Expect aggressive unethical billing practices beyond imagination. Additional evaluations performed and billed without patient consent. Ive never encountered such unethical billing practices.0 stars

My moms been on a hard path this month finding out about her cancer and Abby Smith who took her blood multiple times that we have been there was seriously such a sweet heart! Abby was nothing but real and honest about everything and was so so sweet to my mom and definitely made her feel much better about everything!

Weve been coming here for years but this hospital has severally deteriorated. Many staff members and doctors are indifferent anymore, and dont seem to care much. The worst part is the outrageous charges. A friend suggested I try other clinics in town and Im glad I did- Much cheaper and you get to see experienced doctors.

I would give this a 0 if it was possible. The communication at this facility is absolutely terrible. I understand things happen and if it was just once instance thing I wouldn’t mind but it was the whole experience that was terrible. Started with a 1st visit that lasted 6 hours and the 1st 4 hours were in a dr room waiting to see the dr. Not the waiting room but the dr room. Then when the dr arrives he informs us that we are being seen by the wrong dr and we would have to reschedule. We live 1.5 hours away. After having a convo with the dr stating how I didn’t understand how they don’t screen the files prior to setting up apts and that just seems ridiculous. They then set us up with the “correct” dr and the wait was much shorter. Unfortunately we were set up with a cancer dr and the patient didn’t even have cancer! How does a multi million dollar...excuse me a multi billion dollar a year facility mess this up? Ok over that...Patient was seen by the correct dr and set up properly. Found there was suppose to be 3 teams of surgeons and we would need to consulate with each dr. No problem. I asked to see all the drs the same day so we didn’t have to make 3 separate trips. Well after 12 phone calls from each of ther secretaries we finally got this accomplished. (I had to suggest me calling the drs and setting up due to each secretary trying to set up individually even though they knew we wanted to meet all the same day) so now the conversation with the drs...1st dr states a 8in incision and low risk surgery and he would be the primary dr. Sounds great! Also stated that the next dr might not even be involved because it’s not really needed. Cool....then we talk to the 2nd dr. He states it’s a high risk surgery and it’s going to be a 26in incision. Wow! Really how are your stories different! When I asked he said that him and the other dr just got off the phone and made a plan...I said excuse me? You had 3 weeks to speak to each other to create a plan and you just spent the last 5 mins? How does that make any sense? After stating my feelings on how stupid that sounded coming from a dr he then try to draw me a pic on what was going on. Which was completely irrelevant to communicating with the other dr. Moving on....surgery was scheduled for 6-8 hours and was done in 2. Drs said there were no complications and it was a success! And the incision was smaller than expected! Great news! We were told my mother would be in a room within 30 min and we should be able to see her in a few hours after she fully wakes up. Well 5 hours go by and I go to ask.... guess what all the rooms are full and they are keeping her in the recovery unit. Seriously! How don’t you know your capacity prior to scheduling! So now we won’t even be able to see her because visitors aren’t allowed on the recovery floor. I don’t understand where the communication breakdown is at this facility but it needs fixed. I’ve never had this experience with any hospital in my life. I guess the only thing that is possitive is the face that the did a great job on my mother. If I ever have to go through something like this again Mayo Clinic is probably well worth the drive. Terrible experience that cost over 60k. You would think that spending that type of money you would at least have a somewhat good experience..

Good place for care and health, however the phone line being used on Google to called them is the wrong number that is directly to a beauty customer and care hotline for a beauty company.
