We are really happy with the teachers and the strong academic program. In addition, they have an awesome golf program as well as a chess team. The teachers really understand and care about the children. We love this school and our kids dont want to leave at the end of each day.

This is the best school ever. Our twin daughters have been attending Universal Academy since third grade and they absolutely love going to school. We are so grateful that we have chosen a very good facility for them.

The twins’ education is very high on our priority list. We would have scrimped and saved and made it somehow if we had to fork over astronomical tuition fees to ensure the received only the best. Thankfully Universal Academy exists and matches all and beats many that require those outrageous fees.

Being quite familiar with Cambridge Assessment International Education and knowing that Universal is approved by the institution spoke highly to us when deciding on our son’s education path. It was one of the key factors that helped us to make our decision and what a fantastic decision that was.

We chose Universal for their academic excellence but it’s fine with us if we let our son think it was for their outstanding golf program. The better he does at his favorite sport only spurs him on in an all-around more positive direction which encompasses his studies as well.

Very unprofessional staff including Mrs.Jones .She has been very discriminating and screening on the phone when all I wanted to know was the information for summer school so my daughter could pass the year .I’m definitely removing my daughter out of this school … Mrs. Jones and Mrs. Plumer can definitely make your child feel less.I do not recommend this school to anyone !

As solid as the nuts and bolts of the true education part of Universal is, their extra-curricular activities should not be overlooked. We believe their award-winning chess team and outstanding golf program serve as great motivators to our daughter and son respectively.

Worst school no one is picking the calls, Ms Brenda is so mean and not responding any one call , we apply for our kids application for coppell but they approve for Irving, we call them and said two of our neighbors got live next to me, same zip code they got admission in coppell why not us, rules are rules for everyone they just said do you want to withdraw your kids name , you are not eligible for coppell they said, how is that possible my Neighbours live at same zip code how they got, they were just so rude , I tried to call and request so many times they got my number and put me on holds for more than an hour but no response even I tried for virtual classes for my kids but no response, I had very worst experience from both universal coppell and Irving schoolVery rude and unprofessional staff and discriminating I don’t recommend anyone for this school

Universal Academy has gone above and beyond all of the various provincial guidelines in making sure our children and community members remain safe during this whole COVID situation. They have been lowering class sizes as well as staggered drop off and pick up times. Thank you for all your effort in keeping everyone safe.

I am writing as a student at Universal Academy and this school changed my life. At my previous public school I was bullied and teased. I do not get bullied at this school and if there is bullying going on it is rectified immediately. The teachers are awesome and make learning fun.

I was in UA from Kindergarten to 6th grade, and I am thankful for the amazing experience. Although I dont attend the school now, it will always be a vivid part of my memory. All the teachers are committed to helping the students prosper, and are great for emotional support. I met some of my favorite teachers here: Coach Denson, Mr. and Mrs. G, Mrs.Baig, Mrs. Adams, and Mrs.Orions. The school offered entertaining activities like ACES(We could choose 3 classes like cooking, art, or dance to take every Friday), Trade day(Each class would make a service or item that cud be sold, numerous Field Trips(Hurricane Harbor, Austin, Camping), and had amazing Theater and Choir performances in the Multipurpose room. I felt thoroughly engaged and challenged during my time here. The school has a tight knit community of students who are welcoming and kind. Compared to other schools the lunch food is also quite decent. I was excited every day to wake up to go to school , and although its true that they challenge you academically, they prepares you for the future and the work doesnt seem overwhelming. I almost always had time after school to go outside and play. Further the school has several assemblies and recreational activities that students love. The school is quite project based(I made volcanoes, planetary systems, and science fair projects), and therefore fosters social development and interaction between the students. Once again, I am extremely thankful for the experience I received at UA and made life long friends, I really miss the school!! :)- Shreya

When my daughter joined the volleyball team I was not sure if she would stick with it for very long based upon her previous interests. However, the coach promotes the importance of every team member and the importance of teamwork.

I was not impressed with the curriculum at my son’s school. I felt like he needed more help and just wasn’t getting it. A friend mentioned Universal Academy as an option, so I checked it out. I am so impressed with their special education programs. My son is excelling in areas he never has before.

We found a lot of resources for my family here. The staff reached out to us right after we started with the school. They followed up with all the supports we could have asked for or needed. They went above and beyond when they created an entirely new routine for my kid.

I love the teachers attention to every student as well as staff members. They push you outside your comfort zone and let you try new things if youre willing to. They have a really strong emphasis on making sure their students understand the materials. I know my kids have definitely been missing their teachers during this pandemic.

Before I enrolled my kids, I met with the principal and did a tour of the school. Its kept up with really nicely. Its clean and spacious. The principal let me know its a tuition free school also so that was a big bonus. I felt pretty comfortable with everyone I met and the location, so my kids started last week. So far so good.

You simply cant find another school this good. They challenge my children academically. The parents are updated when things change, before they change. It is difficult to understand how other schools dont take those steps.

A lot of public schools have had to cut back on things like band and extracurriculars lately, and I felt like my kids were losing an important part of their education. Universal Academy gave my kids opportunities they wouldn’t have found anywhere else.

I wouldve switched my kids schools sooner if i knew how good this school was. The negative reviews held me off cause i wasnt sure about the facts or truth behind them. We stumbled over the information on this school when we first moved to the area. We were unsure if we wanted to attend this one or another, but after a tour we knew where to registered the kids. Im so glad we did too.

The structure and uniform policy here have had a very positive effect on my rather rambunctious son. He feels like a little soldier when he is putting on his uniform and he is unbelievably beginning to behave like one too.
