I was extremely nervous about putting my oldest in preschool, but my husband persuaded me to give it a try. I am so thankful that we did as my daughter has loved it. She has become quite confident at singing the ABCs, counting to 20, and doing more things on her own.I already knew she enjoyed going to preschool, but recently as we went to go to Barns & Nobel on Barranca she started crying because she wanted to go to preschool, not shopping.Overall a very good experience, and we are so happy that we found Learning Lab Preschool.

The hardest thing about being a full time mom is finding childcare. We experienced all different kinds of childcare for my first born - nanny, play-based daycare, Montessori school and now Learning Lab Preschool.We are so grateful for the preschool. Not only do they provide quality care for the children, they care about the parents as well. Whenever I drop my daughter off at school, I am always surprised to be asked, How are YOU doing? All of the teachers from other schools only talk and ask about the child. But Learning Lab understands that the best thing for a child is for his/her parent to be healthy and taken care of as well. They even provide a goody bag for parents to help ease any anxieties on the first day of drop off. This kind of care and support is unheard of! They truly understand the struggles of being a working parent.The facility is new, modern and very clean. Im used to my daughter always being sick from being in other daycare facilities. She has yet to get sick from Learning Lab. I know that its attributed to them cleaning and taking care of the classrooms well. They also have the best learning toys! Because Learning Lab is a STEAM school, learning is very interactive and hands on. This makes learning incredibly fun and probably explains why my daughter is so eager to go to school every morning.They also use an app to communicate with parents. I love getting notifications throughout the day to see exactly when my daughter got a diaper change, napped, etc. I also love that they send videos of my daughter playing or learning with her friends. This is always the highlight of my day.Ever since my 2yo started Learning Lab, she comes home singing all these new songs she learned, like Jesus Loves Me This I Know. It warms my heart to know that everything my daughter learns at school -- colors, animals, shapes, etc. --will all be pointed back to God as the creator of these things at Learning Lab. We are so blessed to know that not only is my daughter well taken care of, she is also prayed for.We are so grateful for Learning Lab. Even though the school is quite a drive for us (we live in Lake Forest), it is absolutely worth it for us because we know we wont receive the kind of quality care from anywhere else.

Im a pretty ocd person so having my little go to a preschool with a sand playground wasnt exactly what I wanted but after touring the school and meeting the teachers and founders, I decided to give it a shot for my middle child.Like any new environment and parents leaving them, there were some tears and screaming and boogers. Fast forward exactly 2 weeks later and shes thriving and tells me school is fun!For a renovated school in an older building, they do a great job in keeping things tidy and clean. I mean how clean can it be with kids that dont even clean up at home yet!My middle child loves her school and the teachers and its crazy how she knows the names of her classmates and teachers. She is absolutely flourishing and I couldnt be more thrilled how helpful the staff is. Im fairly certain they will be getting my littlest as well!PS, even if youre not Christian, they are in no ways pushy about their beliefs and teachings to you and your little family.

Being new to the area I was REALLY worried about not finding the right preschool for my son. Ive searched high and low and just could not find a good fit. Some were too big, too small, too academic, too play based, too Christian, not Christian enough, etc. I am SOOOO glad I found LEARNING LAB PRESCHOOL! Its nothing short of a miracle and has been a HUGE blessing to our family. Here is what I love most about this preschool!1) VALUES: I have yet to find a preschool where they have the values that Learning Lab Preschool has. Danny and Josh, the founders and owners, have really established a new type of preschool and really, a new way of doing business. I LOVE their three values: 1) loving on the students and providing the very best education, 2) loving and supporting the parents to foster healthy marriages, 3) for every full time student that is enrolled they sponsor a children overseas. I love the idea that as my son is receiving his education that we can support a less fortunate child overseas.2) INTENTIONALITY: Everything about this preschool is so intentional. I LOVE their attention to details in how they want to live out their values. For example, instead of having a traditional door to the bathroom they have a sliding barn door. I really loved the aesthetic and commented on it but their reasoning blew me away. They said it was intentional because they wanted the students to be surrounded by things that foster creativity and beauty and also for safety reasons. They didnt want a child that was standing behind the door to get hit as the door swung out. They also said they wanted the children to have as much privacy yet still have the teachers be able to supervise them during their potty time. Thats so brilliant! I would have never thought of all that.3) STAFF: They have one of the most amazing and loving staff. Ms. Ruth and Ms. Desiree are AMAZING! I am so impressed by how they care for the students. They are so patient with the students and they are so creative in how they go about teaching the students. They are always so focused on the students and I really know my son is in good hands with them.I can go on and on about Learning Lab Preschool. Our family is so blessed to have found them. Happy Teacher Appreciation Week to the teachers and helpers at LLP that made a positive impact on my daughters life! We love the LLP community, and were sad to leave. The quality of love and care that your child receives at LLP is priceless. Thank you for all the patience it takes to do what you do.. keeping our littles ones safe and loved, while teaching them about the world around us.

My english not so good cause from China. Sorry. My family love Learning Lab Preschool cause they help us so much. Me hard to talk cause my english bad so they use google translate app on phone to talk to me. We talk like that. They so kind to me and my kids. They help me with forms and all paperworks. Give me good advice about Irvine. Always smiling and talking to us and make us feel good. Teacher Ruth and Teacher Desiree I love so much. They are great teachers. The like family. Our daughter loves preschool and her english so good now. She always says mommy I want to go preschool. Teachers so kind and patient with all kids. Everybody so helpful and really good people. Yall, Learning Lab Preschools a God sent! I cant imagine leaving my mini with anyone else or any other preschool. Ms. Ruth and Ms. Desiree are such sweethearts! They both have such big hearts and loves all the babies like they were their own. Josh and Danny (the owners) are just amazing Godly men and you can tell they love the staff, the parents, and the preschool. Everyones just so authentic, warm and friendly and loving. They are a southern California preschool with a southern heart!Being from the south I can spot a fake a mile away but theres nothing fake about this preschool. They dont try to sell you. I never felt like I was treated as a customer but always like family. And when I call or contact them, THEY ACTUALLY CALL OR EMAIL YOU BACK! I dont know why so many other preschools dont do this but thats what I mean about them treating people like family. Actually they are better about getting back to me than some of my real family members. =) They are exactly as advertised.Mini has been learning so much and loves this preschool. She can even count to three in Chinese and Czech (I think) as well. Whod have thunk it! Having grown up in the south, I didnt even know where these two countries were until much later in my schooling. Im so excited that minis being exposed to other cultures and shes being well prepared for the education shell face in the Irvine school system.Also, I can see how she growing emotionally and spiritually as well. Makes me so proud how my baby is growing up. Shes playing better with others and is more respectful and thoughtful. I almost lost it after dinner when she starting singing a clean up song. She loves helping out now. I dont know what miracles they are performing at Learning Lab Preschool but keep it up! I told them I am putting all my unborn babies on their waitlist now to ensure all of them will go here. Yall check out this preschool out. Yall wont regret it!

This is the most satisfying kindergarten that our family has ever felt the best. Before we came here, we had read it in a large chain kindergarten for a while. The situation was very unsatisfactory. The child was a little disgusted with going to school.
