I took the July class and a really loved it… starring with Mrs Jenny a great teacher super knowledgeable did everything she could to help me to succeed the class also the staff is really nice when you have question they try to help all the time… I’m very please with the school I recommend it very much

I took the June 2021 CNA class here. It was nice having it fast tracked (I finished in only a month) and that I could come back to practice my skills in the skill lab at any time. The instructors were very knowledgeable and experienced. The only criticism I could give was that sometimes the general organization of the college faltered (which happens sometimes).

I loved my CNA class so much! Ms. Jenny was a very good teacher and pushed us to be our best but also got to know each and everyone of us. Our CNA class is like a huge family and I love it! I love the way the class is set up too! (very hands on). This class really prepared our class to succeed on the state board test:)

Before starting the July morning class I was debating taking the August afternoon class, and I am so happy I took the morning class. It gave me the opportunity to come in and start my day off with learning in a professional, comfortable environment. The Southern College of Health Sciences is a great location to come and receive CNA training, even if you dont live in Kannapolis.

If you’re looking to get you’re CNA’s done pretty fast this is the best place to go. Mrs Jenny is a great teacher, and Mj works with everyone as well. Awesome school ☺️

We love Ms. Jenny and Ms. MJ. It is a great school and super convenient when needed to have a CNA class in a short amount of time. Lack of communication with us students and the staff was confusing.

I had a wonderful experience in the morning CNA class. Both Mrs. Jenny and Mrs. Mije were extremely knowledgeable and obviously wanted to see us all succeed. Every day I learned something new and I had a lot of fun learning and practicing with the other students. I feel very confident to take the state exam now and I appreciate all I’ve learned from them both.

Absolutely loved my time here! Though times are different with COVID-19 I still felt like I got the best education experience possible. The CNA class is very hands on and more than prepares you for the state exam. I would highly recommend!

Ok courseCNA 1 was easy, times varied greatly for class times. Not what is on the web site. Instructional time was fast paced. You only learn the skills once then practice on your own or with class.

I enjoyed having Ms MJ , she’s funny and a great teacher . She was patient and made the classroom fun . When our class passes state it will be because of her . Thank you 😊

I had a fun time in class everyday, and Mrs. MJ is an awesome teacher and person. I passed every test based off of what we learned and they do a good job of teaching what is needed for the skills part.

I am an instructor at Southern College of Health Sciences. I love the School and my students. I have been teaching the CNA 1 course here for about a year. Administration is wonderful and you feel valued as a team member. When I graduated Nursing School 30 years ago I had 4 major goals. Becoming part of this team has helped me achieve my final goal. Mrs. Mije and Mr. Chuba are wonderful. I have never felt the confidence that they bring out in me before. I have finally found my forever job. I still have a few more years but I feel I can retire from Southern College Of Health Science with my head high and all my goals not only met but successfully met. Thank you Mrs. Mije and Mr. Chuba, without you, my career would not have been complete. You are great and you have given me a confidence that I did not have before I met you. God bless you!! I recommend the NA-1 class. Instructor MJ provides perspective and insight by sharing real-world experiences during lectures and labs. Smaller class sizes translates to ample opportunities for individualized attention. You will get out of it what you put into it.

I got my CNA 1 here as of 8-30-19, My instructor was Mrs MJ, She was so encouraging and helped me the whole way, If anybody out there is thinking they cant do it please give it a try, I am 48 and so glad I did it, There is help out there for those of you that cant afford to take the class, Before this I was doing PCA work, Did you know you can make almost double the pay just putting in the time for one month for CNA? Taking this class has made me want to go further in life and do better for myself, This school and everyone in it help you to do that, Thanks again everyone for helping me be a better person and giving me my self confidence back to keep going up the ladder in doing what I love, helping people!
