If you are an international student, before you finish the first semester and report to esl class-you will have to come here for no reason. Just to get their authorization.I really dont quite understand the meaning of a special trip. In fact, no complicated system is needed at all, and these authorizations can be completely obtained through ITS, or maybe an email can solve the problem.The ESL system is still pretty bad, and the placement test always makes all international students complain.Its just that I dont know whats going on now. Has this system improved? In my case, it has been a year since I left the UI.I hope that registration is now easier.
