Melissa is very knowledgeable about Microsoft office products. She’s been able to help me personally and professionally with various projects. She customizes her lesson plans to be relevant to my needs. I have taken lessons with her on both PowerPoint and Excel and she is equally adept at both programs. I’m very comfortable engaging with her and she makes it easy to learn. I would highly recommend her And I am appreciative that when needed I can get one on one training.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you, for the class. I could go on and on about how patient you were, how much I appreciated your intervention when things didnt work for me, and the lend of the lap-top. But, you dont have that much time to read that much, even if it is all about how wonderful I thought you were. Suffice to say, that you are the type of teacher more teachers should model themselves after ( and this coming from a former teacher, myself). I hope to see you at the next round of Excell trainings.

Melissa is professional, positive, & creative. I’ve brought her challenges and she is able to offer solutions. Her flexibility is great, and she works within my capabilites. She’s adaptable and that allows me to produce a document or system that I understand. What a gem !!!
