A wonderful creative course based on expression. This pottery, sculpting classes is more a fun course to inspire and open you up for the freedom of creative expression to create hand-build ceramics on the pottery wheel. This is not art theory or how to make kind, of course but helps you to explore it in an easy and entertaining way. Definitely worth doing!!

Got to see pots being made on the wheel. There are also various do art courses offered by Ball Clay Studio which are looking very interesting. Looking forward to join one as I just love the people around and ambience of the studio. I am pretty excited to attend my first tutorial at this studio!!

I had a lot of fun learning to make pottery on a pottery wheel in this class. The studio is a really nice and the members are very friendly. The class is a good deal and when it was over, I had a bunch of dishes for my house. I planning on getting a membership there. What a cool pottery studio!

Took a beginning class at Ball Clay Studio, and what an amazing experience it was. David is a fantastic guy and Teacher and his passion for Ceramics really shows. Hes very enthusiastic and patient with newcomers (like myself) and thats not really something you can fake. I highly recommend the classes here and am excited about signing up for another one. I just wish I could give this place 50 stars instead of 5!

Signing up to Ball Clay Studio is really been brilliant for me. Whenever I have sculpted in the past, I have had various troubles in keeping the form etc. But just after attending 3 sessions in this institute, I have solved all those problems and now, I am really looking forward to the next class, and to meet up with new found friends.

I went there to learn how to make ceramics for the first time. I took a pottery class with David and he taught me how to throw within just a few visits. It is much harder than it looks, but he encouraged me and I stuck to it. Now, I can make mugs, bowls, plates etc. Since then, out of curiosity, I visited a couple other studios including a new one that just opened. (Big mistake the guy teaching the class didnt have much experience. He could barely make pottery himself.) So I quickly made my way back! David has been doing this for more than 20 years and it is shows, through his skills and knowledge. He is very friendly and will take the time to make sure that you get it. I would recommend this studio to anyone serious about learning how to throw and make pottery.

Went here to fire a pot, never called me when it was done, so i waited and i was like maybe thats my fault but then glazed my pot and it wasnt the glaze they misnamed it so it was a different glaze and they even fired it wrong. Terrible experience never coming back.
