Dont ever go to fax 📠 your things here I was in the store over an hour to fax 19 pages (🤑$25-30 dollars $1.50-$1.75 per page!) and still not all the pages went through...The new system stinks when they changed their faxing method..... I will go to UPS store instead next time or get my own.. The staff was very helpful and attentive though...🤗

Office max had most helpful people and ink in stock after trying 3 other stores to no avail I got a better price and friendlier service. Location was great easy parking. I would recommend.

Jerry was great, talk about great work ethic! I went 2 days later and the Latoya the attendant was not helpful at all, she was unwilling to help when there was clearly no one else and told me to come back another day.

The people here are accommodating and friendly, and honestly just seemed pretty happy to work there. All around positive experience. Chris helped me out a bunch, as did Joe, and I walked out feeling great about my shipping trip, which was funny because I just stepped in to buy an office chair.

Needed some pages laminated and the Associate at the print desk did a great job as well as pointing out that the printing on one page was not clear, thereby saving me the cost of one laminate. My only moment of blech, was the cost. Twice what I had expected. The employee was wonderful and the job perfect, so Ill definitely go back.

Didn’t know they were closed. Dude out front brought me exactly what I wanted in lest than five minutes and charged my card at the same time. Thanks.

Its a great place to go and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They saved me $50 by suggesting a better option for a trencher I was looking for then set one aside for me to pick up!

While the Boca store is excellent, I am extremely disappointed in the companys on-line order/delivery process as a next day delivery order was not delivered. No reason given in the tracking process so I called the toll free number only to be told that the delivery person tried to deliver it on Friday, but could not get into our gated community. Of course, all he/she has to do was look up our name on the board and buss the provided number!!! Now I am told that my ordered products will not be delivered until Monday....VERY DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!

I only come to this location because theres not another office supply store very close to this area. Theyre very highly priced and you always have to wait in line even when youre just buying a couple of pens. The last time I came here I bought an office chair and I spent $150 on it. After I got it back to the house it was missing a few screws. So I brought it back and they refused to give me my money back. The woman was fairly rude. I would definitely go somewhere else if there were another place closer that had real office supplies.

Do not use your card or debt card there. Employee signed me up to have printer ink delivered to me at home monthly without my knowledge or permission. Printer is not even working! At the time it happened he said that it employee said the machine didnt work for my purchase of some paper and to hit the button again which second hit of the button was actually to sign me up to have printer ink mailed to me monthly. He even sent it to the wrong address. I get my mail at a mail store! I complained to manager and they still have not refunded my money. My money is just gone from my bank account. Very speedy, efficient and awesome customer service! I placed my order online for the in store pick up, I live close by so I figured I would drive to the store ( it was about an hour an a half before they closed... Sorry guys!) and before I turned off my car, I received an email stating my order was ready! It took me less than 10 minutes to drive to the store! Wow!! So amazing! Michael, who gathered everything together, was very helpful and quick with my order, Seantrice who was my cashier had a pleasant manner and a great smile to go along with her bubbly personality. There was a few other gentleman that also asked if I needed anything and both were super pleasant (sorry guys, I apologise I didnt look at your name badges). This isnt the OfficaMax that I go to because its close by, i go because its the one where everyone seems to be on their A game, even an hour before the store closes! Thanks to everyone who I had an interaction with, all were wearing a smile along with their uniform!

Decent store, the staff lets people bring non-service animals into the place and they urinate on the floor, but other than that its fine.
