The best thing that has happened to my yoga practice....EVER! After six months of only one class a week, my body looks and feels completely different. Classes are very approachable for students of all ages/skill levels. Will never go back to anything else.

This is a local yoga studio. They cater to all levels from beginner to expert. They have very good customer service and their prices are acceptable.
