One month ago i go to this school to check if there have space for my two years old son，the person on the front desk told me there have two child front my son，we are third，i think that is be short time to wait so we pay 200 regist fee and on paper show no refund。and now，on 01/08/2019，i called them to ask how many child front my son，they told me seven child front my son.......and said i make misunderstand last time。i can not believe they can say these words to me，how can i know that is not the way they told all parents there will be short time wait and regist and then no refund，just wait and wait？
