CAA is taking every precaution necessary to make sure your child is safe and cared for. The staff are genuinely nice people and they go above and beyond to do the right thing. So glad we found them. 10/10.

Me. Ryan was my daughters coach for 3 years and I will tell you he made a tremendous difference in her gymnastics career her pushed her when she needed it but yet was there to give her hugs when she needed it! He’s by far over qualified as are of the staff at creative arts! Pam the owner has herself done many things for the teams and her preschool as well as making state and bring back trophy’s. If you want you child to succeed and have a career in gymnastics that they will LOVE and not hate this is the place to go with loving staff who genuinely cares about your child and you! By the way Ryan you will be missed thank you so much for everything you did for miss Natalie you will Always have a special place in her heart! Thank you guys

The gymnastics instructors and staff are great. My granddaughter enjoys them but the lighting around the buildings and parking lot are disgraceful. In this day and times better lighting is needed. I don’t really feel safe there.

I do not like this business. They are greedy and selfish with people during this pandemic and want to nit pick over small fees when they have denied services without refunds. Classes were cut off in the beginning of March and they were already paid. I was not reimbursed and now they want to charge a late fee on Julys payment. GTFOH. Im not paying your fees when my child has missed classes I paid for and you have kept the money with no service provided. Plus, the owner got mad when I told her to quit cutting me off and talking over me. Greed is not an attractive quality when people are having a hard enough time right now.

My daughter has attended here for 6 years. Wonderful staff! She enjoys working with all of her instructors and gymnastics teacher Mr. Ryan. He is fun and memorable and knowledgeable. Its great how he teaches the children on their level and motivates them while keeping everyone on a schedule and moving. Not to mention the recitals and Christmas programs are very nice! Nothing tacky and no scantly clothed children for performances. Pam, the owner, talks to all of the girls and keeps an eye on their progress. The front office staff is always polite and kind. Overall, I am very impressed with CAC.

My daughter has taken gymnastics here for 3 years and loves it. Coach Karen knows just the right mix of encouragement, challenge, fun and precision skills mastery. When we go to meets I notice that other coaches dont appear to spend as much time on fine details. I cannot give this gym 5 stars because they dont take credit cards (so I have to try to remember my checkbook each month) and they communicate on paper which is handed out at the end of class.

I am writing in response to the review just before this. I am the PE teacher referred to in the previous review that supposedly knows nothing about gymnastics. I just want to state facts so that they, and not an angry person, can inform your decision. I have 3 college degrees. 2 Bachelors degrees and a Masters degree in teaching. I have 15 years of experience in the classroom and 1 as a PE teacher. I have 26 years of experience coaching gymnastics. So, tooting my own horn, Im one of the most qualified instructional coaches in the city. Also 99.9% of the families I have worked with would disagree with the previous reviewers characterization of me. Thank you and have a nice day!

My daughter loves it here, teachers are Great and most of the staff is nice. Their administration needs work and does things the old school way. That wouldnt be an issue if the workers knew what they were doing half the time or knew the answers to what would seem basic for working there so long. Their payment process and data entry takes forever. Maybe its me managing in this area previously that makes me so lucky and Id love to run it if I had time. But they are not horrible :)

This school is cheap for a reason!! Very dirty! It smells like old mold! my daughters dance teacher was a sweet girl, but honestly looked as though she knew nothing about dancing! The gymnastics teacher, is a PE teacher at one of the local schools he’s not flexible whatsoever and knows nothing about gymnastics!! The staff (especially the owner) is extremely rude! They will call and speak to you as if their school is a prize! they’ve watched way too many episodes of dance moms they are no Abby lee dance academy lol.. They don’t even come close!! The school is a complete joke and honestly I believe it’s a scam! My advice.. if you have a child that truly loves to dance spend a little extra money! I promise you this school will disappoint you.My advice to the owner spend less time on the phone disrespecting parents ( that pay your bills) and more time cleaning that nasty disgusting β€œdance school” you have! The fact that one of the reviews stated that they exclude children with autism further tells you the mentality of the staff! I have zero respect for any company that excludes any child with a disability!! I wish I would’ve seen that review before.

These 5 star reviews have to be fraudulent, because this so call academy is far from a true dance and gymnastics school. I considered letting my Grand daughters go there but after touring this facility I was appalled by the lack of professionalism the outdated filthy equipment and the lack of cleanliness, you literally can see the dirt and the smell is awful. They were extremely impatient almost defensive when I asked basic questions about their program. It is quite apparent that they do not invest back into the school everything was outdated and worn. When reading the last review posted here I am so glad I made the decision to go with a much cleaner and more professionally ran school for my girls. The so called gymnastics instructor he was hyper impatient and extremely rude, I would never recommend anyone to this school after this experience. The old adage You get what you pay for definitely applies to this so called Dance and Gymnastics Academy take your money else where.

I have no clue what is with all these one star reviews but it seems like these few people leaving them know each other so that right there should make you cautious. My daughter has been going to CAA since July of 2017. She absolutely loves it and the teachers are fantastic. Also I am confused about the personal attacks on Mr. Ryan and how him being a PE teacher is relevant in any way? He is also a gymnast and an awesome teacher. These are 3-5 years olds who are in those classes. They are learning the very basics and how to be patient and wait their turn. Theyre not going to have these little girls learning extreme stunts when most of them still trip over their own feet. And saying Miss Dani is sweet but honestly looks like she knows nothing about dance? WHAT? That is so absurd I am not going to even bother with a counter argument. Also the front desk staff has always been super nice with shoe and leotard fittings and finding the right class for our child. Yes the school does not have super modern interior but it is absolutely not a scam, thats ridiculous. They are not perfect but youre not going find anywhere thats perfect. My 4 and a half year old daughter is super happy with both Mr. Ryan and Miss Dani and she has learned so much. Dance and tumble jungle are the highlight of her week. These recent one star reviews are the only ones I have ever read like this and it looks like theyre all working together. Overall CAA has been great and exactly what were looking for. Please dont hesitate to take your kiddos here.

I know of this place through a friend who used this company for both dance and preschool for 2 plus years. I will never take my daughter there after the way they treated her. I understand that dress rehearsals are meant to be in full costume and practice. I was in drama/theater and dance most of my school life, but at age 5 if one of the girls forgot their dress uniform for a dress rehearsal it was basically over looked. It was the parents fault for forgetting. This place punishes the child not the parent by excluding the child from the recital and making her watch her class in the audience!!!! How dare them upset and disappoint a proud 5 year old because the parent forgot the uniform..... just baffles me!!!

My daughter Mikaela has danced at CAA for 15 yrs.this was our last year due to her graduating, It has been a great experience for her. We love the small studio atmosphere, CAA has been our second family and will always hold a special place in our hearts, our family as always been treated with respect and kindness, Miss Pam and her staff have always gone that extra mile especially with our son Matthew who has Down Syndrome, they have always made him feel as part of their team. Mikaela has become a beautiful dancer because of what she was taught by her awesome teachers, and as a result she now is on the dance team @ Northwest Missouri State University...Thank you CAA
