I recently graduated from Capscare RN program in July and passed my NCLEX on the first try in August. I completed the program in a year. My success was due to the amazing instructors at Capscare. This is not the school for someone looking for an easy nursing program. You have to be self motivated and willing to put in the time to learn and study the material but the instructors are always willing to assist. I am so grateful to Capscare for allowing me to accomplish a lifetime goal. Wishing the school and instructors continued success.

I’m a new student at Capscare but I’m overloaded with questions. I give Capscare 5 stars because no matter how many questions I had all of them were answered no matter what time of day it was. No one is making me write this this is from my own heart. They treat their students good. So far so good.

Capscare Academy is an absolutely awesome school. I took a remedial course on line which made it possible for me to obtain the credits I needed to active my Florida License again. I was so grateful for the help I received and the concern the staff showed. I was interested in home health care for the elderly and they made it possible for me to spent the time on the rehabilitation wing at Bethesda Hospital and working with clients that were needing rehabilitation. I am very grateful for their assistance in helping me reach my goal! Thank you & congratulations on your advancement in education!.Reba Wisdom

I am currently a student at Capscare and It’s a great program I had to leave the program due to some health issues but administration, teachers and staff were very understanding of my situation and my financial situation. I’ve been to other institutions and they could not careless they kick you out if u miss a certain amount of days and if u can’t pay. Trust me this institution cares they understand . I’ve had good response from the instructors and all of the people I spoke to over the phone and they didn’t even really know me. Don’t blame them if ur not doing the work and studying. I’ve been working at my own pace but I know if I push myself and get more work done the quicker I will graduate. Stay focused on the Goal. work hard and stop blaming the school for your problems.

I wouldve given this school zero. Tanya is running this school as her personal home affair. She victimizes you and holds student back from exiting the school. She will lie to you about your graduation date and can keep you for another 2 years without justification. Her action is a textbook example of abuse of power. If you love your progress, stay away from this schoolDo not wish this school on your enemy. I hope the State board close them down soon. No learning taking place. Any good rating here is done by the school itself. Beware!

I am a current Lpn to Rn student. The school has been great. Are there a couple of bumps in the road along the way absolutely nothing is perfect, but once you get down to clinicals all your problems are solved because you are physically able to access everything you need. The instructors are wonderful and so are the staff throughout the building. You have to keep calling because they are so many students calling and inquiring that it is overwhelming but don’t be discouraged it will all work out for the better.

The school claims to be a self-paced program, but it is all lies. The instructor constantly adds more work on purpose to keep student chained to a broken system in other to continuing scamming student of their money. The contract you sign is a waste because they do not acknowledged it.They lie about live lectures. No life lectures, but youtube videos. Lack of integrity, unprofessional, liarsThis school need to be deeply investigated and put an end to Tanyer Hacker bully. The owner only care about your money. They don’t pick when you have questions. They only pick when it is time for to pay tuition. The owner is money hungry, liar , lack of integrity. This is the soul reason nclex rate is also very poor. Although the school is not a big fancy school but the quality of education is more important to me. I got helps and supports when I needed and the nice thing is the tuition is reasonable and affordable. The path of success and quality education are the most important and are what you need. I passed my NCLEX RN the first try, I could not believe it. you can ask for Melissa and Tanya for more information for the program.

I attend Capscare for practical nursing and LOVE it. I always struggled in a traditional school setting and feared pursuing my dream to become a nurse because of this. Capscare was not a easy program by all means, but for the first time in my life I excelled in school. Im graduating on time and look forward to passing my boards with tons of confidence on the first try. I will always remember my wonderful instructors that put all of their hearts into teaching us.The school provided us with doctors as well as nurses who always went above and beyond for all of us.Organization and timing was always on point. We did clinical rotations at many local hospitals as well as having FAU and St.Marys fully welcoming us into there simulator laboratory. I-enjoyed my experience so much the first time around, that when I heard the school was offering a LPN-RN bridge program I was so eager to sign up. Yes it is private pay but at the end of the day you will take more out with loans on top of financial aide then this school would ever cost you! As long as your up front they work with you! I strongly recommend and am proud to say I went to Capscare Academy.

I do not recommend this school to anyone I have taken the remediation course with them in June of 2018 and did my clinical with another school and completed both so I sent my certificate over to Capscare and they told me anyone could have made my certificate which the school Inwent to which was Express Traning is approved by the Board of Nursing website and that I would need a letterhead from the school stating the hours, times, days, and location that my clinical was and so I got that email from Express Training which that DON was confused about but anyway I am still calling them to get my papers sent to the Board of Nursing the Board of Nursing already have received my clinical certificate and approved it and Capscare is still giving me the run around about sending my paper to the Board of Nursing I am so frustrated and tired of the run around Capscare are giving me I just want to be able to go and seat for my Boards but look like that will never happen so no I don’t t recommend this school to anyone.

First of all, I’m not one for posting anything, especially online but I don’t think the school is getting its due recognition. Capscare was a God send for me. The program was challenging and intense. The instructors that I encountered were nurses with no less than a BSN degree. Very helpful, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The clinical instructors were great also. Both in lab and on site at the facilities. They made you feel at ease while giving you the technical skills you need. Once the program was completed, I was not left behind. I was followed by the instructors during the entire RN-NCLEX review process with regular scheduled appointments and phone calls at least three to four times a week down to the last few days before the exam. It was great to see the lengths they went to in order to help you to pass the boards. I, personally was impressed. My advice would be…. give Capscare a try. Their return call response time needs improvement, but don’t be discouraged. They really are there to give you help and hope for a successful RN-NCLEX exam experience. I passed the first time, and took less than 2 hours to do it!

This so called school Capscare is ripping off immigrants. The lady in charge of this so called school is a very, very ill-mannered woman; as a young person, she loves money and she is a pathetic liar. I definitely wish that the FL Department of Health, the FBI, or the Department of Justice investigates this so called school because hard working people, immigrants who are living paycheck to paycheck are fed up with the so called President, the so called Director of this so called nursing school. There is a loved one of mine who was willing to go for a review, I told her : Do yourself a favor, go to a a legal institution. Capscare is not a legal institution. To sum up, the individuals who are in charge of this so called school should be ashamed because they are uncivilized, greedy, and money is their priority not their students sucess.

Capscare is one of the worst schools in Palm beach County if not the worst. Please stay away from this school!! They have a bad management team. The owners’ mother/daughter doesnt know how to run a business let alone run a nursing school. Co-owner (daughter) who is in charge of running the school all she cares about is Money!! And shes LIAR!! Nothing out of her mouth is true...she just want your deposit and later tells you she would never tell you that you would be one in 12 months. From my experiences with other schools before you can get into their nursing program, you first must pass a physical examination that also shows that you are clear of all communicable diseases, and you must always take an entrance exam to make sure you are capable of handling the program. Not at Caps care. If the health dept or board of nursing show up to this school one day and ask them to provide every students physical with all the requirements, they probably would shut the school down on the spot, because they dont care enough to make that a requirement before starting. What they do care about is a $3000 deposit, it does not matter physical or not, whether you pass or fail the entrance test. They get away with a lot of things because the majority of the students who attend this school are Older Haitians and Hispanics (95%) who doesnt really speak or understands English thats trying to get an education from a school thats not as hard as the state colleges or doesnt require much. Because of that, the lady who runs the school tries to take advantage of a lot of the students by over charging them and such. So please make sure you keep ALL your receipt, if not shell over charge you. Capscare does not hire ANY real or instructors with nursing licenses to teach their students. One of the so call instructor whos teaching the LPN courses is also an LPN students whos currently taking courses at the school to become an LPN have not completed the LPN program yet, but have a teaching job at Capscare teaching LPN students. What kind of mess is that? Its like the blind leading the blind is that the type of school you want to spend your hard earn money on? The manager can care less if the instructors teach, they let us leave early all the time...evening class is from 5:30-9:30, we never stay until 9:30, by 7:30 they tell us to go home. One of the instructor in particular, shes very junkie like, very ghetto, always high on something, when she come to class she acts like shes in the project. Loud, very uneducated, doesnt speak proper English, but claims she has two bachelor degrees, one in special ED, and BSN.. When we ask why do they have us sign in for four hours, but only stays for two hours (thats on a good day sometimes 6;30). They tell us they have to provide the time sheet to the board of nursing, and it needs to show we are there for at least four hours. Wonder why so many people are dying at the nursing home? it’s because of schools like capscare that doesnt teach their student anything. They did not even teach us how to calculate meds, put an IV, for god-sake the school doesnt even have a lab we can go to and practice with the dummies. When we go to clinical all we do is sit and chat about things that have nothing to do with school. The instructor doesnt care because she herself does the same thing. I hope they shut them down soon because all they care about is making money.

I loved my time here, I developed great relationships with students and staff. The teachers can be tough at times they really want you to know the information and expect you to discuss things in class, which I was shy about at first but by the end of the program Im glad they made me take part in the group activities, as it later helped me on my initial job interview. My favorite part of the program was my clinical rotation atGood SAMs my preceptor was there for me every step of the way, and the staff at the hospital always seemed grateful for the help. I now have my nursing license I thank my teachers and preceptorship for being patient with me, Im not as young as the rest and they were very understanding with the fact that I had to work and go to school while being a single Mom. My experience with this school was a memorable one, Ill be back for my CEUs soon

I was in the RN ADN program and I am very grateful that I found this school! Right from the beginning Ms. Hacker was very helpful, encouraging and very knowledgeable. The classes were small and the instructor always answered questions and was always very informative. After finishing the classes Mrs. Hacker continued to email us exams and then graded them and sent rationales so that we would continue to study and be successful for the RN NCLEX exam and I was able to pass the NCLEX exam on the first try. Yay!!! This is a great school and I would definitely recommend it to anyone! Thanks Capscare Academy for all your help. I must mention that many schools can learn a lot from your program.

This is my honest testimony. Capscare Academy is one of the most disappointing, dysfunctional, non-complaint, unorganized, non-instructional supposedly institutions that Ive ever attended. I agree with what Marie Antoinette said in her previous review of this school. They lie to you from the very beginning of signing up to the end of the program. In attending this school, there has been nothing but run around and deceptive practices. In acquiring documents that were needed to show my progression and grades within the program, I received grades in classes that Ive never taken. I have straight As and a couple of Bs but yet Im not capable of passing their exams that they have implemented to stop enrolled students from getting to the NCLEX to protect their test scores and limit who they want to get to the State of Florida Boards. Their teachers had no professionalism and didnt teach subject matters that would prepare students for any form exam. Teachers didnt show up during class times and would often would show up hours late to lectures and clinicals. Lectures consist of alleged instructors telling us to read this and that which ended up being every single section of chapters with no quizzes or tests to reinforce information that students taught themselves. Clinical rotations consisted of standing around reviewing charts for hours waisting time and never doing hands on skills. WE did not have any lab time during the program and we as students requested lab time to practice skills we would need as future nurses. Lectures did end hours early due to staff not feeling like teaching or not being adequately prepared. The office staff always dodged students with questions or that needed documentation of information. The only time you could reach the owner, Carol Hacker and her alleged business operator, Tanya Bolden is when students owed them money. Its a school of scams that target individuals of diverse ethnic backgrounds who attend and pay out of pocket to make a better living for themselves and families. There are individuals who have been attending this RN program going on 3 years after they drilled that it would be a one year RN program. Please spend your hard earned money wisely and attend an actual college or university and not a small for profit school who is only licensed by the Commission of Independent Education who do not take complaints totally seriously unless their is a group. Capscare will have to pay for all the misleading, lies and deceptive practices that they have in place. If you attend, make sure you get a copy of their catalog, syllabus, contract and all copy of any grades.
