Negative enrollment process.. Usually when you inquire information about a trade school you are usually contacted back from an enrollment representative that will ask you about your self and tell you about the program and all the specific information that is needed. However with carrington college no one can tell you anything until attend a virtual information session and during that informational session the representatives weren’t friendly neither and could hardly answer the students questions because they didn’t know all of the information. Then they want an official high school transcript and two letters of recommendation with wet signatures and just too much of everything! Just a waste of my time! I didn’t have time for all of that. I looked somewhere else and I got accepted into an accelerated bsn nursing program and the process was very simple especially compared to this school.

This is a very hard class but Im managing to get excellent grades. Love Mrs. Jenn and Mrs Jeny!

I enjoy night class a lot. I learn a lot of stuff in this school. The class size is not too big not too small. Overall they make sure you know what to do and how to do it properly. After all if you really study for it any school can be good for you. But I really enjoy my time here.

I am a student at Carrington College at the Las Vegas campus located at 5470 Eastern Ave. I have expressed security and safety concerns within the campus and beyond. My concerns have not been addressed despite the fact that I have been assured that they will be taken into consideration.My concerns involve the safety of students as well as staff. If I were a parent of a potential student who may attend this College I would be concerned about the safety of my son or daughter. The security issue that I and others have expressed is regarding a potential active shooter on the campus. There is no protocol in place to address this potential problem.Having been involved in this situation I have first hand knowledge of what it takes to respond to this type of potential threat.The Campus in Las Vegas Nevada is NOT EQUIPPED TO DEAL with this scenario.Please take this into consideration if and when you apply to this campus. I have no information regarding other Carrington Campuses but I’m hoping that this will be a question that is asked from other potential students across all campuses.The response that the owner has given to me is the exact same response I’ve gotten from three other individuals. So I surmise that they aren’t sure what they’re doing to help with this issue. I’ve also been told that they are working with experts in the safety and security of buildings in general. So if that’s the case what’s going on ? Where are these changes? How long does it take?

Great school, I chose over PIMA because I feel they have superior equipment and a more friendly staff. My only complaint is that after repeated attempts and complaints, and school starting in January they still haven’t released a calendar for the course. So all you can do is guess the days you will have off to plan a vacation. When asked I am just told they are working on it or corporate hasn’t released it yet.

I would like to say that Carrington College is beyond what the eye can really see outside of the school campus. It is not until you walk inside and get the introduction tour with the great staff who is not only willing to assist you in the future of your education. Carrington College staff is committed in making you feel assured that you will graduate. Failure in Not an option in their terminology of education. I am speaking from experience after a 25 plus years in a career and having to start a new career was definitely scary for me. I enrolled in the medical assistant program in March 18,2019. I am not going to lie to those who are reading this review. Started a Monday and on Wednesday took my first quiz at school. I missed every single question. Not one correct. Mrs Jeny, my instructor looked at me and made me promise that I would do better when I really wanted to quit. I was about to walk out of class, really. I said to her, show me that I can do better. Well she did!!!! Module 1-C grade, module 2-C grade, module 3-B grade, module 4-B grade and final module before going to internship module 5-B grade. I accomplished the start of a new career with the FULL SUPPORT OF CARRINGTON COLLEGE. A shout out to the entire great staff from the Director James, to my instructor Mrs. Jeny, and the administration staff including Mercedes ( the security personal ) always greeting me with a smile. Applied and got approved for student aide. Did an online course well the systems never worked on my home computer or any library computer I had to go to the school to get an work done. One day i cant log onto my account. Turns out they dropped me. When student aide came in i was short 300 or so dollars. Well carringtoncant find it and the bank said its their responsibility. Got the number for fhe director of student loans named valentine. Never got a xall back and it was never resolved. This place is a joke and deals in theft.

Everything has been great at this school, and I am comparing it to the education I received at PIMA institute. We have more resources and are recognized in the community by other healthcare facilities as prospective applicants for respiratory therapy. I would strongly encourage other individuals seeking professions in respiratory therapy to apply within this program.

Im in the PtA program and it definitely is a worthwhile program. Ultimately, you are responsible for digesting material, the teacher make every effort to pass along the body of information. Its expensive but worth every penny.

The teachings were a great experience but when placing Hits the one thing you will hope for is getting hired by your extern. When not hired for an extern site thats not hiring your stuck. Its about 6 months almost and I havent found one medical assistance job. Most are looking for is 2 to 3 years of experience. I was told a place was hiring from them the next day I went the lady told me the already found someone. So right now Im just looking for any good job thats out there now not just medical assistacing. The school was a scam but at least I got some experience on my hands.

They screwed up my student finances and I ended uo owing them over $15000 because they failed to contact me in time. Because of that they refuse to give me my transcripts meaning I get to start from square one at a different school. I didnt get to finish the program I was in either. Also after contacting the program director with my unfair treatment, I never heard back from her. I wouldnt ever recommend this school to anyone, Ill be taking my money to Pima amd hope for the best. Kindof irked Ill have an extra $10,000 in debt because of this whole situation. Oh, also if you do go here, be prepared for the school itself to be vastly underprepared and always failing to either give books or the proper equipment to at least a few students per semester. Well at least I got an iPad out of the deal.

Went for a tour since they dont give information over the phone, and made me waste my time and didnt give me a tour at all!!!! VERY RUDE AND BAD ATTITUDE! Dont even waste your time going here when there is probably better opportunities out there.

I spoke to the gentleman, I believe his name Charlie or Charles, he was a very rude gentleman and very inappropriate. I don’t recommend going to that school because it is full of creeps and there was this other red headed with balding hair and glasses was really creepy and kept walking by our room as I spoke to Charlie.It looks like a freak show in there. DONT GO TO THIS SCHOOL

Any school that spams online advertising is not worth attending. A good product sells itself, this school does not.

Priti Dand in the Account department is rude and unprofessional. Ive never had such a difficult time making a payment. She claims she cant accept payments just so she can threaten you with payment arrangements at 12% interest. What a scam. Double check your options before you sign with this school

I LOVE THE RCP AT CARRINGTON COLLEGE LAS VEGAS. IT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE.THEY PREPARED ME ENOGH TO BECOME AN RRT 3 WEEKS AFTER GRADUATION.
