Haven is still relatively new but has quickly become the go-to spot for pole/dance rentals in LA. I love how on last minute’s notice if the urge strikes me to dance, I can go straight to their site and book out a spot for therapeutic dancing time. Sometimes you don’t know what you’re getting when you sign up for open gym at other studios - will there be hair on the floors? dirty mirrors? Not at haven. Everything is kept PRISTINE. So grateful to have this space and highly recommend it for all your rental needs, whether you’re a photographer wanting to shoot, or a dancer trying to get your dance on in a beautiful and inspiring space. Thank you Jo and Asta for all your efforts in creating this. Also the lighting here is INCREDIBLE 🙏

Haven is a magical training space for all your needs. Whether youre looking for a space to train alone, with a couple of friends, or to host a class, Haven has it all. Equipped with beautiful lighting options, an easy to use sound system, great hard wood floors, gorgeous natural lighting, and A/C. To reserve a spot is simple and quick! There are also plenty of price options/packages that wont break the bank. Los Angeles is lucky to have this creative space open its doors to the public.

This place is magical. Its not your typical pole studio -- its a turnkey high end dance practice space. Outfitted with fresh floors, natural daylighting and extensive colored lighting options, a great sound system, and even a shower to rinse when youre finished dancing. Make sure to clean up after yourself to keep this space special for all those that may enter after you. Its hard to beat the prices and location. Im so glad a place like this exists in Los Angeles.

As soon as I heard about the Haven concept - an open pole and dance space at all hours of the day - I was sold. My apartment isnt big enough to have a full dance space, and open pole time at studios are often during work hours. Haven is the perfect solution - not to mention, its gorgeous, parking is convenient, the sound system is on point, the poles are fantastic, and you just feel good dancing there. I will be training here regularly!

I love this place. I am still a baby poler and having a space that I can practice without feeling rushed is amazing. The location is clean, beautiful, the lighting is perfect. Thank you for creating a safe space to practice.

One of the most beautiful spaces in LA Ive danced in. Amazing natural light, acoustics, high ceilings, and perfect floors. Seriously a pole dancers dream in every way possible. Parking is super easy in this area (a rarity for LA). A must-visit!

Finally a pole studio in DTLA! Haven is a beautiful rental space equipped with poles, lighting options and amazing sound systems. A wonderful studio to play, do photo/video shoots, work on your fitness goals or learn from inspiring teachers, there’s something for everyone to use this space!

Incredible place to train! Everything is done so we feel comfortable dancing here. Very clean, easy access, plenty of space... you can play with the natural light and additional lightings there, connect your music through your Spotify account, etc.

The space, the sound system, and the lighting, everything about Haven LA is so on point! It is hard to describe how this space inspires, you have to be there to know. So happy to finally have a creative dance space in DTLA!
