PerfectI took the hands-on in person class. They give you plenty of time to answer your questions.They come to you and answer your question and they will not leave until you get understand.Very patient and knowledgeable, organized instructors. Prices are also very good..

I finally found hands-on computer training classes and I just finished a couple of courses here. I must say that I feel more proficient than ever before. What a relief. I had so many questions for the instructors in class, and I am glad that they took the time to explain everything so thoroughly. I am so glad that I took the initiative and took these classes. Administrative Assistant position, here I come !!!

They have live online classes too. But, i need the teacher right there if i have question. so i took the in person classes.Good location, nice and patient teachers, hands on and live teacher, they are right there to answer your questions.The certificate looks very nice and professional too.The workbook is excellent with all the step by step instructions on how to do things.

Yes, this is a legit place, but you get what you pay for. There are packets that you work through that are adequate at telling you what to click to accomplish things. The instructors are two guys who know how to read the packets but are either incapable or unwilling to dive into the principles behind Excel functions or help troubleshoot issues that arent a part of the packet. They were sometimes condescending and rigid in their approach.I was here to learn a handful of functions of Excel that Ive not been able to figure out on my own. I cracked open the training packet and skipped what I already knew and focused my time on what I didnt know, running multiple and increasingly complex off-the-book practices of those specific operations. While the instructors did answer a couple of questions I also referenced Google for a couple.I DID learn what I needed to know, so I give them Three Stars because they had packets with 95% accurate instructions and computers that successfully ran Excel 2018. Could have used more robust practice exercises with real data sets.UPDATE: 24 hours after writing this post the school reached out to me and offered a refund or private classes, mentioning this review. There was no outright request for me to remove this review. There was no request for feedback about the class. I slightly tweaked my words to highlight that its a solid class done with the best of intentions. It was worth the money I spent on it.

I took some Excel classes and the instructors were very thorough and the learning process was easy. I cannot believe how much I learned in two days. I will definitely come here again.

It was well laid out and easy to understand. I really appreciate how often the course went back over material to keep me from forgetting what i have already learned. I have already told several people about this class.
