Great school, well worth it. Teachers are great!

Don’t really know where to start. If you are looking to start your career as a bartender, look no further. I went in with no prior experience and now possess the confidence and the knowledge to not only be a bartender but be a great bartender. You often hear from people how bartending school is a waste of money, while that may be true elsewhere, it certainly is not the case with this school. Landed a gig upon graduation and I am pleased with the amount of drinks that I have in my repertoire.

I recently joined National Bartenders School having no prior knowledge of bartending or alcohol. Their curriculum is detailed and easy to understand. My instructor Marcus keeps us challenged daily with pour techniques and drills. Im gaining product knowledge and skills crucial for modern bartending. I recommend this program to anyone interested in a new career.

Just finished my Bartending program with National Bartenders School in Las Vegas. The owner, Donna, along with the instructors, Marcus and Tommy, are amazing people, full of knowledge and experience in the field. The hands on bar environment is essential for application and confidence building. Highly recommend.

This school is definitely the best! Did alot of research and glad I chose National. Very knowledgeable and had fun learning. The staff is awesome and the other students I met are now my friends. It really is The Best Bartending School ever! They really care about the students. I was referred by my friend and I am glad I listened. They taught me everything thing I need to know to be the best. This school is 3 weeks long and in that time a person will learn close to 200+ drinks. The owner, lead instructor, and assistant instructors are amazing! They care that students that leave this school are the best! To pass, you need to maintain an A average; this is because of the high standards set by the school in order to ensure that their students are top notch! But as long as you take good notes and put in practice time, its very achievable; even if you werent an A student in school! After you graduate from NBS, you can even come back and continue to practice and hone your craft! There is even job placement leads given to all those who graduate and desire it! By far the best decision I’ve made was choosing National Bartenders School! HIGHY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Especially if you like structure!!!! I am a recent graduate and love everything about this school!! My overall experience has been so fun and pleasant. Donna, Coach, Buzz and Marcus are amazing!! They are all so knowledgeable and want you to do well. Everything is hands on!! What is so cool is that even though the course is 3 weeks they don’t rush you, even with test. The focus is put on making sure you are absorbing all the information. Coach made it easy for an over thinker like me by the way he teaches and study tips. Even my classmates made it fun! We would all study together and stay longer doing drills. Working together really helps!! Also, so thankful to know that it’s a lifetime membership. If you ever needed a refresher its available along with endless practice time. Professional training and beyond helpful when you graduate to look for jobs. I love the hands on training behind the bar. They have open bars to practice and you have a lifetime membership so you can come back anytime to freshen up on your skills. Tommy aka Coach was an amazing educator that gives you tough love to make you become the best bartender that you can be. Hes funny and educational and you will learn so much from him. I went from knowing nothing about drinks to perfecting 200 drinks because of him and I am so grateful. Donna is very welcoming, nice, and helpful when you have any questions upon signing up and after graduating when you need a job. This review is long overdue, but NBS is a great school if you want to become a bartender. Donna and Coach (Tommy) are very knowledgeable, and very approachable...they are open to answering any and all of your questions. Coach can be intimidating at first, but after the first few days, you will learn to understand and appreciate his personality. My biggest takeaway from the whole course is that I remember Coach saying that, in terms of bartending practice and knowledge, hell challenge ANY bartender in Las Vegas to go up against any one of his students. I 100% believe that to be true. Thanks again, Coach and Donna!

Best school hands down! This school teaches you to make over 200 drinks in a way that you can remember. You can stay as long as you need to to graduate. I was able to find a job through their job assistance program too!

Love this school! My Dad and Uncle went here years ago. Very professional. fun and informative. Hands on is the best way for me to learn. I love the unlimited extra practice too. I am almost ready to graduate and start my new career in Vegas!!

Amazing school staff and teachers! They taught just under 200 drink recipes in 3 weeks and offered (literally endless) additional practice time as needed. They also assist in job placement! With their help I got a great bartending position downtown in just about 3 weeks after graduating. Very supportive school 10/10 recommend. Love you Donna & Coach!

I researched several local bartending schools and am extremely glad I chose National Bartenders School. It can intimidating when Coach Tommy tells you up front you will know how to make 200 drinks by the end of the course, but his teaching methodology gets you to that goal. He and Donna have a vast knowledge of the skills you need to be competitive in the job market and access to numerous employers looking for bartenders. I truly believe the training I received gives me an advantage over graduates from other bartending schools. There is a big difference between tending bar and being a bartender...NBS graduates bartenders.

Great training experience. Checked other schools only 30-35 hours? Wanted to learn as much as possible and glad I chose National. 60 hours double the training and I dont leave until I am ready. No extra charges for extra time which to me was great cause I want to be the best, they really care about you . Classes are so much fun and I feel I can work anywhere. Highly recommend, very informative and I can go back to refresh anytime I want and it is free!

Fantastic! I really enjoyed learning how to mix drinks with their bar. The teacher teaches in such a way that the student understands AND remembers. As a teacher, I know his teaching methods work and the drink recipes are put into long-term memory. The team is very supportive if you put in the effort. Tip: Use the open bar time- it is crucial to success.

Great bartending school! My brother went to this school first, and thats why I attended the school myself. Now he works for Hakkasan Group! I love the fact they can help you find a job. Very Professional Training. They prepared me for Vegas style bartending. The hands-on behind the bar classes really make it easy to learn. The staff is a lot of fun and make you want to learn. The Instructor makes learning drinks fun and easy to remember them!It is a fun environment to learn in.Learn at your own pace, you are not rushed out. The happy hour to learn gives you enough time to learn to make the drinks.The great thing is you graduate and you can stay and practice and can come back evan after you get a job to keep up on your skills.

I never though I would enjoyed this much from National Bartender School that I enrolled recently, and truly glad I choose this school, because the wonderful director Donna explained everything clearly in details, such as unlimited study time if you needed without extra charge and so on.... plus the sharp brilliant instructor Tom who is soo professional and funny.... I got certified here years ago. The absolute best hands on learning experience I have ever had. I decided to not pursue bartending afterwards, (the biggest mistake of my life.) But the great thing is you have a lifetime membership. I came back retook some of the classes and now I am reading to start my career. Tommy is an awesome instructor. The best in Vegas. He cares about everyone of his students & he makes sure that everyone is thoroughly equipped for any venue you may apply for. During my time at the National Bartending School in Las Vegas I had an overall amazing experience. It is a great place to learn and gain all the skills needed to become a brilliant bartender. The was a very positive and very good learning experience I learn alot from the school and was very happy my wife sent to learn how to be a bartender And the Coach was great

I was really disappointed with the teacher Tom and the school. He was really unprofessional, disrespectful, and always yelled, never took time to answer any question, kicked out the students early and never taught the class. Tom came off as he did not care about his students. I pay in $600.00 and regret it. I wasted my money and time to go to this awful school without graduation or learning anything. They just cared about only the money and nothing else. I you want to learn or get a job please, do not go to this school.

So glad I chose National Bartenders to get my bartender training. Checked out other schools was not impressed. National is way more professional training. They train you to work in every atmosphere in vegas so you can work anywhere. I like no extra charge if you need more time so can go beyond the 60hours and they dont charge you! Plus its lifetime membership so you can come back anytime you want at no charge. They trained me to be the best and they are the best bartending school in vegas in my book. Go to National you wont be disappointed!

I Graduated from National Bartender School today!! 7/3/18, a day I’ll never forget. I made 12 drinks in 4:20 mins, How? Because of all the training and support I received at NBS. I was ready and prepared, thanks to Coach! He teaches u in a way, that you’ll never forget! He’s not just a instructor, he’s a Teacher! Loved It! Great school their training to become a professional bartender in vegas is exceptional. Great instructors, atmosphere and made some new friends with the other students I met.
