I love Barron, the staff, and other patrons at Iowa City Farrells. Everyone is nice and encouraging as everyone who walks in the door are from different walks of life and in different stages of their health journey. Everyone is willing to help and pass on their knowledge and tips. If you are looking for a place to start or continue your journey with no judgement and with a full support system. This is the place!

I love the concept of FXB. I finally found something I can stick with. All ages, all fitness levels. And the people at the Iowa City Farrells make it work...Barron, Mary, and all of the instructors are so supportive. Best 45 minutes of the day!

I cant say enough about the attitude and helpful staff at FXB Iowa City Eastside. They will help inspire you to reach your goals in the ten week program, its not just pounds and inches, its an attitude adjustment.

This is the most amazing program I have ever been involved in.

The program works, if you stick to the diet and attend classes. The gym is clean and the staff is positive.
