I took the Illustrator Bootcamp 2020 to advance in my career and it was great. The classroom, equipment and lunch area are modern and clean. The staff is very attentive and helpful. My teacher Beverly was very thorough and made sure we all understood before proceeding to the next project. The exercises were fun, interesting and taught step by step. I will come back soon to re-take this class and In-Design if my time allows it.

I took the Excel Level 2 class. Class sizes are small which is great, instructor gets to really focus on each individual.Instructor made sure you understood everything , learned great short cuts. TIP: Only take notes on what you think is super crucial, at the end of the course they give you a manual of what was cover in class. SUGGESTION: Maybe if they give this manual at the begging it would be a better opportunity to highlighted the information that we find more useful. Place very clean and they offer a cute lunch room which has water, coffee and snacks. Overall great experience, will sure be going back for more classes to advance my skills. :)

Our instructor Chris was absolutely outstanding!I signed up for an excel level 1 class thinking that I was simply going to brush up on skills and not really learn anything new, boy was I wrong. Chris was detailed and engaged with every single student in the room. He gave a genuine feel that he truly cares for what he is doing.The facility itself was clean, nice and sleek. Mac Computers for each student.The host was also great; he gave us recommendations as to where we should go for lunch. (Sorry I dont remember your name)

The size of the class was great. Our instructor Chris was fantastic: patient, thorough, engaging. For the amount of things we covered in 7 hours, it didnt drag. I had a wonderful experience. Also, the location made it easy to find lunch on our break. Its a very clean, gorgeous part of DTLA!

I was there for Excel level 2 class and I was surprised by it. Not only they offered a lunch room with water, coffee, and snacks; the classroom was about 12 people size and the professor could focus on us. And the professor interacted with all the students frequently and his lecture was easy to understand. The classroom I was in used all MAC, very fast and stable machines. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the class was and would love to go back for more classes.

Very much enjoyed the 1 day refresher/crash course for Adobe Illustrator led by Beverly. The training center offices are clean, offer a stocked cafeteria for students, have engaging classes and give you many takeaway files and lecture books even for the 1 day courses. Would both take again and recommend to others.

I took the excel level 2 class and was very pleased with the overall experience. The teacher was helpful and energetic. The material taught was helpful and related back to real-life examples. Would definitely recommend Training Connection!

I took the Excel Level 1 course and Ive been using Excel at work every day for the last two years. I found the course very informative. I will be attending again to increase and further develop my skills in the remaining Excel levels 2-4. Theyre so many courses to choose from for your personal growth or to increase your skills at work. Our teacher was fun and made everyone feel comfortable while imparting great wisdom. My Excel Level 1 teacher Carol made it exciting to learn. The class size was small enough to get through any questions. Great view of the city while you enjoy lunch. Loved it I will be back.

Had a great time management training session here and walked away with some great ideas and resources. Carol did an awesome job and was able to provide real life examples of how to apply what we were discussing to not only my professional life but personal as well. I took the Captivate Beginners and Advanced classes in Los Angeles last week with Jeff Wiatt. Spending four days with any instructor no matter how good they are can be an absolute drag. But Jeff is the consummate professional trainer in that he immediately assesses his students knowledge and adjusts his presentation accordingly, has an infectious personality that makes him easy to be around, respects working students need to multitask and take care of the office, makes sure that the learning environment and equipment are always on point, and allows students the time and space to take chances and learn at their own pace. I was fortunate enough to be the only student in the class for those four days giving Jeff adequate time to fill the gaps in my Swiss cheese knowledge. I would highly recommend this course to anyone even remotely interested in the subject matter and pray that you are fortunate enough to have Jeff Wiatt as your instructor.

I had the pleasure of attending classes (Captivate Essentials and Beyond the Essentials) at the Training Connection, July 2018. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable Chris and Jeff both were. The classroom was well designed with beautiful state-of-the-art Apple equipment. They were both extremely patient, very personable and professional. The location is perfect for walking to local eateries, shopping and hotels. Im so glad I made the decision to choose Training Connections. I highly recommend to all learning levels. What a pleasure!

I took the Time Management training session at Training Connection and thought it was very beneficial. The class design is perfect, small and intimate (12 max) which allows students to have one-on-one with instructor. Instructor was very knowledgeable and was a great resource. Lobby Lounge area nicely set-up with ample seating to network or just relax during breaks with coffee and water station, along with standard size refrigerator & Microwave. Training Center location is centrally located to public transportation.

I took the Excel I class with Carol and was very pleased with my experience. Between the professionalism of the operation as a whole, to the ease of getting to and from class using the subway station across the street, it was a great experience.

Training Connection has informative and helpful classes. I have taken the Microsoft classes and Business Writing. Business Writing provided a thorough review of grammar, sentence structure, paragraph structure, and examples of professional emails. I highly recommend this course for anyone interested in maintaining and improving their writing skills.

I could not be happier with my learning experience. The class was perfectly paced. The instructor had the perfect blend of focus, chill and humor. There is a thoughtfully provided coffee machine available for free during break times, and the break room has a fantastic view from the 18th story with comfortable tables and floor to ceiling windows. The class size was ideal, and the computers we learned on were nice and modern Macs winning windows 10 with big, clear screens. I came away from my first session positively bursting with excitement and confidence. I could not recommend this course more highly. Parking sucks, though.

Recently attended the After Effects Bootcamp at the Los Angeles location. Class was GREAT! The instructor (Kristian) is seriously an Adobe encyclopedia. He presented the material in a very easy to learn and fun environment. Staff was friendly and facility was nice.

I took a week of after effects and may I say, that is by far the most Ive learned in a weeks span. The instructor was astounding, informative, funny etc. I could go on all day about how great training connection is. I most certainly see myself going back for more classes

This class was extremely helpful! I started a new job where I would be using excel and I am so thankful I took this course. Carol was extremely hilarious and made the day fly by as well. Even Jeff the Office Manager was kind and gave great resources and advice for Excel.If I needed to take the courses as repeats I would be able to do that with little to no fee. The facility was great amazing coffee, snacks, bagels. I do wish because if they offered it I would take it a two to three day course on the introduction and usage of Excel.It would help to solidify what I learned all while being with the instructor, like they do it in the front and then you get to practice. Again, amazing experience you learn ALOT you have to practice on your own outside. I am not an Excel user and it helped me a great deal!

Excellent training. Their parking is reasonably priced for the area and it is easy to get into the building. The classroom experience is good with new equipment and plenty of space to stretch out. They emulate Windows on a Mac, which is not my preference, but I understand why they do it. The instructor was friendly and knowledgeable and did her best to ensure everyone was on the same page. Only complaint is that it was TOO personalized - no hiding in the back of the class here!

I am so happy I took the Premiere Pro Bootcamp at Training Connection. It was so much to take in, but McKinley made the whole experience fun and fascinating! It is a Bootcamp tho- be prepared and take lots of notes...McKinley delivers the tricks of the trade so smoothly I didnt think I needed to, but when I got back to my desk at work, my notes were a lifesaver. You get the book too, but taking good notes makes a huge difference.Cant recommend it highly enough...And the fact that theres the opportunity to do review audits on the class makes it even better.

Thorough training - Intermediate Excel Class. The classroom is comfortable with new equipment. Although they use Mac and run Windows on it. Its a flexibility thing since Windows cannot run Mac. My instructor was Chris. He was friendly and knowledgeable and was very patient and thorough (he also remembered everyones name too). I have to admit there werent very many questions. So we sped along pretty quickly. I would highly recommend these classes.

Training Connection is wonderful! I have difficulty learning computer programs on my own, so this was the perfect experience. The teachers are professionals who teach at the best universities and train the best film studios in the country. The material/projects were clear, informative and FUN! The teachers went above and beyond to answer questions and demonstrate with additional examples. Each of the teachers Ive had thus far were enthusiastic about the material and each had a different sense of humor, which both made learning fun. Its intense to sit for so long, but they made it enjoyable and educational. Additionally, Ive made friends from the classes and am able to use what Ive learned for numerous types of projects, both professional and for enjoyment. I researched like crazy before choosing a school and am thrilled I ended up in the right place! Plus, you can retake the class for FREE within six months to help reinforce the material. I had a wonderful experience ever since I walked in to the suite 1800... from Jeff to Billy on how they communicated with me to better assist me with my needs in rescheduling the customer service workshop to me showing up and walking me through with the coffee machine. Ive already taken 2 courses at Training Connection and loved them both. I learned the ins and outs of After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro from McKinley. She is so knowledgeable and has a great teaching style. She makes sure you cover so much material that you leave an expert or a soon to be expert with practice.

The Training Connection experience was excellent! The course was easy to follow and the instructor was very attentive to each students pace. I was little nervous going in, not knowing if it was going to be too advanced or for me but the instructor was great at making everyone feel at ease. I definitely learned a lot in this course. Certainly worth the money! Also, the facility was clean and fully operable with Mac computers and a break room with complimentary coffee.

The facility was super updated and clean. There was plenty of parking around the building and even visitor parking in the building (a little pricey but very convenient.) They had coffee and tea during breaks and food trucks out back for lunch. Most importantly, the teacher was very thorough and helped answer any questions. I would for sure recommend this class to anyone looking to learn the ins and outs of Premiere Pro.

I took the Advanced Excel class with Chris. I had a great time! I learned so much and Chris made everything easy to understand by using simple examples; his humor also helped. :) I am so happy I took this class. I really like that Training Connection provided a booklet and spreadsheets so I can practice at home and at work. I am definitely going back!

I have taken several classes here (Excel and Business Writing). I have learned tons in the Excel class and the instructor, Chris is great and goes at a great pace. The Business Writing class was enlightening, although the majority of the information was learned in school, it was a nice reminder and the instructor, Carol was lovely.

Awesome experience taking the Premiere Pro Bootcamp here! Kristian Gabriel is extremely knowledgeable and can answer any question you may have during the class. He knows so many tricks and shortcuts that can make you faster and just make things easier in every part of the program. He also explains the little things that you need to know to understand why things work the way they do within Adobe products and thats huge. It may seem like a short amount of time to learn a program but this class gets through a lot of material to get you on your way to understanding and exploring the programs yourself. Great time!

The facility was easy to find and had ample parking which was reasonably priced. The office is very clean and has an amazing view of the city. The equipment is new and Carol our teacher was very upbeat and fun from the moment I entered her class. The class I enrolled in was Visio Fundamentals course. Carol knew the program upside down and backwards. She went through the program with step by step instructions that were very easy to follow. I came away with a thorough understanding of the program fundamentals and was able to come back to my office a create the Org Chart that my boss needed. I highly recommend Training Connection for any and all of your training needs. I will be back.

I took an After Effects class taught by Kristian Gabriel and it was phenomenal. He is a fantastic teacher, patient, easy to follow and he made the course fun. The class sizes are small and the location and computer equipment are definitely top notch. Its the third course Ive taken at Training Connection and I cant wait to return.

What a great place to learn Adobe! So far Ive taken a weeklong bootcamp course in InDesign and After Effects and my knowledge has grown geometrically. The staff and instructors are knowledgable and always helpful and caring. The exercises are fun and easy and the atmosphere lends itself to learning. Its a very nice, yet relaxed professional space with at least 16 iMac loaded with both PC and Mac software, free coffee, water, and easy access to dining as well as all freeways. i highly recommend Jeff and his team at Training Connection and will be back soon to learn Illustrator and Photoshop.

The time management class was great. Its the only reason I have time to write this review! :-) The instructor, Carol, really kept the class interesting and I learned a lot from her. Time just seemed to fly by. I wish I had taken this course a long time ago. The receptionist Jeff was very cordial and friendly. I will definitely go back for other courses they have to offer.

I absolutely LOVED the Time Management Training! I went in thinking, I know how to manage my time, but my boss just made me come. What awakening this training was. Ive opened my eyes and realized I dont make the best of my time and not only for work, but for myself. I can use what I learned at work and in my home. Im a mom of 2 to manages my time between, work, kids, sports, home needs, cooking, etc., etc. you all know the routine. She provided tools and techniques I can use to help me accomplish more in my day. The instructor Carol was a breathe of fresh air for me. She helped me realize I matter, my time matters and I can do this for me. I will without a doubt take this training again just because I loved it so much! I highly recommend this training to everyone!

I recently attended the Customer Service Training with Ms. Carol & it was hands down one of the best trainings I have attended. I had mentally prepared myself to be bored for 8 hrs.. as most trainings feel like they just drag on, but Carol did such a great job keeping us awake and feeding us information that I felt I could use even outside of work. The class room was small & the office was very clean. They had a very cute lunch room where they offered coffee, water & bagels. The only thing I wish they would have warned me about is the parking. If you park in the building it can run you 22-35$, which I feel is expensive & they do not validate. Over all, I had a great experience & Carol was just the Best!

Nice place and has walking distance of lunch areas. Class is nice the time I went was small which makes it better you arent left behind or feel ignored. Learned a lot and didnt feel forced to learn or engage with the class. I hate taking notes and no one bothered me for it so made me feel comfortable.

Come prepared to learn! Training Connections offered a small class size and all materials needed to have a successful day and beyond. During breaks you can enjoy the view of downtown LA from the 18th floor while having a cup of tea or coffee in their cafe area. I would recommend a course from them at this location to anyone I know.

I took the Beginners and Intermediate Excel classes with Chris and I am glad that I did. Chris was very helpful and patient and tought me alot of stuff that I didnt think I would be able to learn because it always looked so complicated. Chris managed to make a subject that might not seem fun or interesting, into a class that was fun and interesting!

I attended the Access Level 2 course and enjoyed it very much. The class size was small and the instructor was great! Ive attended training classes that did not have computers for you to follow along with, but this class did and they was really great. I will definitely take another course at the Training Connection.

I took a couple of classes from Training Connection in Chicago location, and really liked it. The pace and the textbook was great, the samples and hands on materials were very useful. The kitchen has coffee machine and refrigerator where you can store your lunch. The computers were up to date.

Great location with and awesome view of DLA, staff with great attitude all their equipment is top notch and the class size perfect i took Excel 1-3 level and will be taking Access next with instructor Chris he is very knowledgeable

Premiere Bootcamp with McKinley was so informative and enjoyable! She REALLY knows her stuff and taught some things that went beyond just the software...I love her teaching style. The outline of what you will learn in class - we learned EVERY little nook and cranny of it. Its obvious that someone took a great deal of time/effort into setting up the lessons -lessons which they let you take home to use/practice with outside of class. Great classroom/lunch room/break area. Computers, you have your choice of running mac OR windows on a mac. Cant say enough good things about this training!

This is the best class for learning Adobe Premiere. The class is structured so you get a learning foundation of the software. Then you get to practice and apply it to short projects. Take lots of notes as your brain will be pushed. Also, if you forget, you can come back for FREE within 6 months. They want you to learn the software, not just take you money. I plan on coming back for After Effects training in the future.

I took the first level of the Excel Training course and it was very helpful. I learn new shortcuts, delete cells, expand cells etc.. They provide you with a manual at the end of the training for you to take home so you can remember what you learn and how to repeat on your own what you learn in the class.

I would defiantly recommend this class. The instructor was knowledgeable, fun and patient. Well worth the money. Not to mention the view is awesome.

I have now done 2 courses with Beverly the instructor and I really enjoyed both. Beverly shares personal photos and stories and is really very thorough, covering information she finds necessary even if its not in the book. I just wish my company would sign me up for at least the 3 day course instead of the 1 day beginners. The only negative to this place is the ridiculous cost of parking. The guard charged me 32.00 for the day.Aside from the parking fee, I highly recommend taking a course with Beverly, I certainly will be again.

The LA training center was really nice. The coffee machine was great and it made many types of coffee. Jeff was a great instructor, and he made the material easy to learn.I will be attending more training in the future.

Premiere Pro Advance -- Great instructors, Great Location, Top notch training computers and facility, Advanced Course Work, Nice Staff, and a full kitchen and break room with coffee and a view.

I took the InDesign Bootcamp class with Beverley and she was amazing! She is thorough and really takes the time to ensure you are following along with the material. She worked with Adobe prior to working with Training Connection so she definitely knows the program inside and out. You will leave the class feeling as though you have a solid handle on the material. They provide training books which you get to keep, and you can upload the material you worked on, on a flash drive; so you will always have something to reference to. You can also repeat the course another time if you feel like you need a refresher. The location is close to fig and 7th which has plenty of food choices. if you choose to eat at the facility its nice and clean as well. They also provide coffee and tea in case you need a little pick me up. The training rooms are very nice and clean and the view is spectacular. Definitely recommend this place.

The VISIO training was more than I expected. I did not realize the many capabilities the Visio program had to offer. I really enjoyed it!

I took Kristians Beginners After Effects Bootcamp Workshop and he was awesome! He goes through the basic foundation and fundamentals of After Effects at a normal pace. Kristian provided us with shortcuts and introduced us to basic tools in After Effects. He was very patient and answered all our questions and concerns that we had throughout the course. The curriculum hands-down provided me with key essentials that I can now apply to my first animation project at work. Anyone who lives in Southern California should definitely consider Training Connection and registering in Kristians class!

I am usually self-taught with programs at work but since I do forms using Acrobat I decided to take the course at Training Connection to better my knowledge of the new Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. It is very user friendly when making forms but is capable of much more. The look of the program has changed dramatically. You’ll be surprised.I found the curriculum with Training Connection was what I wanted after looking online. Jeff is the manager as well as an instructor at the location of my class. He is very warm and welcoming. There was a tiny glitch with my scheduled class but he was very accommodating with the changes.Beverly was assigned as my instructor and let me tell you, she is a super teacher. She has a depth of knowledge for the software and tailored the class to my needs. She is very patient, thorough and engaging. Her teaching style made it easy to learn many new things and I was very comfortable asking questions. She was extremely clear and very easy to follow when using sample lessons.The facility is very clean and there is a great view from the breakroom. I love the coffee machine since it is able to do other coffee type drinks. They provide a fridge and a microwave should you bring from home to eat. There are a variety of classrooms equipped with Mac computers.I feel more confident with my knowledge of the software after my class. I highly recommend Training Connection for your learning needs. You will not be disappointed.

I had excellent time training for the InDeisgn Adobe program. Staff is professional and very helpful. Class sizes are small, the curriculum is up to date and the facility is easy to find. Next year I am looking forward to returning for more training.

Just finished a back to back class with Mike and it was great. Very informative and knowledgeable. Learned and understood formulas that I use to just stare at and try and make sense of it - now it makes sense! Wouldnt even mind if Excel 3 was a 2-dayer!

I learned a lot from the training. The instructor was nice and helpful. The training class is located in the heart of the DTLA with lots of access to restaurant.

The InDesign Fundamentals course was great! We learned a ton in just three days - a solid foundation in the program, and the ability to create various types of content (e.g., posters, brochures, one-pagers). Highly recommend.

Took the level 2&3, learned formulas and great shortcuts. I highly recommend this class if you regularly use excel. The material was clear, organized and presented with logical flow. Level 2 with mike and level 3 with chris both great instructors.

The level 1 excel class with Chris was easy to understand and follow. I love the hands on step by step in front of the compute. I cant wait to take the next level.

The Business Writing class was informative, and the Instructor was very nice. I will refer people anytime.

I took Excel 2 - Intermediate and found it very informative. Class went at a healthy pace and all my questions were answered along with learning some great tips to apply to my job! Definitely would recommed!

I took all the Adobe Graphic Design Classes with Eva. She is great and I learned so much. I would highly recommend these classes to anyone that is interested in learning more about Adobe. I found that the 3 day bootcamp was the perfect amount of time to learn just enough to where you do not get overloaded with information. Everyone that works at Training Connection is so kind and helpful.

The class was amazing.Beverly was very knowledgeable and very accommodating to what the students wanted to cover without diverging from the course agenda. She has such a passion for the program that it was infectious and made the time fly.The facility was clean and very comfortable. It was a classroom set-up and eventhough the computers were MACs, you could choose between Mac or PC environment. They even had a really nice cafe area where you could get delicious coffee and eat your lunch of you didnt want to go out for lunch.I highly recommend this training and we are looking into sending more people from our company.
