I have been teaching for 11 years. I always heard people speak highly of Allisons and have seen students that attend Allisons flourish at school. When my daughter was born, of course we enrolled her there. She began when she was about 15 weeks old. The only reason that we withdrew her from the school (after almost 4 years) was because I got a new job that was in the opposite direction of Allisons.Every teacher we had at Allisons showered my daughter with love and compassion. Classroom management was great! Every time I picked up my daughter, the classroom never looked chaotic, despite having a room full of little ones!I would highly recommend Allisons to anyone. Our daughter has learned so much there and LOVES going.

This was the best childcare place that I looked at. The staff is very nice and I really appreciated the warm welcome that I received from all of the staff members. They were also very responsive on the questions that I had. I will most likely be using them from here on our for my sons childcare.

Our child has attended Allison’s since she was 3 months old. We could not have asked for a better experience. The teachers have treated her so well and have taken care of her every need. She is at the preschool now and is learning new things everyday. I completely trust Allison’s with my child!

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 6 months and she is now 3 yo. They are a great daycare, the staff are all so friendly and the daycare is clean. They follow Covid guidelines to keep my daughter safe . I would highly recommend them to anyone !

We absolutely love Allison’s and couldn’t ask for a better place to leave our children. We toured many daycares prior to enrolling and this place was the best hands down. We are very fortunate to have found!

So I was in and out of this building all together from 6/10/21 to 6/17/21. My son attended one day for 4.5 hours.I want to start off by saying that the staff is friendly but not professional, during my orientation the staff member who goes by DeeDee mentioned other parents and how they don’t like how some parents just drop off their kids all day. Red flag number one right?Red flag number two, I had been in the infant room 3 times in total during my time here, once to view, once to drop off, once to pick up my son. Two times children were asleep as the snack table ( food had already been cleaned, they were left there to sleep) it was sad…I found myself making excuses for the people here and being like well I understand it’s early, or there’s a lot of kids but this is there job. I’m in customer service, I don’t get the luxury but to anything but 100 percent everyday no matter what time, or what’s going on in the background of my life. This place is rated two stars on the CCMS daycare list. After leaving this place my son had to be constantly held by me, wouldn’t be alone in his crib like usual, and the daycare manager Kim knew I was picking him up at 11:00am and so it’s concerning that when I picked him up she’s was isolated, crying in the floor. Like if that’s how you left him when you knew I was picking him up, how was his time the rest of the 4 hours.I work so hard to give my son a life that I didn’t have, I sacrifice things for myself so he can have more and the best. So when there are 4 star places out there, don’t pick this 2 star place. To say the least they are unorganized.Trust your mom gut, and walk away sooner rather than later. My son is in a 4 star place, accepts CCMS, organized sheduled learning, I get sent updates and pictures. I trust that he’s being taken care o, perhaps even better than I can do sometimes. That’s what our baby’s deserve. This place made me feel like my baby was too small, not developed enough for his age, and also that if he didn’t love this place off the bat, they weren’t doing anything extra and they would just force a two week notice. For your sanity, peace of mind, and baby’s comfort and care please look for other places, because they are out there..Response to reply: please note that immediately the management here has made it sound like I was the problem because I’m a first time mom, it’s okay to want what’s best for your children. don’t let this place make you feel like you shouldn’t, or like you need too much, because you want basic organization, and standards that are supposed to be met by CCMS. Allowing baby’s to fall asleep at the table after eating is going against the Texas rising star for any licensed daycare. The location I am currently at is farther from yours but worth the drive.I believe this place may improve once DeeDee takes over management in September but I didn’t want to wait.

This place is a hot mess from my impression. The staff is rude. I called numerous times to speak to the director when they said she would be there. She never was. I even showed up three times to see her and she wasnt there twice and the last time was for a interview which is weird to phrase a meeting to go over daycare rules and regulations as. So I arrived for this interview only to be turned away because I didnt fill out his medical wellness forms. Which Im not wasting time on if I dont even know if I like the daycare. Im glad I didnt waste time on it. I did waste gas and time from work. If they had there ducks in a row they would have informed me about this over the phone which I asked about and no one ever had the answer. It was always someone elses job that wasnt there. The first time I went the daycare receptionist seemed very overwhelmed. I cant have on edge people watching my child along with others. The director was rude. Overall bad experience... Its supposed to be a Christian based daycare, but I didnt feel that vibe of God being there... the opposite.

Our son went to Allisons from 10 weeks old to 18 months old. The only reason he didnt stay there is because we moved. We cannot say enough good things about everyone at Allisons and we truly miss those sweet ladies who cared so well for our baby boy. Ms. Mary, Ms. Frances, Ms. Georgia, Ms. Kath, Ms. Michelle and Ms. Kim - You are incredible! Thank you to Ms. Wendy and Ms. Debbie for also being wonderful at their job!

COMPLETELY HORRIBLE. UNATTENTIVE, DIAPER RASHES, DIRECTOR TRASHMy daughter was there all of 3 months and our experience was horrific.1st things 1st everything seems great initially arriving at Alisons clubhouse. My only initial concern was the size of the infant room. It was super small but with my daughter only being 5 months i didnt think she required so much space, especially with her being moved to the next age groups class at 6 months.6 months turned to 7 and 7 turned to 8 while my baby was STILLLL in the infant class with 6 week old babies. She at 6 months was active but instead of sending her to the next class, the DIRECTOR, ANDDD the teacher complained EVERYDAY about her not wanting to sit in a bed majority of the day and she would cry 80% of the day. (maybe some due to the constant diaper rashes every week)-My baby rarely cries. Shes been in another daycare for a little over a month and there has been 0 cases of excessive crying and 0 cases of diaper rash. When asked to provide proof of her excessive crying and disturbance of the babies, they were unable to provide video footage of her excessive crying. Whenever I would just drop by or pop in she would never be crying. When my baby left the 2nd teacher in the baby room denied all crying rumors and mentioned she was just advance for the class.INSTEAD of finding solutions for my baby to see why she was crying the DIRECTOR WENDY, suggested my baby leave with a 2 weeks notice. As the parent, I suggested some favorite toys, snacks, and songs. They didnt even consider not 1 piece of advice. Ive asked for meetings with the director and she just happen to take 2 weeks of vacation and could not meet but was keeping an eye on my daughter to see how how she was progressing in her crying.Im writing this review well over a month after the situation to see if i still felt the same way about this daycare and i do. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A DAYCARE. Even though my daughter stopped going, i am STILL being charged for her through their app. HIGHLY would NOT RECOMMEND.
