There is not a single person that know how to keep up with any books or records. Everything is always missing something and/or wrong. They are rude and always have a smart mouth. Tutors do not help and are a waste of time.

As I sit in the waiting room the people at the desk have told almost everyone they are behind a month in payments or skipped a previous month, but everyone has pulled out a receipt. The two kids I have here currently have been receiving the wrong books for the first half of the year. Then told the kids they should have known they were getting the wrong books.. but if those have been the only books the whole time how would the kids or I know?

Love my daughter being enrolled in Gateway. She has an overall average well over 100. Great people and tutors.
