Great school! The teachers are great and caring, however there are times where teachers have issues and they seem to be handled quickly...as they should be! My kids love going to “school” and call their teachers their “best friends”. Highly recommend!Corporate offices seem to be an issue with not supporting the schools as good as they could be!

My daughter attends the Horizon Ridge location but I could not find the specific center to post my review....I have been taking my daughter to Kidz Kidz Kidz for a year and a half now and absolutely love it! It is nowhere near my home and a little out of my way from work but when I was researching daycare centers there were endless waiting lists for infants. Two of my nieces attend Kidz Kidz Kidz as well and their mom highly recommended it. I went for a tour and was convinced this was the place for our daughter and I have no regrets in choosing this place.The center is very clean, the employees are so friendly, caring, and really make me feel comfortable dropping her off every day. My husbands work schedule varies from graveyard type hours to 24 hour shifts at a time and they are VERY flexible and accommodating to our changing schedule, even on a weekly basis. Which we couldnt be more grateful for. Their curriculum is also amazing and I see growth in my daughter constantly. Each time she moves up a class I get sad because I just adore her teachers, especially Ms. Bridgette, but then fall in love with the next just the same. I love this place and couldnt be happier with our decision.

Kidz Kidz Kidz is a wonderful Pre-school and early development center. The staff is very friendly and their facility is by far one of the cleanest Ive seen. The front Administrator, Jennifer is fabulous! She is flexible and caters to the needs of parents. I believe that since my child has begun at this day care, he has expanded his vocabulary and is more keen to being social with other children. Its rare that he likes to be left at day care, but as soon as we arrive hes excited to play and be around his teachers and classmates.Last year, I enrolled my son at Kidz Kidz Kidz on Rainbow where Heather was the director there and it was the worst experience ever. My son came home with diaper rashes, and he was constantly sick with ear infections that I missed almost 2 weeks of work the first 3 months. Also the center was filthy, and they had toddlers mixed in the rooms with the infants. It was very odd.The Southern Highlands facility is a great place for kids to interact. I dont know what all the bad reviews are about. But in my opinion, this center is great!

My children ages 1yr and 4yrs go to the Decatur location. My son has been in the infant room since he was 3 months old (hes 1yr now) and he absolutely loves the teachers! They take such good care of him while Im at work and I have full confidence and trust in them with my baby. My daughter is 4 and in the preschool program. She learns new things everyday and loves going to school. My daughter is defiantly on the path to Kindergarten! All the staff have always been so nice and friendly. The office girls always say hello and are smiling when we come in. We love it here and would never go to a different preschool!

My son is loving his teachers & has adjusted very well thanks to Ms Dawn & Ms Marlene. Thumbs up to them & the staff for making me feel comfortable to leave my son in there hands. I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the cameras.

My daughter goes to Kidz Kidz Kidz and absolutely loves it. She learns something new every day and her teacher couldnt be better. She loves Ms. Barbara and Ms. Gina. She comes home singing songs and talking about her friends. I would recommend Kidz Kidz Kidz to anyone who is looking for a great place for their children.

Lets see where to start with the issues of this place. They push everyone to write good reviews about this place for a discount on a week of child care. The place is poorly ran by a manager that does not meet minimum requirements by the state to run the place with a early child hood degree that she does not possess. The place is not up to health code either. I did not realize until a few months in that my child was sweating in the room because they dont have the money to fix the air conditioner. When I asked for a managers phone number that is above Shawna she kept directing me to the corporate number where nothing got done. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and specially the manager who runs the place Shawna Runnells. I am going to continue to follow up with the health department and report the manager for not having proper requirements by the state to be in that position.

Friendly staff that vey good with the children. My daughter is in the toddler room and she absolutely loves her teacher! She loves reading and I love their curriculum.

Do not enroll your kids here. The issues have been going on for more than 2 years and theres no sign they are getting better.I hung in for more than a year only because we had one teacher there that my son & my family loved. But other than her there are more problems than worth the convenience of being in your neighborhood.Here they are:1. Teacher turnover is about every 6 weeks - due to being treated unfairly, sadly theyve lost a few good ones2. Communication is poor - regardless of having cameras in the room - dont expect to get straight answers, consistent message boards, and if your child has an allergy its best you tell the teachers 3x/day3. Directors have zero decision making power so when you have an issue you have to contact a regional who also gives no solutions only says to email the owner (who never checks the corporate email youre given)4. Ratios are ridiculous - and when a teacher calls the front desk and asks for help, they say no until there are more kids to warrant another teacher.5. Their Better Business Bureau rating is an F, enough said

Ive been on and off with Southern Highlands for 1.5. It was bearable more or less when Kim (administrator) was there, but since she has left over 2 months ago, I took him out of the it completely as it because impossible to work with the front administrators - rude, unconcerned, clueless, change their prices, forget things, try to overcharge, inflexible. There is an amazing teaching for kids up to 2 yrs old, Daniella, who truly has been the highlight and we enjoyed her approach and care, but now that my son is over 2 yrs old he is supposed to be in a larger group with too high teacher / student ratio and really awful teachers there. Yes, I would say STAY AWAY from this place. MAnagement is horrific!!!

My three year old granddaughter and two year old grandson have been attending Kidz Kidz Kidz for two years. My husband and I occasionally drop them off and pick them up at least once a week. What I like about Kidz Kidz Kidz is that the kids are always eager to go to preschool. They like their teachers, and the teachers are always good about taking the time to talk with us if we have any questions or information to share. I like the daily report card that comes home with the two year old. Jennifer at the front desk has always been friendly and helpful. Another plus for Kidz Kidz Kidz is that there are cameras in the classrooms and on the playground. The preschool provides additional opportunities for the kids - my granddaughter loves the Tumblebus. One thing that we have learned to do is to pay closer attention to the notes on the doors as that is where information is provided - such as to bring a pumpkin and candy for Halloween.

My kids attend this place and I must say they are by far the best!! Hands down! My kids love it! Thank you Kidz, Kidz, Kidz!!

SO my son has been going to Kidz Kidz Kidz on Rainbow and Robindale for over a year now. There was a short period where they had a crappy admin person and i was closeto pulling my son but ever since Heather has been the director we have had no issues, She is extremely picky about the teachers she has watching my son, so much that she fires teachers on the spot if they arent performing or are being lazy. As a parent this is very much appreciated. The crew currently at school is one of the best and really it has been the biggest turn around with me once considering leaving and now i plan on going no where.

This is by far one of the most dangerous places to take your kid too. They have a big turn over in staff. From what I hear they dont pay well and it completely makes sense because the majority of the teachers are not qualified to watch dogs let alone kids.Recently I had an issue that a teacher was not paying attention to where my son was( on the floor) and pushed a piece of furniture back on top of his head!!! When I got there instead of someone telling me the truth of what happened I was lied to by some of the staff about what happened. Everyone said they didnt see it and that he was ok and they are not sure if the furniture hit his head Etc. Only to later find out that everyone of them knew what happened and didnt tell me on purpose!! They tried to show me some tape that didnt show what really happened and act like it was out of view. When I asked the teacher what happened she lied straight to my face and further more when the director who knew what happened and knew how serious it was didnt tell me the truth!! When finding out how serious it was saying my son couldnt focus his eyes were glassy and he was off balanced it scared me to death. Think about how messed up that it is!!! Things happen I understand that but to lie about head trama is a different level. This is something you need to tell a parent for safety reasons!!!!!!!!!!!! My son has been complaining about having headaches and moving his jaw odd at times. I am hoping that this passes and am going to take him to a specialist and hope he is going to be ok. I wish I was told what happened from the beginning so I wouldnt have let as much time pass as I did. This place is dangerous and I plan on following up to make sure someone elses child doesnt have the same misfortune as mine. I am going to do everything in my power to speak to the correct authorities and report this issue and have them deal with what ever comes along with endangering my child and not letting a parent know what actually happened. Stay far away from this pace!

My daughter has been going to Kidz Kidz Kidz Southern Highlands for a few short months & has already learned so much, she learns alphabet phonics, she knows how to spell her name, she is learning to spell sight words, she knows the days of the week and all the months.We enrolled her in Preschool in order for her to get familiar with a school enviorment before heading to Kindergarten in 2016. My daughter loves her school and the friends she has made so far. The webcam is the best for the 1st week to get over the nervousness of leaving your child with strangers. (Grandma was her babysitter from age 3 months to 4) The webcam is also great for letting the parents be involved when they cant actually be in the class room, for Mad Science experiments, Thanksgiving Pow Wow Dance, Santa Visit, etc. One thing that this school has taught me is that my child can do so much more than I thought, the way she automatically took responisbity for herself - at home its a constant Mom can you help me, I cant do it...but at school she became her own little adult, making her bed, folding the blankets putting them in her bag, cleaning up toys, pushing in chairs - its pretty awesome to see. Another thing to note, you can see on the webcam the teachers constantly cleaning!

JUST TO SAY I LOVE KIDZ,KIDZ,KIDZ !!!!!!! THE STAFF ARE SO FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. MY CHILD IS SO HAPPY TO BE A PART OF THIS SCHOOL AND HAS LEARNED SO MUCH...... THANK YOU KIDZ,KIDZ,KIDZ.

This place just got shut down for leaving a child outside and alone for an hour and a half! And some of the other reviews on here are so sad!

I went and toured this location to enroll my child here. It looked extremely unclean, staff looked miserable, and manager was extremely rude with me. Going back to the fact of the staff looking miserable one of the teachers walked out on her job while I was there. NOT A PLACE ILL EVER THINK OF RECOMMENDING OR BRING MY CHILD TOO.

Sad the child was left outside for almost 2hrs... Smh
