I had my laptop taken to The Computer Doctor and Ron, the owner, was very helpful in diagnosing my computer problems, along with being timely in its fix. Ron personally picked up and dropped off my laptop, so it was nice to be able to see the owner participating in hands-on customer interaction. He was flexible when it came to the customers needs completely. My computer is now running more efficiently and faster. It’s like it’s brand new. I highly recommend his services.

Ron the Computer Doctor makes house calls and has the prescription for what ails your computer.I recently needed to revert to using an old and slow laptop that often froze. I searched for someone to help and saw that Ron was local to Ipswich and had great reviews. I called him on a late afternoon and we made an appointment for him to stop by the next day. When he came over, he was wearing a mask and I was too, and we maintained social distancing. Having him there in person was helpful because he could ask me questions (eg, do you use this program or can I remove it?), give me advice (eg, on managing shared files, effects of upgrading speed), and directly point things out to me on the computer itself. My computer worked better after he was done, and the cost was reasonable. If I have a future problem with my laptop or related technology (smartphone etc.), Ron will be the first person Ill call.

The job will get done but too much outsourcing and lacking slightly in customer service.Ron the owner basically takes your problem computer then gives it to someone else to fix.Which in its own right is not an issue. He advertises gets calls and subcontract the work to other people.The problem lies in his communication skills and knowledge of what state of repair the computers in.I just wish he was more personable as someone whos the frontrunner in dealing with people he should be kinder and more understanding when people lack knowledge that he has.I wish him well in business.

The Five Stars is captioned Loved it. Im not sure Id use that phrase for anything involving computers. What I am sure of is that any time Ive needed knowledgeable and competent support and assistance in dealing with my computer and the internet, Ron Elkin, the Computer Doctor, has provided it.
