyone understands them, and hes obviously passionate about teaching these important skills. I 100% would recommend him, and had a lot of fun during my class!

She simulated the stress of real-life situations and was an informative, but interesting, teacher, using real-life examples and personal demonstrations. Super awesome class! The Instructor was very thorough and did a great job answering all the classes questions and making it a safe environment during a pandemic. I love leaving a CPR class feeling confident in my abilities, and our instructor did just that!

Jordans class was very informative. He is knowledgeable, personable, and passionate about his work. We now feel confident and comfortable with our new skills in large part due to his coaching. We now feel confident that we would be able to perform CPR on an adult, child, or infant when needed. We will recommend this class to family and friends.

Jordan’s class was run very professionally and allowed for lots of time for practice and questions. We were allowed to practice as much as we wanted before the check out test and Jordan gave super helpful feedback on out skills. At the end of the course I feel very confident!

I attended the blended Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED training. The online learning system really focused on repetition, as did the in-person training. It really helped make the learnings second nature, which is important in emergency situations.The CPR dummies were also very high tech and notified you when you were compressing too fast or slow- great tools for learning.

Have taken several CPR/First Aid courses over the years. Jordan did a wonderful job teaching and made sure we had opportunity to ask questions if needed. I did learn a few extra, helpful tips as well.Even though the instructor was fantastic it was not helpful that I did not receive CEU credit for the online portion of the course. I needed these CEU for my employment. Classroom was two hours, which I received credit for, but the online was two hours as well and there was no way around it being two hours long and I did not receive credit for that. I called more than once asking about that and was given the runaround. So if you plan on taking a four hour class and do not need four hours worth of CEU then this is fine but if you need all those hours for employment do not take it through MN CPR. I will have to make up hours another way because they did not give me credit for it which I find a little ridiculous.This is the reason I am giving three stars and not five. The instructor deserves the five but how they handle your CEU is definitely not worth five

I just completed adult and child first aid and CPR with Jordan at the Inver Grove Heights location. Jordan did a great job of walking us through every procedure and he made sure we fully understood the skills and the background material.

I attended the blended BLS instructor course & it was wonderful! It was by far the best CPR course I’ve taken thus far & I’ve been in healthcare for 20 years. I was nervous at first & didn’t know what to expect, but Jordan the owner & instructor was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. I felt more relaxed instantly. The room is big with plenty of space to social distance & has hand sanitizer etc. to keep your area & the equipment disinfected. I recommend MN CPR LLC to everyone looking for a great experience to learn CPR & other courses offered there. It is well worth it.
