Miss Mevlida and Miss Holly are the best. We have really enjoyed their care of our infant. Miss Holly has amazing work ethic. Both are probably their most dependable teachers and we love them so much.

Both my kids have loved the daycare. My first born started when he was 3 years old up into he went to school. Now my 1 year old goes , they have help him grow so much . I love the staff it’s nice and clean. I love we have an app to stay updated on what my child is doing daily. I even get texts on the spirit wear days on colors to were or if it’s pajama day. I highly recommend bringing your child.

It’s a constant struggle to locate childcare providers who accept foster children. It’s an even greater struggle to find a provider who will accept foster children AND provide quality care. This KinderCare does both. The staff has always gone above and beyond to love and care for my babies. They have a lot of staff members who have been there for years and that says a lot about the culture of this location. We love and appreciate everyone at this facility for taking such good care of the children in our community.

We love this place. The teachers care about the kids. I switched to a Montessori school closer to my house but ultimately decided to take her back to kindercare because she was so much happier there. They do the regular math, reading and vocabulary skills. They are awesome with potty training, sensory stimulus, socialization and imaginative play. I feel confident she is going to be taken care of when I drop her off her.

My daughter has been going here for almost 4 months and she loves it. I’m a first time mom, so leaving my daughter at daycare was really hard at first, but I felt much better about it once I saw that she was happy there. I like the fact that they take time to work with the infants to help them meet various milestones. I love being able to use the KinderCare app to get updates and pictures throughout the day.

As a new mom, I was very nervous about enrolling my daughter in a daycare. I’ll be forever grateful to the director, Carly, who helped ease my anxiety when I first visited the center. My daughter has been there since she was an infant and it makes me happy knowing the center is a safe place for my daughter to grow and learn. We love our KinderCare family and all the amazing staff who work at the center.

My daughter has been coming for a month now and has never been in a daycare setting before but wakes up excited and ready to go daily. Everyone was so helpful and understanding of my concerns and made the transition for us super easy and relaxed. They always answer any questions I have and communicate very well with me. My daughter has been showcasing new interests and things she’s learned and I’m loving it !

My brother and I were raised on KinderCare from a young age. I dont remember not liking it as a child. Its a running joke of my brother getting sick during breakfast & I thought his brains were coming out his nose. I went home from care that day to tell everyone KC made my brothers brains fall out!As we became care givers as a team, we looked to many daycare centers who had the staff count as well as understood the traumas of foster children & their special needs. KC was high on our list!My kiddos (4,3,2) have been there almost a month and are already writing letters, letter recognition, colors, shapes etc. The entire ride home I have three kids talking at once about their days, about Ms. Hailey, Ms McKenzie, Mr. Johnny, Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Carlie. They remember what they did at school and replay it at home.The center is always clean. The playground is full of things for kids to do and is also safe and clean. There are many stations of different play in each room (4yr old loves the dramatic play & the department store).It is entirely electronic for check in/out. The center has an app and sends pictures/reports of the children during the day.... By far my FAVORITE part of the center. I can be having a hard day at my desk and a pic of my kids come thru... Love it!! ❤️I highly recommend a tour and conversation if you are looking for a new place for your most precious cargo to be cared for during the day. Review the certificates on the wall, ask about educational background of teachers, call the state and ask about their reports done yearly. Ask to see inspection reports. You will be hard pressed to find issues current to this staff & Director.

My son has been attending Kinder Care for 2.5 years and every time we pull into the parking lot, he claps his hands and screams YAY out of excitement. He loves going to school and he loves his teachers. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and friendly--even the teachers from other rooms all know his name and other childrens names. It says a lot about the teachers and management when they stop and ask him how he is doing, always stop to say hi as he is walking to his classroom after a drop-off. The teachers are very patient, they love the kiddos and the management is very responsive and accommodating. We like that it is NAEYC accredited (the strictest standards). Weve seen a huge improvement in my sons learning and development. Kinder Care is a great place that finds innovative ways to help kids learn and grow. I highly recommend this place!

Love this center, they keep you updated alot during the day on your app , i love the pictures i receive at work! Jen the assistant is always so friendly and has great communication! They do alot of activities with the infants/toddlers !! Reccomend this place to any parent!

My grandkids have attended this center for a little more than a year. I knew we were home on the second day when I pulled in the parking lot and my granddaughter who barely spoke clapped her hands and said, Oh yeah. All the teachers truly care about my grandkids. Some Saturdays my 2 year old gets upset because we are not going to school. Everyday they come home singing a different song in the car. Furthermore, I love receiving pictures and updates on my phone everyday on the app. Carly, Jen, and the whole team are awesome. I highly recommend them.

I have had my son in Kindercare for some time now. I absolutely love the staff here. They go above and beyond for me and my child. Especially when COVID hit.Miss Hayleigh, Mr. Johnny, Miss Carly, & Miss Jenn are all so amazing and ALL deserve raises!!!!Thank you for all you do for my son!

My kids have attended this school for over 2.5 years. We love our center! The kids are so excited to go every morning. They have learned so much and have really blossomed since coming here. We had a really bad experience with the last place we took our children and Kindercare has given us peace of mind that our last experience made us lose. Jen always keeps us updated on how the kids have done and supplies we need, we get photos and notes throughout the day so we can see how the kids are doing and what they are learning. They even send us talking points through the app so we can talk to our kids about what they learned that day! I cant say enough good things about it!

If you are looking for child care, this is the place!Since the new director and assistant director started at the beginning of last year, the center has come to life! I never have to worry about my son. Every day at drop off all of his teachers are so happy to see him and he is happy to be there! Being a first time parent, they have helped me so much! I never have to worry, I know that he is safe, happy and loved while he is there! The whole staff is great!

What a wonderful place!!! They truly love my daughter and try very hard to be great at their jobs. I love the staff and how much they pay attention to my daughter and help me by communicating each day on her progress as well as struggles. We work through them together and try to get my child on the best learning path. She loves it so much its hard to get her to leave! ....Not to mention the fun we get to have being in parades, Christmas concerts, holiday activities and more!

My infant goes to Kindercare at Chouteau Parvin. I love the center staff - they treat us like family and they really love and nurture my little one. Ive seen improvement in my childs development since he started two months ago. They do lots of activities with the babies and follow a set curriculum - the activities they do look like fun and are exploratory for the kiddos.They do such great work with my child. Im transferring to another Kinder Care center because were moving and Im pretty sad that our baby has to say goodbye.

ABSOLUTELY love kindercare! Our family has been with the center for about 5 years. The new center director is amazing and the staff is incredible. They welcomed our family with open arms and have done everything to make sure the children get the best. They keep up to date with all licensing guidelines and are accredited nationwide. They provide excellent education to prepare your children for elementary school.

Such a great place to trust with your kids. My sister left her son here, and i could feel that they will do great in taking care of the baby. So, i would be recommending them to my friends.

My daughter has been going to this school for the past year. She had been at another school and I took her out because I believed she was being emotionally mistreated. She cried all the time and I found out that her teacher was saying terrible things to her daily. From the first day at Kinder she has been empowered to express her creativity, to be herself. She loves to create and play and explore. The ladies at Kinder have embraced her unique personality and have really helped her come into her own. She gives big hugs to all of them every day before she goes home. I plan on keeping her here on breaks when she starts school as well. Wonderful people

I do not recommend you bring your children to this center. We have been in this center for around 2 years. The prior director was amazing and very helpful and caring. The staff were very caring and the reason why my kids were there. The new director took over in January 2018 and the center started down hill from there.We left this center last year as our oldest child, then 3 years old was not getting the care he deserved. He was misunderstood and accused of bad behaviour. We had a discussion with the center director snd then eventually the district manager too and she did not bend on her stance that my son was being bad and needed corrective behaviour immediately. After leaving this center in June, a few months later, in October my son was diagnosed with autism. He was misunderstood and the new teacher and the center director didnt understand or know how to work with him. We moved to a new center, and within two months he was fully potty trained and didnt have a single behaviour there. It is all about your location! If you need a center, dont go here! The staff are overworked and underpaid. The center director is rude and uncaring. She acts like she cares, but truly doesnt. I also was threatened to go to collections over $85.00.

I just want to start by saying WELCOME BACK MRS.JEN. We missed you. I love the Kinder Care on Chouteau & Parvin. My daughter has been going there for 5 years now. I have never had any problems or concerns with any of the staff. I have had an issue with a kid but it was addressed and it got taken care of that same day. My daughter has not had any more issues with that child. I love that the building is secured. I highly recommend this place to my friends & family.

As new parents, we had no experience with daycares, but being loving parents we knew what we expected. It was difficult for us to determine what location, what programs, and what overall experience we would want to have with our childcare provider. We wanted a place that would be safe, educational, and an overall great place. We were looking for more than just a daycare, but an extended family. It was at the Chouteau KinderCare that we found all of this and more. Our son and daughter are being cared for by people that truly care about them and want to see them succeed in life. We love to hear daily about the things that they are experiencing and learning. We appreciate that the teachers are actually teaching and not just watching them. We would not know what to do without our KinderCare family.

I love this place and so does my daughter. We left a horrible situation and they have done nothing but bring my daughter back to loving school. They are patient and kind with all children. They are down to earth. They care about your children and they care about parents concerns. I can not recommend them enough!

My kids go here and they love it! I love it! They are so amazing with my kids. Its not just some daycare where the kids eat nap play. They are learning so much preparing them for kindergarten and at same time doing fun and exciting projects with the kids. I love the teachers amazing patient sweet caring and woman I can truly say I trust with my kids. I wont lie its kinda pricey for my budget but its so worth it. If you are looking for childcare I highly suggest Kindercare chouteau.

Our family loves this Kindercare!! We had tried several daycares before sticking with this one. Even after switching jobs 6 months ago, I would rather drive out of my way just to keep my son here. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the kids are actually learning while still having fun, my son doesnt come home filthy or covered in his own snot, I actually feel like he is cared for on a daily basis, and the best thing of all, he loves it!! They are truly unlike any others that we have found.

If I could give zero stars I will. During the time my daughter was at kinder are I received calls from staff about another kid there they got mixed up with my daughter. My daughter had been getting bullied by another kid daily. When I reached out to the director all she said was “well I know what kid your talking about he is very mentally disturbed and he’s been picking on my daughter as well, if it continues I’ll get in contact with his parents”. The bullying did not stop and I reached out to then every time my daughter told me about him. I let the facility know that since nothing was being done and my daughter was coming home with scratches that I would be removing her, they said they understood and if I ever wanted to bring her back I could. Months later I receive a call saying they kept charging me months after I withdrew her from the daycare. I once again called the director and she stated since I didn’t give her more time to get things situated she did what she had too. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE CHILDREN THEY ARE ONLY WORRIED ABOUT MAKING THERE QUOTAS!!!!

I give Kindercare 1 star based on the directors customer service skills...my daughter went here for months and i never really had a problem that wasnt addressed,the teachers in my opinion,always did the most to ensure a positive and safe learning experience...the two things that had me in an uproar were not handled professionally. First i feel that teachers are hired to have caring loving and nurturing attitudes towards all children coming to be taken care of. On this subject,a teacher approached me on the cleanliness of some of the children saying that they stink all the time and their parents bring in and dress them in dirty clothes...when i was told this i was appalled that this was my childs teacher talking about other children that might be less fortunate, saying things like,i just cant believe that 3 year olds dont act their age and dont know how to do certain things that the 2 year-olds do. That same teacher complained about a(man) teacher hired there saying she has PTSD and cant work around men, at the time i had no idea that he even worked there no formal introduction given at all. So after she found out i had a problem with it also...she in turn everyday approached me to get me respond on what she would say about the new teacher. I didnt feel comfortable with a man working with my 2 year old daughter and once she knew it she just kept edging me on each day and any comments i made she twisted them when going to the Director. So by now i have been called into the office for the 2nd time...by the Director. I in turn was never given the opportunity to talk and correct things that i supposedly said about this situation...so now i will speak my peace...first i do not want any man changing my daughter at all is what i said and i and meant that,i never was introduced to him so yes i had a problem with that as well as the Director trying to just tell me what i am going to do...when discussed i did tell her how i felt about it and she replied he will be changing her with no other alternatives...i think its wrong and feel that everyone should have an opinion and if thats mine i am entitled to it. So now i have my daughter at a new daycare where men are employed and i dont have a problem with it because he works with the boys...and school aged children and hes great with my daughter but the owner/director understands my concerns and have made accommodations for my daughter and i, which could have been done the same at Kindercare...but all things happen for a reason and as for my daughters pictures ect...i asked that they not be used as a form of a token...to get others to attend your daycare because i have yet to receive them. Parents should be allowed to say what they feel u wouldnt have a center if our children didnt attend, customer is always right...customer service skills are needed badly by the Director...look me up and Ill help u out with it...until then Im out ...peace and hair grease.

My kids have been going to KinderCare for over a year. They LOVE it!!!!! All of the ladies are wonderful with my kids. It truly feels like family!

My kids have been attending daycare for six years. Kids enjoy summer field trips. I enjoy all the family fun activities.

You know its a great place when your grandkids even want to go to school on the weekend. We all love the teachers and administration, ! very caring group of ladies wouldnt want to see the kids anywhere else

We had been shopping around for daycares for awhile before choosing Kindercare. We love it! The curriculum alone is what drew me in, but they are so good with my 3 year old, and I absolutely love his preschool teacher. Its so nice to not have to worry. I would highly recommend.

My oldest son has attended this daycare center for years now and he loves it! Hes know in school but he wont let me take him, because he enjoys going to KinderCare before and after so much. Hes made friends and theyve helped tremendously with any behavioral problems hes had. They figured out quickly how to handke him and they are always patient and accomodating with him. I also recently had another son who I was hesitant about starting in daycare at such a young age but they have been wonderful with him as well. They communicate with me and even send photos at times letting me see how well his day is going. They love him and he loves them as well. I would recommend this center to anyone!

DONT EVER USE THEM!!! OVER $68 they sent me to collections i found out about this by my credit report being smashed - 35 points! never got a single letter or call about this so called debt.

Kids have gone here for a few years now. They have great ppl working there. Recommend it to anyone.

My oldest son has attended Kindercare for the past five years and my youngest for 2. They both love their teachers,as do I. The staff will dp everything they can to accommodate your needs and will listen and help with any questions or concerns you have at any point in time. I love kindercare. I would highly recommend it to anyone if they want a safe loving and educational learning center for their kids. They strive for excellence.

Awful place i took my 2 kids they are 3 years and 2years my oldest has autism asked if they would be able to care for him they said yes. Place is dirty, the staff is not professional at all they leave kids without watching or caring for them I kept being called in about my autistic child they said he wouldnt nap so they needed me to take him for 3 hours and bring him back after nap time since they cant help him to nap. Several times i would come unexpected to check on my kids i found them in playground by them self sitting and my oldest laying in sun crying and no one was giving them company or seeing what they needed. I took kids out of care and never came back told staff there not coming back. The director had told me she doesnt think they have enough staff for my Autistic child to care for him. In my opinion they cant care for any child because they are not experienced or professional. DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE ITS SCARY PLACE AND NOT QUALITY OR CLEAN ENVIRONMENT.

DONT ever use them. they will hit you where it hurts over the smallest issues.

Terrible experience working there. Teachers are extremely overworked and given impossibly high expectations to follow. I was hired for one room and when I came on my first day, they put me in another room. I was often asked to come in early, and was given no indication of when Id be able to go home. When asked, I was told by the center director, Ashley, well, I got here at 7am, do you think I get to go home at 4pm? The last straw for me was when I received my check and it was short 2 or 3 days worth of work. When I told the director, she said shed look into it. She strung me along for months before telling me that she found nothing incorrect about my hours. The level of unprofessionalism at that center is astounding. I ended up quitting abruptly, and late found out I was one of 8 teachers that had quit in the last 6 months. I would also like to not fpr parents that if you have children of color, this is not thw place for them. I personally witnessed discriminate behavior among the teachers and director when diciplining children. Absolutely terrible experience. I will never work at a Kindercare again.

When I was a little girl, I attended KinderCare. So I have been familiar with the company for years. When I knew I was going to be a parent, I looked at several daycares including La Petite and KinderCare. Some were horrifying, some were middle-of-the-road and others were impressive. It came down to two centers…La Petite and KinderCare. After my son was born, I toured the facilities at KinderCare.At the time Dawn ran the center and Ms. Hawa was in with the newborns. While visiting the newborn station, my son began to fuss, because it was time for his bottle. I got a little flustered going through my diaper bag, juggling my son and trying to get a bottle. I remember, Ms. Hawa gently taking my son out of my arms, getting his bottle, feeding him and rocking him to sleep. It reminded me of how my mother is with him...nurturing, loving, and kind. It was at that moment, I was hooked.My son will turn 3 June 1st and we have spent a lot of time getting to know the wonderful people at KinderCare. I know every single person by name. Each person knows my son and treats us like loved ones. Every day is not perfect! My son is quite high-spirited and very curious, to say the least. However, I cannot see myself at any other center.When he bounds through the door, he visits with Fata, whom he is crazy about! His current teachers are Jennifer and Lonie and they are great and energetic. On our return trip home, I find him singing songs he learned in class or going over fun facts. Some evenings when I come to pick him up, I’ll find him curled up with Ayesha or Gretchen reading a book. And when he needs to do a little rough-housing there is Tina or Nicole. Thanks to Jimmarie and the rest of the staff (Carmen, Rachelle, Sanita, Tanya, and Tahira) he has a bevy of wonderful people who support his growth.KinderCare is a lovely place to bring your child. I adore my son! I am very careful with who he spends time with. What I love about the people at KinderCare is that they truly care about my little one, while treating him with respect and dignity!

Many of the staff are foreigners or at the least speak another language. I see them speaking German or swedish (not sure what it is) and I fear the children are hearing alot of that and therefore not getting alot of verbal interaction which they can understand. Also, daycare is not very clean and there is enormous amount of illness among the children. Staff have a rude demeanor and one can only hope that is not passed on to little children. They send the children home when it seems unneccessary. The infant baby beds are cold without bedding or comfort. The teachers sit on their phones (inside and outside) and do not interact with the children. This is more of a babysitting service who reluctantly puts in their time, instead of offering warm, kind, education and attention to the next generation. They are quick to take the money and slow to offer professionalism. The administrator seems to have her head in the clouds and not in the fair practice of good judgement. Sad.
