Yesterday I called inquiring about putting my son in daycare. At the time the director called I was sitting in line waiting to pick up my daughter at school. My son was screaming in the background because he was tired and he hates just sitting around in the car stuck in his car seat while the car is not moving. The director asked me if that was my son screaming in the background... Yes that is my son screaming in the background. She asked me well why is he screaming like that... Hes screaming like that because were stuck in the car waiting to pick my daughter up from school. She responds with well do you think hes going to act like that when you put him in daycare, is he a good kid!? I said I dont know how hes going to act hes been with me for a year and a half so Im sure hes going to be screaming and crying because hes upset that hes no longer with his mother... Yes hes a good kid!!! Although I cant tell you exactly how hes going to act because kids are always different around other people!! This lady responds with well you should have an idea of how hes going to behave!! I was disgusted. First of all sorry that my son was bothering you, second of all youre a freaking director of a preschool!!!!! Children scream!!!! She put the most sour taste in my mouth fora first impression of a preschool especially coming from a so-called director. If you cant listen to a child screaming over the phone and you get that upset over that what in the heck do you guys do at your school when a child is screaming!!?? I have worked at daycares and children scream and cry, its normal! I absolutely will not be sending my child here!! A terrible first impression if you ask me. I dont know if she was in a bad mood or something but I feel like I dodged a bullet!

My son started at Fun 2 Learn when he was a toddler and stayed all the way until he started Kindergarten. To this day he says he misses going to daycare! Jimmy and Cory own and operate the center with the kids in mind. They’re both involved in day to day operation and chose the staff with care. Cleanliness was very important to me and they do a fantastic job. The center is small which I love and very very very personable/family oriented.From someone who has high standards for child care, I absolutely recommend Fun 2 Learn without second thought.

My son has gone there now for 3 years now and my wife and I absolutely love it . The staff is great. The Owners are the most friendly and have always been so kind. Smaller daycare so there arent so many kids that your child gets neglected. My son loves going to school there. Thank you for taking such care of our son.

My wife did all the legwork finding a school for our daughter. The first time I walked into the school, I felt in love. I immediately gave wifey the thumbs up. Jimmy and Cory. The best.

THIS IS THE BEST DAYCARE AND PRE K! The owners and Staff are so friendly and professional. My son entered kindergarten and was so advanced they had to give him a more advanced learning curriculum. They also taught him so many things other than academics, they instilled respect and values. I would HIGHLY recommend Fun 2 Learn Academy to everyone.

I was so nervous about putting my daughter in day care. From the moment I walked into fun2learn I knew this would be the place. They are so kind and caring! Everything is clean, they throw little parties and take pictures. They teach her and care about her. I love that she always comes home with a progress report and arts and crafts. Her favorite part is pizza Friday! They have exceeded my expectations and I am so glad to have found them!

Fun 2 Learn is the ideal center to enroll your children. Out of all the centers I’ve visited, the children there are all so happy from drop off to pick up. The staff is always on their feet attending the needs of every child. There is always a learning experience even while playing and having fun. Every child feels included and loved. A definite 10 out of 10 for me!!!

As a single mom I couldn’t of asked for a better first daycare/school for my daughter. The moment I walked into this daycare I felt at ease, it was clean and organized yet felt like home. The owners were immediately friendly and welcoming showing me the entire school. Cory and Jimmy are great people and have made this a family orientated experience. My daughter went in at 1 1/2, she is advancing very well with everything she has been taught from this school and her teachers there. I toured a lot of other locations before this one and am thankful I found this place! All the teachers are amazing as well, Ms Valerie, Mrs Pam and Ms Angelina! Thank you for everything! Hopefully everyone chooses you for their children as well!

Fun 2 Learn is owed by a caring couple that really cares about your children. They know every child by name as well as every relative so you really feel safe leaving your child in their hands. The owners are kind, knowledgable and care more about the kids then making a quick buck.

This is the best school ever, all my kids attend FUN 2 LEARN ACADEMY. I have been a customer for over 6 years. The staff there are wonderful. Ms. Corey and Jim are the two nicest people. This is a family oriented business. You and your kid(s) will be part of the family, not just a customer. Fun 2 Learn Academy is a warm family owned school. Each child is treated as an individual with his/her own learning styles. Great place for all children

This school is a very diverse and welcoming to all. I have 2 children enrolled and they love it. The camps for the older kids are well thought through and the smaller children have great lesson plans.The children are well taken care of and if there is ever a problem, we are notified. We are also notified when records needs to be updated.It is sad to see the negative comments and for them to make the remark that friends of the owners will be asked to make positive comments because of a negative review. In this day and age, why should only reviews be the end all. There are 2 sides to every story and everyone has different experiences.If you are looking for a great school for you child, researching and visiting the school help. I have been recommending the school for years.

My son has been going there for the past 2 years and he has learn a lot. Right now he is about to start Pre-K; this place is amazing. The first time we walked into the school we felt in love with the place. The school is so clean, the staff are wonderful. I know that my son is always in good hands, I never have to worry. I recently switched my 4yr old from Bright Horizons to Fun 2 Learn, best decision I could have made! I no longer have to force her to go in the mornings and she is always excited to share what they did that day and what she has learned. This is by far the best school in the area in my opinion and I could not be happier. Would definitely recommend to any parent who is looking to switch schools or new to the area!

This is why we dont do business with people who dont speak english Im not sure of the name of the lady who said this to me and my family but it was definitely a racist remark. Since the beginning it seemed that our spanish was bothering her in a way..Mind you, before saying this when speaking to her she goes my husband is waiting for me. (in a not-so-nice tone) understandable but VERY unprofessional to say out loud. A family member of mine had warned us about the racism in this academy but we did not want to believe it, because of the good reviews we read. After this we realized only the negative reviews had a majority of the likes. Please avoid this place for they are very discriminative..

If you’re looking for a small, family oriented child care facility that focuses on the importance of learning and the care of each individual child, then this is hands down the center to enroll your child. The school is a great learning environment for children. The staff dedicates and devotes their absolute all!

Cory failed to inform me that prices go by the year and not the age. I was being overcharged when my daughter turned two, they were charging us the 1 year old rate for 4 weeks and they stood by that. She couldn’t show me where it said that in the parent handbook I signed but told me she makes the rules and she can easily insert that rule in there. She makes up rules along the way clearly and I can no longer do business with her. I’d rather go find another place as she told me to do. Other than that, the staff is super friendly and were always so nice to my daughter.

I have had a few bad experiences at other child care centers and I was very hesitant to try another place but a friend of mine told me her son was having a great time at this school so I decided to give it a chance.When you walk in you can sense that there is something different about this daycare. The staff is so pleasant and friendly. I could tell that they really care. Also, I noticed that it was much cleaner than other centers I had been to in the past.I continue to be very impressed with the curriculum and the work that my child does at this school. Management here is a disgrace. As a parent who has also worked at a daycare I must say that Cory should not be around children or people for that matter. She is very rude and disrespectful. Not only to me but also to my mom when she went to pick up. The teachers have always been super nice to me and my son. But Cory is ridiculously rude.

While being at Fun 2 Learn Academy , I felt immediately at home. Mr.Jimmy and Ms.Cory always are so happy and upbeat and always put the children first. The teachers also care so much for the kids and help them in every way possible. Fun 2 Learn is an outstanding place to bring your children!!!

Our granddaughter has been enrolled at Fun 2 Learn Academy since the 1st day of the preschool being purchased from Planet Kids(2 years Dec 2015). Cory and Jimmy (owners) have been extremely instrumental in our granddaughters educational growth. The staff is amazing and we feel there isnt any other child care center we would want our granddaughter to attend prior to Kindergarten.

The owners feel like family. They have have always been very kind to my daughter. I never have to worry about how she is because they have taken such good care of her. My daughter is in the Pre K program. She went there from home care and was was behind other students academically. Within a few months the teachers and staff got her caught up with the rest of her class and now she is beginning to read! So happy and grateful that I found them.

When looking for a new summer camp for my daughter this past summer, Kori and Jimmy were by far the most qualified and structured that I found in the Boynton area. I love the fact that they arent gone the whole day miles away where anything could go wrong. Theyre right down the street doing activities to help further my daughters education while still having fun. My daughter absolutely loves it there now as an aftercare program. The staff is always nice and courteous when I go in to pick her up.

It was fine for few months until we brought up hygiene issues/ body scratches to the owners attention. Instead of apologizing and trying to solve the issues, the owner Kori presented herself with psychotic episodes of screaming, weeping, banging tables and throwing pens. She completely lacks professionalism, has no respect for customers (parents) and has no clue about problem solving. She devalues the customers and says she has bigger fish to fry. What kinda of business owner behaves this way with their paying customers? Ms. Roberta (teacher) started rolling her eyes and screaming defensively when alerted about the situation. I did not feel safe for my daughter amongst these neurotic behaviors and changed her school the next day. If parents are treated like this, how would they treat the kids when parents are not around? This is my 1st ever review about a business. Since my kids safety and health was involved, I decided to write one to alert everyone.

This is the worst daycare a parent can send their child toparents please be aware do not send your children to fun 2 learn academy in lake Worthif you are black or a minority or any person of color do not send your child to fun to learn academy I know a lot of businesses ask people they know to leave good reviews I want every parent to be aware of the type of place and people they are leaving their children with if they choose to have their children attend this daycare yesterday Miss Cory called me twice while I was in court I responded to her phone calls 6 minute after she left the second phone call after asking if I can step out and complete the call without messing my name being called;Miss Cory then gets on the phone stating that I called you several times I need to have access with you 24/7 as stated that I am in court Miss Cory then stated yes court is a reasonable excuse but we have all of your kids I said is something wrong she said no theres nothing wrong Bentley I got a little swollen and we need you to complete some paperwork I then told Miss Cory that if she cannot reach me I left two forms of emergency contacts on all four of my enrollment forms for my children today when I went n2 fun 2 learn academy lakeworth to drop off my children Miss Cory approached me and stated that I needed to do something about my sons crying because he is disruptive the other children in his class and yesterday when she was there all he did was cry and that is not how she runs her business she cannot have him here crying all day my son just started daycare on Friday today would have been his fourth day Miss Cory and then stated for us to continue the conversation outside of the classroom Miss Cory whats being very rude since our conversation on the phone she asked if my son can use a pacifier I said no my son is 1 years old why would he need to use a pacifier he just started he needs to get used to the staff that is the reason why he is crying I then told Miss Cory that she was being very rude in the way she approached me and the things that she was saying to me she then begins to say well I have to talk to you this way because we were thinking you were one of those parents who dont complete paperwork and there is a problem with reaching and I then stated that I came in here the other day and had to stand up the entire time with two screaming babies my older two children all of them sitting on the floor and was never even offered a seat to sit down to complete my enrollment packets I told her this transition has not been easy on my end either when she cannot reach me she can reach anyone on the emergency contact list theres no one available 24/7 if I was available 24/7 there would be no reason for me to have my kids in daycare because it would have been cheaper to sit home with them I am paying for a service I pay my portion and thehe early learning coalition of Palm Beach pays their portion I am not coming here and dropping off my kids for free I am not on any government assistance I am not on welfare or food stamps I have to work so I wont be available to pick up your call 24/7 and you have to leave a message and give someone time to respond to your calls thats normally how people do things and I said you know this daycare has not been very welcoming and I am not used to that Miss Cory then begins to state that she is feeling terrified that she is scared and that shes going to call the police Miss Cory then begins to pick up the incoming calls from other parents telling them that she cannot talk she is scared and terrified that Im going to do something to her she thinks she needs the police Ms Corey then leaves her seat and gets another staff and tells them that shes scared and terrified and I said how are you scared and terrified when you asked me to have a conversation I am not raising my voice you are the only person yelling I am not in any contact with you Im in your office a whole desk and so many other things separate you from me Im not standing by you I didnt use any violent language MsCory is still yelling
