Visited the place to get information on Pharmacy Technician and the staff was very helpful and knowledge. I would highly recommend talking with Priyanka to learn about the program and also job placement service. Overall, I was very happy with the service and will soon join the class here.

I had a great experience with my instructor, Ms. Ameenah, but that was the only good thing about this place. The people who run it are so unprofessional and do not maintain their facility well. When I went in for clinicals, everyone was practicing in a tightly packed space and the air conditioning was not working -- it was hot and there was no ventilation in an already small space during a pandemic. They also had not fixed their lights in one of the practice rooms, so the evening students had to practice on a mannequin in the dark. The mannequins are completely falling apart and almost impossible to practice on. The owners also used to leave the facility before evening clinicals were done, leaving one instructor and a handful of students by themselves in the night, and the instructor to lock up by herself at the end of the night. On top of that, the owners do not respond to email and do not have strong enough wifi to host their virtual class, which they offer anyways. I would not recommend this place to anyone because it is unsafe, inefficient, and the owners cut corners and do not care at all about facilitating student learning.

Originally when I first came to the building, I walked out. Another person was waiting and no one bothered to come out and greet any of us. In a nearby room I could hear a woman talking - very loudly - to someone about their interest in a program, and the way she spoke sounded a little rude while she was telling them why they wouldnt be able to get in the program if they couldnt do some sort of math sheet. I didnt like the feeling I was getting, so I walked out but after some thought and realizing I really only have one other option for CNA school, I went back in. This time I was greeted and the process was smooth, but that woman was still talking loudly to someone, and the impression I got is that she might be the instructor and a bit on the crass side. I wasnt too impressed or comfortable but I went through the registration and went home.Now I am less certain CNA is for me and Id to go through Phlebotomy at another school. Let me tell you, it has been silence since they tried to get me to do their PCT program instead and I told them no, I wanted to be withdrawn from the program. Two emails and still no response. I do not like this kind of business or customer service at all. It is unprofessional and it just tells me all they are concerned about is the money. If I do decide to go with CNA again, Ill go to the other school.

Enjoyed everything about my CNA class with Instructor Ms. Ahmeenah Lewis. She is passionate about teaching and wants to make sure her students are a success. Oh...did I forget to mention that she makes learning fun! Great teacher, great class. Thanks CTK Healthcare

This by far the worst place to go. They are money hungry and do t even care about the academics of the students. The online test that you are given are not corresponding with the class lecture. Oh my don’t let me forget the office staff every time you try to speak to the director he is out of country! I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYBODY!

I have a good experience of studying at CTK. I have learned a lot . Mostly recommended place for training.
