I dont shop at Office Max too often, so it was a change for me with the variety! Havent been in a Office Max since about 2015 in Scottsdale, AZ.
Incredibly weird place. Not sure how if continues to exist. I enjoy the unshopped aisles and giant slightly dusty slightly greasy Desk and Chair Salesfloor.I will be back. Highly recommended as a place to contemplate the death of various American Box Stores.
Good service, friendly staff, small selection at this store. I tried to order some things online for in-store pickup that stated they were not available for the option but were actually in the store. That was a bummer. Overall not a bad visit.
I just went in to pick up some papers I asked them to print. Excellent customer service. I was acknowledged and greeted immediately when I went in. They had the prints ready. Pleasant conversation with the employee and a customer. Very pleasant experience.

Typical office max. Very high clearance prices. Good customer service but often considerable wait times at the printing counter. Most items are in stock and arranged orderly. Fast and convenient for most needs.
Shelves and signage is clearly not up to date. Time spent waiting for a register was ridiculous (approaching 30 minutes), waiting for an employee to adjust the prices on several items from the lady before me. I ended up not buying the ome item I needed because it rang up at double the sticker price and I didnt have more time to waste. An Amazon order was placed for the products I did not purchase.
Easy to find location, good hours. Great services such as email your request of copies/prints in & theyll have them ready for you when you walk in.
Since I work here as a sales consultant my experience here has been wonderful. The only thing I dont enjoy is how we have different promotion every week so it gets confusing
Went here tonight to print loose leaf full color sheets on high gloss 100lb paper. We arrived at the store and were the only customers present. Upon calling someone to the print desk we asked for 30 copies of a 12 page book (our adoption profile) that we needed full color front back. We did not need binding just the prints. The service manager helping us said he was unable to print and we’d have to “take a folder”. He proceeded to ask when we needed it by. We said “how about tonight?” (and looked around as we were the only customers in store)... He said he couldn’t do that. So we said we’d go to the Edina location. If he would have let me load the paper in the tray and hit print on the computer I could have done his job in less than 10 minutes. 1 minute to press print and 9 to wait for the printer to do the rest. Never mind that “service manager”.,.we are now on our way to Edina to as we called their location and they would be happy to print our job.
All employees were very helpful Ashley especially knew exactly what I needed walked me over to that area and explained all the various options it was terrific thank you very much

Not a good customer service. These days that people buy everything online, having a good customer service is the only thing that keeps these places going and unfortunately they don’t have it, at least not at this specific location.

Place for all your office gear. Good prices, indifferent and inexperienced staff. Great option, but online, get it delivered the next day.

The absolute worst experience ever! The service is terrible, one of the guy is litteraly so rude with is coworkers I had to tell him to knock it off! Try to sell me improperly cut birthday cards, with a few for the cut! What is wrong with this place!
I get my printer ink there. People are always ready and willing to help.

Making copies without necessary items (stapler, staple remover, heavy duty stapler that works) and having to keep walking back to the desk for assistance is very frustrating.
