I had 3 condensate pumps i needed to buy and they had all 3 on there shelf, when i brought them up to the counter i was told i could only purchase 2 due to 1 not being in there system, so I left the other 2 pumps as well and drove to another branch because they were unable to sell me a part I had in my hands already because it wasnt in there system! I would highly recommend using a different branch that actually will actually care to have your business. They literally let me walk out and leave everything I was going to purchase because they were unable to sell me 1 of the items I needed. I cant think of a better example of someone not caring about getting someones business!
