My son has had great success with University Mathnasium. The communication and follow up from Randy and staff makes it easier to deal with a reluctant or forgetful student. In fact, he is no longer reluctant now that he is seeing the results for himself. It may take some time, and the onset of COVID definitely threw a snag in his progress since he preferred to be onsite rather than the @home program, but it took more than six months to see a remarkable change for him, from a D to a solid A. It does take patience and commitment. Once the center reopened, he was back onsite. I think the @home program is still a good option, just not for my son. Ive tried mommy tutoring, private tutoring and other programs geared towards mind-numbing repetition and those results were not worth the money and frustration. The most satisfying benefit is not the grades, but the improvement in his self-esteem and confidence.

No Cap, Danny Villagomez is the best tutor. He made my son go from a C average student to an A average student in his algebra class. Money well spent on Mr. Villagomez and will continue to use him as an amazing resource.

Mathnasium is a life saver. The Mathnasium team has helped me boost my math grade to a solid A. They have boosted my confidence in both test taking and problem solving. Mathnasium is also incredibly convenient. Once you sign up, you can come whenever you want. I love Mathnasium and truly recommend it.

Being so closely located to UCI, Randy has put together a great staff all who have great passion to teach and challenge my son who attends their program. They have made a tremendous impact in helping my son continue to think outside of the box in solving math problems. Their method of testing and developing a program catered to my childs best mode of learning has helped him to stay focused and have fun in the process.This program has given him a stronger foundation and has helped to boost his confidence and accelerate his ability to get to a higher grade level in math.Thanks Randy and team!

My son is a 9th grader in University High School. He starts his math program in Mathnasium in September last year. Everytime, I just drop him off, and pick him up from Parking Lot. I didnt spend time inside center because I have seen my son getting solid A in his school, and he is so welling to go to this math center to learn math. The instructors are very encouraging and friendly. Once, my son stuck on a concept for 2 weeks, and he kept trying to pass assessment. I believe patience and encouragement from these instructors have driven my son looking forward. I have signed a year contact with this center. I know they are the best.
