How do you have a mask policy but the manager tells the staff they dont have to enforce it if they dont want to? These children are under 12 for the most part and dont have the ability to get vaccinated. All adults....unless you are in the pool ...should be required to wear a mask!!!!! And the rules should be strictly enforced!!!! Also, if you tell a parent that their child has moved to the next level and provide them with a new schedule, that schedule should be adhered to. I get that some parents dont work or have flexible schedules but some dont. Then if you have someone sitting at the front desk....they should know what is going on. Is this too much to ask?

Im just waiting for this month to be over since they won’t refund me.It’s my 1st time here and let’s start of by telling you that they do not evaluate your child before finding out what class they are suppose to be in. They charge you for the class which I find unfair.Anywhere else they evaluate the child . They told be that it’s because they have “no time” to just evaluate .The water looked dirty and the classes didn’t seemed organized .We had two teachers back to back teaching a class super closed. No room for the child to fully swim and Learn correctly .The waiting area up front looked dirty .Also as I had my children changing and washing off there was an employee and her BF or whatever in the same changing room together with kids around . Made me feel uncomfortable .

I used to go to this swim school the teacher was really rude and strict with me

The bathrooms, need to be cleaned little better, running water was a little hot for kids handsAlso little unorganized

These people dont know what their schedule is I wasted 10 to 15 minutes because they couldnt figure out what class my kids were in and I have already paid in advance.. apparently youre supposed to tell the swim instructor your schedule and whether or not your private lesson.

My daughter has a fear to this day of swimming after she was dropped underwater while screaming franticly to the teacher NOOOOOOO!!!!!! I hate that she had such a horrible experience here and i WISH i could erase the memory she now has every time we drive by the establishment. I just hope one day she wont have such a fear due to this place and the teachers.....

This place is great. My daughter has been coming here since she was 2 and it helped her tremendously.

Swimming lessons here go smoothly. Our 4 year old loves Shay and she is great with him. Pricing can get high if you do it month after month, but our young one is really learning to swim and loves going!

I absolutely love this school and so does my daughter. The staff, both front desk and instructors, are great. They have patience and really work with my child to get her to swim. I couldn’t be happier anywhere else

I love this swim school! My daughters swim instructor Ms. Brittany is always so patient and kind to her. From week to week she challenges her a little more and a little more. Its also very fun for her so even while she is enjoying it she is also learning at the same time. She has learned vital pool rules such as never swim without an adult and never run around the pool. The front desk staff are also very nice.In just 6 weeks of lessons my 4 year old is swimming and I couldnt be happier. i would definitely recommend Water Wings!

Originally I thought we were getting hour lessons and it turned out to be half hour lessons. I let that slide. I also signed up for lessons for a month and paid up front, with the ability to have the same times for future months. Instead of honoring the time slots they wanted to change the times drastically 2 weeks later. Very poor business practices and communication.

We go to the Centennial location and my kids love Mr. Jarrod. We tried lessons at the YMCA, but they only wanted Mr. Jarrod to teach them. My kids are super happy!!!

Customer with 3 year old who has tubes in his ears...condition was disclosed upon payment of 14 lessons in mid January. My son saw the doctor in April and was told not to swim due to painful ear infections for 3 weeks. Water Wings will not give us the remaining lessons without further enrollment fees, crooked business putting more importance on the bottom line then on whats right for the children it serves. Better practices should be expected from a business serving the children of our community, stay away.

Cant stand the people at the front desk. They dont know what they are doing and makes the process of trying to schedule the appointments extremely difficult. Im paying for private lessons and have had one where although my daughter was on the books they didnt schedule an instructor to teach her. Who does that? She had a different instructor every week and now when I finally got the same instructor and tried to schedule for the next month I was told I have to wait a week and then schedule week by week. It took two phone calls and over 30 minutes to finally get the same instructor and now this?It will be worth more money and a longer drive to go to a location that knows how to schedule and what customer service is.Swim instructors were all great just wish the business end knew what they were doing.

My 2 year old loves going. Been going for over a year now. Most of the instructors are patient and great with the kids.

Great teachers. Great staff. Always good accommodating my schedule when things come up.

This place is a joke, they put way to much chlorine in the water and the staff! Well the one guy comes in stoned all the time to teach children!!
