My son has been going to this center for going on three years. Until recently, I never watched the live feed, but have noticed bruising on his wrist on more than one occasion. I started watching the video feed more often and much more closely. To my horror, I witnessed my son being aggressively pulled to the floor by one of the staff members several times in a short period of time. The next day, on Friday, it happened again. I IMMEDIATELY called the corporate office and spoke to Penny who assured me the tape would be reviewed. On Monday, I noticed this staff member was still in the classroom. On Tuesday, I called Penny again who informed me they did in fact view the video and the staff member has been suspended. I told her that I WAS WATCHING THIS STAFF MEMBER IN THE CLASSROOM AS WE SPOKE! Penny placed me on hold and came back on the line and informed me the staff member should not have been there and was being removed immediately, which she was ( I witnessed this on the feed) Approximately an hour later, I got a call from a Carol who was VERY COMBATIVE who told me that I had no right to view the feed since my ex is the one that had our son enrolled, even though I supplied them with a court order stating I had equal rights.. My access to the video feed was immediately terminated. Carol told me the video feed is a courtesy offered to parents when it is listed on their website as one of the benefits of enrolling here. So as long as you dont complain, theyll extend the courtesy but if you complain, it is revoked???When I asked Carol why they said the staff member had been suspended when in fact she was not, Carol responded: the incident happened on Friday. She was suspended 2 days, Saturday and Sunday. THIS CENTER IS CLOSED ON SATURDAY and SUNDAY! IF Carol is ANYBODY with this center, SHE IS DEFINITELY NOT A PEOPLE PERSON and extremely protective of her staff. PARENTS BEWARE and WATCH THE FEED WHEN YOU CAN!!!!! Be prepared that if you complain, you will be shut out

My child attends Kidz Kidz Kidz Preschool on Horizon Ridge. I feel so secure dropping him off everyday. They have lots of security features including access to watch your child from work. The teachers are also amazing. I couldnt ask for a better preschool =)

I have not had a problem with the actual daycare. My issue sits with the corporate accounting department. It is already a challenge raising two kids, school, full time job, and owning a business and financially getting by. Kidz Kidz Kidz do not seem to have an Advanced accounting department like they have Most Advanced & Secure at their locations. For the past 3 months they have consistently double charged my account, charged twice in the same week, it has been inconsistent. When I call they do not refund the money they say Okay we are sorry, your account has been credited for the next payment I did not sign up for a prepaid plan for when a businesss accounting department cant do their job right. If it was an extra $20 I wouldnt be writing this review, but an additional $300 on top of the $300 payment I already paid definitely hurts us financially.I gave two stars because the daycare off of rainbow and robindale is not that horrible when it comes to looking after children. This review is based on the overall experience of customer service and business expectations. I honestly dont know how this business has been able to reach opening 5 locations but cant handle simple accounting.

My Grand Daughter started going there and its a great place for her. Staff is knowledgeable and knows exactly whats going on with your child. Good structured class rooms and the kids are separated by age. I really recommend the Rainbow facility.

The Staff at this Preschool are so friendly and warming. Children get the best learning possible here. The children are happy and so are the parents. Come in and take a tour and youll love it like they do!

I like it here and have nothing to complain so far. Inexpensive, flexible. I think they take care of the kids well.

My daughter attends full day kindergarten but spends her mornings beforehand and her afternoons at Kidz Kidz Kidz. I love that the after school program has a set curriculum, so its almost like an extension of her school day. Shes attended daycares before that, while she had fun at, did little more than spend the day playing. She actually learns at Kidz Kidz Kidz, and I love that!

Just enrolled my 20 month old here, and so far so good. Staff is helpful and knowledgable, activities are organized, and they are held accountable for them because of the camera monitoring that all parents have access to - a feature that I really find useful, particularly for the out-of-state grandparents.

My 3 kids went here for about 2 weeks. My 4 year old daughter came home with a 2 long scab/scratch on her chest. Teachers couldnt tell me how it happened. The next day I showed up 3 hours earlier than my normal pick-up time and walked in to my 4 year old daughter, who was in a dead sleep, being snatched up from the floor by her wrist. I physically intervened with the teacher who looked surprised to see me. I dis-enrolled all 3 of my kids the next day. I confronted the director who couldnt care less.

LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEE This school both my daughters attend the rainbow location and i absolutely love it i have never had any problems all the teachers are great and Christina the Director is always so welcoming !! and Corporate is Awesome any Account problems i have they are on it and super niceee !!

My kids have been going to this preschool for 2 yrs they have learned so much from here ...theyre cheerful and they love it ...they have this kindergarten program where the prepare them for school and i love my kids have enjoyed it here and love coming everyday

Why does a school spell kids with a Z.......bugs the hell out of me.
