Terrible teachers they focus on them and not there students they accuse them with no proof, front desk is not polite she doesnt asnwer phone calls and lets you wait when ringing the door bell. This school needs improvement they know nothing about managing a school.

My review is for the 7-8th grade campus at 322 S Avenue 18 Los Angeles, CA 90031.I really wanted to like Endeavor College Prep - they have a great vision statement and their goals are admirable. However, after a year of being with this school I have to rate it a 2, mainly because the main school administrator/principle: Ms. Lukk is an ineffective leader.In my dealings with her, our family found Ms. Lukk to be uncaring, domineering, and unprofessional. The atmosphere that she creates at the school is negative and impersonal. Speaking with other parents and some of the teachers - I would recommend that the directors speak to Ms. Lukk and have more accountability.Once again, I want to stress that the goal of the school is great and most of the teachers are wonderful. But the school can only go as far as the top leaders are able to lead - and Ms. Lukk needs to improve her people skills. Being an effective school is not just about test scores - it needs to build up character and integrity.
